Love the atmosphere of this nail place very calm and comforting, I'm not a huge fan of all the nail techs however I do think Emma and Lilly are absolutely fantastic! Both girls have done a fantastic job each time I've gone and I wouldn't go to anyone else! Highly recommend the shellac manicure!

Told us to wait 15 minutes but ended up being 45, my nails were filed unevenly, mani and pedi was rushed through, spoke their language in front of us and laughed, gave my mother a base coat and left her - did not apply her polish colour of choice. When brought to their attention, her nail artist had already left. Desperately needs a ventilation system. Gets two starts because the salon is gorgeous and clean. Had high hopes, but just another basic chop shop. Won't be back.

I’ve been going to Crown nails for pedicures for a few months now and I always have a good experience. The staff are friendly and professional and they take their time to do a great job. I never feel rushed. I appreciate the attention to detail because I feel like my pedicures last forever.

This place makes up for what it lacks in customer service. They are great in terms of customer service but they lack everything else. I liked the little massage and hot towel they give at the end and it is a very clean nail salon. However, they DON'T do any custom designs (they give you some designs that have been chosen by them, so if you find a cool design on instagram, be ready to have them say no because they can't do it) also, when the technician was filing my nail, he cut my skin twice (I now have little scars) If you want basic nails that have been shaped nicely (in addition to getting cut while having your nails filed) come here. Otherwise, save your money and go somewhere else. Very nice people but I will not be returning.

I came excited to get my nails done, I showed the style I wanted and I also told them I wanted my nail extensions to be short. I was as told they would do it no problem but when they started doing the style I wanted which is two French tips(for $35 extra) it wasn’t like the picture, it looked bad, I mentioned to my technician and she said it was because I choose a short nail and mind you they told me it was okay with the size of the nails I choose so I went to ask her could you please change it before she was done doing it all as I am not happy with the style and she proceeded to say no, that I would have to pay again. There was a lady that came yelling and upset with the design, they redid it for her with no extra charge but main while when I asked nicely for a style wasn’t complete I was told no they can’t do it. They seem to only compile and go above and beyond if your white. Be beware if your black or coloured person, you won’t get the same treatment or get treated nicely. I am very disappointed and not happy with the service I got today. I only gave the two stars for her time. I won’t mind paying $10 extra plus the fee for the nails and design just to compensate for her time had she changed the design. I have a nail design on my hand now that I am not happy with at all.

I love this salon. It is the best in the city; I am loyal to them since they opened. It’s beautiful inside, they showcase a fantastic work ethic in providing the best services and are always patient. Lily is very sweet, and the gentleman who shapes the nail is very good at it. I am always happy when I come here. I have never had a nail come off, the polish doesn’t chip for weeks - sometimes I can’t make it in for an entire month to get a fill and they still look great. They are friendly, pay attention to detail and I recommend them to everyone. I would recommend the deluxe pedicure & any nail services. I’ve never been unhappy.

I gave this place 4 stars because of their attention to detail. Rose took her time to make sure my toes and fingers were perfect. She put an extra undercoat on my toes to make the sparkles stand out. She also painstakingly perfected my cuticles. She gave me long and lovely leg massage. I went for the 5$ extra hot stone massage which was unnecessary and a bit disappointing. Only other disappointment was the massage chair, not as good at the new massage chairs they have at Lily Nails down the street. But definitely pro workmanship at Crown. I was really impressed. Lily painted my nails and made an awesome rainbow rock star look! There’s free coffee, green tea and bottled water when you walk in as well! Bonus!

Worst nail experience ever. I got pedicure and dip powder done with extended fake nails. When I chose the dip powder colour it was really light pink than what it turned out on my nails. I asked for square shape which was horribly filed out. I told the owner I didn’t like the colour and I would like to change it to which she said she can’t cz it’s the dip powder. But she agreed to change it to the shellac. But after getting everything buffed out she disagreed to change anything and instead told me I can get light colour next time. The person who originally did my nails I think got mad at me or so and they both had some conversation in their own language and he buffed my nails in so much anger. I would never go back. And I paid $90 bucks in total for horrible service.

Worst pedicure I've ever got. The polish application was awful. Bubbly, and thick. The lady hurt my foot with the foot scrapper thing. French shellac manicure was decent but I feel like they use cheap polish hidden in name brand bottles. My gel polish chipped a week later and when I removed the polish my nails were left with black spotty residue that was impossible to remove. Waste of my time and money. I spent two hours here as a birthday gift to myself. In the end I wish I would have went else where.

Been to almost every nail salon in the city. Best acrylic sets I've ever had. I am usually unhappy with the shape and the gentleman that did it pays attention to detail. The gentleman and lady that painted did amazing as well. They are very patient and know what looks good if you want their help deciding. Also best pedi! Highly recommend. It's also the cleanest, most professional looking and comfortable salon I've been to.

I went there based on reviews. Had my gel nails done for the first time. It was a great experience. I was indecisive of what shape I wanted and the nail tech gave his opinion which was good because for a first timer I think I would have regretted my choice. The gel burnt for a short period but service was quick which worked in my favor.

The person doing my manicure used a dremel on my cuticles and it hurt but now I have permanent half moon dented ridge on all fingers. Not impressed at all. Layers of polish peeled off two days later. I suspect because it’s cheaper polish. ????????this was September long weekend

Great attention to detail, fair prices, and a nice, clean, and comfortable establishment! The deluxe pedicure was well worth it and felt thorough. It was my first pedicure and I really loved that I went for the deluxe, with the callus removal, scrub, massage, and moisturizing mask. The manicures are also good. When I was getting my acrylics removed, the nail tech made sure to be gentle and careful.

Rude! Had nails done and every time I have gone they hurt with the tools that grind. When filing catch my skin and it hurts. Have bled from it. Always went back but today when he hurt me again tells me "you have sensitive skin" NO NO NO NO........when a customer says you hurt them say sorry and don't blame their skin for pain caused by rushed careless treatment. He raised his voice to tell me he did not hurt me. RIDICULOUS AND RUDE.

Everyone here was very professional and kind. They do a very good job on manicure and pedicure. The place is also a very clean environment, everybody wore masks and I could see them cleaning their stations almost as soon as a client left. Each station had plexiglass dividers as well!

I have been to this salon around 10 times....normally quite happy with the service. I recently decided to try Ombre nails - they looked beautiful when I had them done but started falling off within a week and I had lost 8 of the 10 nails by day 7. I went in and they redid them free of charge, however, the very next day they again started falling off. I went in and they were unable to figure out why. I requested my money back, or at least a gift certificate for the cost of the Ombre and I would use it toward other services there. Ombre nails (with taxes) are over $60 and they offered me only a $25 gift certificate. Not impressed and will be looking for another salon.

The complete lack of professionalism and respect my friend and I received here was appalling. After the shellac on her acrylic nails peeled off within a few hours of having them done, she booked an appointment to get them fixed the next day they were open. Upon returning, the staff were rude and disrespectful, accused her of purposely peeling off the colour (she asked for the exact same colour she got the first time, this makes no sense), and proceeded to be rough and purposely mangled her nails to the point that another staff member had to step in to fix it. Upon contacting the owner about this issue, they replied that “anger and frustration are unavoidable”. The baseless accusations and complete lack of professionalism shown here will ensure I never return.

Randomly walked in today, was greeted warmly. The woman doing my shellac pedi was so lovely, she did an amazing job, and the woman sat next to me said it's her new favourite nail bar. Beautiful space, clean, great massage chairs (!half the reason we get pedis, let's be real). The cherry on the sundae was the very reasonable pricing: $35. Will definitely be back
