Extremely disappointed in this place.Called the am of my appointment (I tried like 6 times) and left a msg to let them know my daughter is home sick and I wouldn’t be able to come in. The man I spoke with wasn’t impressed with me. For my next appointment I asked if they would be able to book in my consult and laser session at the same time as I live far from the location and have a child at home with me so I need to get a babysitter. He asked where I live and once I told him he said he just came from there and that it isn’t that far and it only takes 30 minutes. I then r insisted that I would prefer to do both at once, he said he couldn’t that there was someone before me and after me, I asked him to give me the next available appointment that had the availability and he still said no I won’t. He then passed me off to who I can only assume was his wife who basically said the same thing but more rudely. I can only imagine this is the chop shop of the laser world. I would run! No wonder they need group on to sell their services.

I have just finished 12 sessions of underarms and Brazilian and I couldn't be happier with the results, the hair is completely gone! The facility is always clean and inviting and staff are always friendly and helpful. I have to say that I absolutely love Leah, she's definitely a very special woman and I'm going to miss seeing her and catching up. I can tell she doesn't just care about you professionally but she also cares about you as a person. Leah thank you for everything, you are amazing!!!

I started last September went in for a consultation ended up doing 6 sessions of hair removal. I spent over $2000 at this establishment and all of my sessions lasted maybe 30mins. Not one area is hair free and they want me to spend more money and keep coming back for more treatments. My advice to anyone looking into this service is to try one area at a time so you don’t end up wasting $$

do not recommend. paid 2500 here for a bundle of laser treatments an not a single one worked. it works while youre doing the treatments, but the moment you stop- the hairs all grow back after a month. ive gone to other laser places that worked, but since there was a groupon for here i thought why not ( which is also a scam, cause she considered like half of my thigh one body part which makes zero sense) save your money, go somewhere that actually will get the job done for you, even if that means spending a little more money. trust me, this place is NOT worth it. if i could give zero stars- i would.

Went for laser hair removal and was sorely disappointed. After 6 sessions I was no further ahead that the first one. I've had laser hair removal before and I know it works on me. They just didn't know what they were doing. Don't fall for the groupon - it's not worth it if you just have to go somewhere else to get it done at the end of the day. On the plus side - staff were super friendly and nice.

Commercialized laser treatment,waste of money. Leah promise that after the 9 sessions my darkspot will be removed. When that day come its just that only 3 spots was removed. She intended to say go to other because what she promise is only a lie. It’s a rip off. Don’t go to groupon reviews . Be wise!

Leah is so great! Very personable and fun! She certainly helps relax you during your Laser Hair Removal appointments - even when you are having an akward area done! Ageless offers very competitive pricing, and the results of the treatment in itself is amazing! She helps you to understand that different hair textures require different settings and levels. I had to continue treatment to satisfy the removal, but this is common and to be expected from any Laser Hair Removal treatment! I have saved so much $$$ on waxing that EVERY treatment from Leah has been 100% worth it!

Ageless Spa has very good quality of products. Their laser treatment was effective and affordable. One can purchase coupon from Groupon or by going in-person. I just didn't like the extra tax part which i paid after purchasing the deal from Groupon, usually never pay extra taxes on any service purchased form coupons, i am not sure if they still have the extra tax or not. Anyhow, I liked the laser treatment better than the facials. Its been couple years and my laser is doing well on my legs. Leah has a lot of knowledge about laser. I am going to purchase another laser package soon.

The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, they will answer any questions you have. I noticed my hair growing back much slower after only my first appointment! They are always checking to ensure you are comfortable during the session, I definitely recommend this spa!

Worst place. Don't waste your money here. There are tons of other great places in the city for laser options. 1) they don't use PROPER protective eyewear when preforming laser. 2) I thought I was paying for "lower leg" they didn't tell me until after I paid and was getting lasered that it's "extra $" for them to do your knee and the bottom of your leg. Lol my other laser place I go to inasked them what they cover and they said the WHOLE lower leg. This place is such a rip off. 3) they go so fast that it's not even affective. I got Brazilian done at a different place and it took them 45mins. Then I go to ageless spa and get Bother my legs for lower leg and both underarms and it literally took them no word of a lie 15mins for all that. 4) you have to go every 5 weeks or so but when I call to book a day they don't have anything for like 3 months. Therefore my laser session I just had wasn't even affective anymore because I waited too long. Literally the worst place ever. Chop shop. There are so many other places that do things properly and safely. On top they are rude and pushy Asian ran.

