I can't stay enough great things . I come in like clockwork for a no-chip manicure every other Monday and time and time again, I have an amazing experience. Not only do all the nail technicians do a fantastic job, but the level of customer service is unparalleled. Everyone, especially the owner, is so warm and inviting. They have free wine that keeps flowing for as long as you want. They always have something fun playing on the tv. Also, they're so accommodating with scheduling. I live in a different neighborhood now, but will still travel for all my manicures and pedicures. LOVE YOU ****

I agree with the other negative reviews. I went here to get my gel nails filled and the nail tech Khanh did a very poor job and didn't do what I wanted at all. I asked for gel and she used acrylic which she said was "gel powder" and then tried to charge me the higher price for gel. I used to work at a salon so I know that there is no such thing as gel powder (it's just acrylic powder with the gel top coat). Not only that, she did two of my nails crooked and when I asked her to fix them she got angry and told me my fingers are crooked (I've had gel nails for a long time and my fingers have never been crooked before!). She actually refused to fix them and told me she was going to call the cops on me if I didn't pay. Needless to say I will not be going back here. This lady has obviously never heard of customer service. I hope she reads these reviews and learns to treat her customers with respect.

The service was very friendly, talkative, and pays attention to what you like to make that a conversation which I loved! I was happy with my nails because they were cute, but, only after going back 3 times in 2 days. Nails on both my hands weren't fully dried and I had to go back. When I went to get a refill I noticed as my new nail tech was taking off this pair, my nails looked like they were my 2nd or 3rd refill. There was so much that wasn't properly done, so much of them were coming off that I decided to get a full new set.

I originally booked for a nail removal, full gel set and nail art. I got a nail refill (my original nails were still good) and new color with nail art. I went in for the first time today and I don't think I'll be ever going back. No sanitizing between clients and there was a mop bucket filled with dirty water in the bathroom. The nail techs shared materials too with no sanitizing going on. Compared to the regular clients they had, I wasn't treated as kindly or as attentively. They only good thing about my appointment was the nail tech (Neetu?) doing a beautiful nail art on my nails. They also seemed short staffed too? For the price I paid, I would've expected a better experience.

Don’t argue with your guests I pointed out that the magenta polish that was on my nails prior to my last pedicure was still on in a small area of my big toe, that she missed it last time, I pointed it out when she missed it this time, as I thought maybe it was a Nick last time... she tried to convince me I hadn’t had the last pedicure there... as I chipped off the polish from two times ago to show her how she had missed it... I let her know it was an honest error, and that we all make mistakes, in which she was still argumentative I’ve been in the beauty industry for 15 years as a professionally trained makeup artist/hair stylist/ and aesthetician (3 different prestigious schools) ... I go in in flip flops and no makeup up, it’s funny watching them chat with the dolled up clients chairs over, and not a peep to me, the one right in front of them Ok ladies... get it together

I was impressed with how meticulous Thomas was in getting my nails done right and what a great and professional job he did. I also found that they had a good sense of what was on trend – – probably better than I do LOL. I will for sure go back. And the people that I saw in there or all repeat customers. I have already booked my next appt.

Great service, knowledgeable and friendly staff. They filed and wrapped my natural nails. It turned out beautiful. Their spa pedicure was very relaxing. while soaking my feet in the jet tub, I had a nap:). Very relaxing experience. Parking is at the back because of road work in front of the building.

I wanted to get my eyebrows under control before a social gathering I was attending. While they did a reasonable job, and were able to get me in right away, three days later I have scabs in two areas where they applied wax. To be fair, I usually get my brows threaded, but the time or two I have had them waxed, I have not run into this issue before. Sorry, but I cannot recommend them.

Lady was nice but my nails didn’t even last a week. She didn’t do even close to what I wanted and I had to go get them fixed at another salon. 2 weeks later every single nail has broken off. Disappointed because the lady was so nice, but I’m not coming back.

unfortunately each time i have gotten fresh acrylics here, the nails start lifting within 2 weeks. lifting BAD like they are not ready for a fill yet but near the cuticle the nail is popping off and if i run my fingers through my hair, my hair gets ripped out by the lifting nails. you get what you pay for i guess. the lady who does the nails is nice and she is pretty quick and the nails LOOK fine. but in the end if the set only lasts 2 weeks you’re not really saving money in the long run. it’s too bad, i was excited to have found an affordable nail salon that doesn’t give you poorly shaped nails but it is what it is i guess.

I had a really excellent first experience here, online booking is super convenient and transparent on pricing, felt the quality of nails I received was worth what I paid. Only knocking a single star off because my natural nails weren’t filed down to match the width of my tips so they were quite jagged and I had to file extensively at home. Otherwise I have zero complaints and I will absolutely be back!

I've been going here for a while and have loved it every time... amazing nails at good prices. Last time I went they had a man do my nails who I've never seen before and who was "learning". I had to go home and fix my own nails, I felt like telling him not to do the polish because I knew I would have to take it off to file these ugly things down. Not only that but it is only a few days later and all of the nails that I spent time fixing are COMING OFF. so disappointed. They shouldn't let him practice on paying customers.

The only nail place my family and friends have gone to for years! They have changed owners in the last couple of years and the new owners really are top notch! Their facility is clean and updated! And that's very important especially when getting a pedicure. They use brand new tools, still in the package, on each customer that is getting a pedicure and they are reasonably priced! They've really "nailed" it at this place! 2 thumbs up all the way!????

My daughter booked an appointment for us to get manicures together. When we arrived, both nail technicians were just starting pedicures for two walk-ins and told us we would have to wait. We waited over 30 minutes before one of the ladies started working on my daughter. She did hers first and then mine next (even though we had booked them so we could have them together). The lady was very rude and did not listen to what I asked her to do. I will never go back there.

Unfortunately my shellac manicure started peeling and chipping 4 days later. Usually a shellac manicure lasts me 2 weeks on average. Four days is so disappointing. The lady did not have anyone else in the store, therefore there was no reason to rush and do a sloppy job. The nails were not painted properly up to the edges. I would not go back to this salon.

i went just today and my nail is already broken i paid just under a hundred dollars and did NOT get what i asked for , the girl is not very skilled and does not listen to what is asked of her to do , she got upset with me because i suggested for her to redo my nail because it was short ant not properly shaped never going AGAIN
