Two stars for friendly staff, good atmosphere and reasonable prices. I used to for eyebrow threading more often but lately (more than three times) the girl who does threading leaves a scar on my forehead which I have to deal with it now. The first time it happened I ignored it but this has been happening. She gossips with her staff members while threading my eyebrows!! This shows that she lacks professionalism. I am so furious because it has happened more than three times and these scars obviously won’t fade soon and it looks so bad on my face. Never coming back at this place. Its better to pay more and go at a good place than ruining your face.

My friend and I booked a pedicure appointment. When we arrived the lady at the desk didn’t greet us, and stayed on the phone. A lady who was threading a clients eyebrows told us to pick a colour. My friend and I started to feel sick because it smelt so badly of acrylic. The lady on the phone came up to us(without putting the phone down) saying they do one costumer at a time and she could open the door but it would be cold. I apologized and said the smell was too much and had to cancel out appointment.

Best place to get laser done! Top of line technology at competitive prices. I was scared to try laser at first, but now I love it. The results are incredible, one treatment and I didn't have to shave my armpits for 6 weeks! The staff are extremely professional.

Kind of disappointed....went there for the first time and everyone was friendly and was going to make this my go to place until i realized that i've been cheated with pricing. The lady told me that powder gel nails were 55$ and liquid gel is 70$ so went with cheap option but on their website and brochure that i picked up after i left (which i decided to browse through once i got home) said full powder gel was 45 and full set gel is 55....i legit paid 10$ more for something i shouldnt have.... UPDATE: was surprised how the owner put in the effort to reach out to me to apologize and offer money back. But I said that the extra money can be used as tip towards the girl who had taken care of my nails. This was surprising since other places would've just been like "whatever". But this showed me that they weren't putting an act. Would I go back to give this place another shot? Yes.

They do a beautiful job with my nails but i take off 2 stars because 1) they overcharged me... they charged me $45 for an acrylic fill even tho on their brochure it says $35... and 2) the lady doing my nails painted on way too many coats i think.. i wanted to make this my go-to place but not if they’re gonna overcharge me like that

Terrible I got a henna tattoo and it lasted a few hours I followed the correct care, and I went back and they were rude and would not do anything about it also he Acrylic nails the did on me were bumpy uneven. I would not suggest going here

I’ve been coming here for 2 years and used to love it but today I had the worst experience ever. I had an appointment for 3:45pm and arrived there at 3:40pm, they told me to wait and finally one of the workers came to do eyebrows and asked who has an appointment and a lady who was there before me with an appointment went and another worker came and took a random person sitting there who didn’t have an appointment. At 4:05pm I was still waiting and the worker finished doing eyebrows and called me, I sat down in the chair and she asked me “do you have cash to pay?” I said “no, I’ll be using my card” and she said “can you go get cash first to pay and come back, there is a bank across” and I left without getting any service. They wasted 25 minutes of my time for nothing. And why the would I carry cash during COVID-19??? Also there is NO SOCIAL DISTANCE at the salon, workers don’t wear a mask or they let it hang on their chin

I went sugaring there just to try because it's closer to my home, it was way more painful that it usually is, and they were more hair left than usual, and was about the same price as elsewhere for less service. In Winnipeg, I will continue to go to "Nude Sugar Bar".

I normally go to Color Nails for their fabulous nail services. At my last visit, I booked a one hour massage with "Nav"at a very reasonable rate. I have had therapeutic massages before, but I have never had a massage like this! Nav is not only very skilled, but has a wonderful manner that helps you to feel very relaxed; I left feeling great!! I highly recommend her, and Color Nails & Spa.

I've been coming to this salon for a few years now! Super friendly staff that is amazing at their job. I get so much compliments on my threaded eyebrows. They do beautiful nails and designs. Recently started laser hair removal, and I was shocked how much it worked after only one session!!! I purchased more areas right away because the results were so significant! Absolutely recommend this salon!

I was referred by a friend. The staff were very friendly and the owner Sapna was very nice. She did my gel fill and did a very good job. She listened to what I wanted and paid great attention to detail. She also did threading on my eyebrows which I've never had done before (only ever had my eyebrows sugared) and I love them! She did such a nice job on them, they look great! I will for sure be back!

Close to my place and has good stars so I tried it out to get my Brazilian sugar wax. I emailed to make my appointment, the responses were short and casual I needed to confirm my time. The woman who helped me was very kind frendly and did a great job, was quick too. Gave me exactly what I wanted for a reasonable price. I'm very happy and would definitely go back :)

Awful service. Worst experience ever. I went for the Mini facial, they said it wont include any massage and only cleansing will be done, it hardly included some scrub, for cleansing ,they didnt event remove the black heads. They pushed me a lot to do a deep cleansing, for atleast thrice. Not at all professional. I wont recommend this to anyone. Total waste of my money.

Highly recommend this salon if you want to experience the worst customer service...my husband got me a gift card to this salon so I was forced to give them my business. Firstly, they were extremely rude and told me that all the types of nails I wanted to do, were not possible. Secondly, every time I said something, they would speak in their own language and laugh at my comments before addressing me. Thirdly, when I was ready to pay, they said that since it was not specified on the giftcard that my husband paid in cash, they would assume he paid with mastercard, and because of that I would have to pay a $10 up-charge. And this was after I had to argue with them to honor the giftcard since I had bought it when they were under their "previous management". Fourthly, the took every chance to charge me for random "services". All I had was my nails done, and it ended up costing over $80... Finally, it's been 8 hours since I've had my nails done and my hands are still completely sore. In fairness, the ladies in the salon were nice and helpful but it was the male manager who did my nails that made this one of my worst experiences period. A spa day should be relaxing, I still can't get over how bad the service was, save your money and headache...

This is the only salon I've tried and this is probably the only one I'd ever go to, even though its pretty far away from where I live. I am very picky with how I like my eyebrows and Sapna (the owner) nails it all the time! The rates are economical for a stay-at-home mom like me and the service is good too. My sister got shellac nails done and got a few compliments. Give this place a shot!

There is no option to give 0 star so i have to give 1 star. I specifically told them to not to make my eyebrows thin, she didn't pay attention and made my eyebrows thin that I never wanted. From one side in the middle she removed more than other side, both side doesn't match. They are talking to each other and/or on the phone all the time, doesn't pay attention what you ask for, its a big no go. I pointed out at the moment that she messed up, but she said "you are mistaken, its all good".

I visited the shop almost a month ago for waxing and threading. The atmosphere was great and very friendly! However, the wax was applied too hot and burnt my skin, I still have dark spots on my arms and underarms from the overly hot wax and no amount of scrubbing or moisturizing is fixing it so I'm not sure how much I would recommend the waxing services. Threading was great though!

well the girl who started work. She told me that they would only charge me $ 50 + taxes when I went to pay they charged me $ 100 it was impressive because the work was not perfect apart that she cut my finger, when she started the job I showed her a picture of how I wanted the nails and the girl told me that if she made me the ones that I wanted were more expensive I told her that there is no problem then she told me that she would do something simpler and I told her that there is no problem I assumed that she had no experience, she told me that she would a color in all the nails and bright in one of them and that would only tell me 50 but when I went to pay the owner I charge 100 dollars and for that reason I did not tip the girl because it was not a fair charge

I would have given at least 4 star, but the only reason I am giving 1 star is cz when you will enter they will be very nice and will give you mask and have sanitizers at the enterance. But when you will finally pay for your services, they will charge you extra $2.00 for the masks and sanitizer they provide. Upon asking they say they charge everyone. Like it's a total scam. $2.00 is not much but it's not professional they should have told their clients when we take an appointment. If she told me earlier, I would have brought mask from my home. 12$ just for an eyebrow, not worth it.

I have been visiting this place for waxing, threading, and facial and I had always loved their service. However, I had terrible experience in my last few visits. Some staffs are highly unprofessional. It happened so that despite me mentioning that I didn't like the service provided by a certain staff they allocated the same person to me for three times. Warning! 1) I got a cut on my lips from my last lip threading from the same staff. Even the staff agreed that she is not good with threading. Still she was assigned the job! Painful and Terrible experience! 2) The same staff completed my waxing in 2 hours with patches of hair and product left on my skin. 3) I paid $55 for a facial and the only way the staff could massage my skin was in circular motions. Her inexperience in doing facials was clearly visible.

I REALLY wanted to like this place, as the lady who took care of my daughter was incredibly nice. We asked for gels and the nail tech proceeded with acrylics, insisting the fake tips she was gluing on were in fact gels when they were not. I didn't want my daughter to feel bad so I didn't argue. I was charged for the gels too. Sorry Color Nails, but assuming your customers are stupid and overcharging them isn't the best way to ensure they return.

Great staff, but the actual end result is awful. I got shellac nails which are supposed to last 2 weeks. They were chipping the next day and are completely coming off only a week later. I had shellac elsewhere before and my nails felt strong and lasted, it's as if the polish was watered down and just like any old nail polish I could do at home.