We love Ageless Spa. They are knowledgeable, friendly and seem genuinely happy to see us when we walk through the door. The spa is clean and uncluttered. We went initially for laser hair removal sessions. Those sessions worked out so well we signed up for more/different skin treatments (we can already see a difference). As well, I picked up a couple of gift certificates for shellac manicures. We live almost 30 minutes away but the trip is absolutely worth it. Love it!

The employees were extremely rude throughout the entire appointment for some reason. The nail tech I had was laughing with other customers but her attitude turned very rude whenever I spoke to her. She even ignored me and cut me off several times while I was talking to her to have a conversation with someone else.

The place is very clean and welcoming. All staff very friendly. Leah is very knowledgeable about laser removal and will let you know if it will be effective . The laser is very high end. Treated my back, very noticeable difference after 1 treatment. So impressed with 1st treatment that I purchased a 2nd area. Very impressed, I purchased a 3rd area. Love the feeling of hair free! Highly recommend this place. LOVE IT!!!

Purchased a groupon laser hair removal package from this spa. I have had laser hair removal done before through a groupon at Health Medica on Waverly. My experience at Health Medica was excellent however I found out I was pregnant and could not carry on with all my sessions which had an expiration date. I am trying this groupon. I have been to Ageless spa twice and it is obvious that they are rushing customers through the procedure. My previous experience was having the same 3 areas done and it would take health medica approximately an hour or more. At ageless she is finished in under half an hour. After my sessions at Health Medica I could literally see the new hair growing in a bit and falling out. After the Ageless treatments I see no difference. Bottom line they are trying to push as many customers through as possible and do not care about quality. I will finish my sessions because I can't get a refund but I am not satisfied and I will not go back and would not recommend.

I came in today for my very first laser hair removal session. Typically, the underarm area is usually sensitive for most people so I was a bit concerned about how painful the treatment would be. I had lots of questions for her before we began the treatment and she was so nice to answered them all. She was extremely knowledgable, funny, gracious and assured me that the treatment would not be painful. The staff is very friendly and polite and the Esthetician is knowledgeable and always concerned with making sure clients are comfortable and are well taken care of. I would definitely recommend to people to come here for all the hair and beauty needs!

I am extremely happy with everything from start to finish. Leah is very knowledgeable and very professional and she makes me laugh during the entire laser procedure. As a mom with two young kids, I don’t have an hour to spend getting treatment. So the fact I can get in and out in 30 mins is fantastic. I saw results by my second procedure and it just got better and better each time I went. The initial consult was very informative and she was able to answer any questions or concerns I had. She clearly notified me that nothing is guaranteed 100% and I understood the risks going into it that it might not work. Leah was very clear and I appreciated her honesty and her good vibes. I would recommend ageless spa to anyone who is thinking about laser treatments. Everyone is so friendly and eager to help when needed.

I have been coming here for laser hair removal for just over 1 year now. Initially I purchased a Groupon and I was so satisfied by the results that I purchased two more. The staff and owner are very kind and want you to have the best experience possible. I am kind of a high maintenance customer as I have quite a few leg tattoos that must be covered before the treatment. I have complete trust and confidence that all the necessary procautions are taken. Had I known before that it was possible to have laser hair removal and not to have to worry about damaging my body art, I would have done it a long time ago. I highly recommend this establishment to all my friends. Thanks again to all the wonderful staff!

The shellac is good. The manicure is bad. I feel like I want to go home and finish it. They don't even do a full manicure. They don't clip your hangnails like a normal salon. The girls that work are very quiet and the vibe is soo boring. Would never go back. Just wanted to get out of there. Definitely been to much better places with a much more fun atmosphere.

I went to ageless for a “years” worth of laser treatments only to find that the groupon left out that this is only for 6 sessions. The tech had no clue what she was doing and even used the laser on me once without the gel before applying the gel and going over the same spots; I made a comment about it and she said it would be okay, but definitely made me uncomfortable. After 6 treatments the hair was reduced for about a month but since has come back darker and thicker. Not worth the reduced price - save your money and go to a certified hair removal establishment.

I have been going here for laser hair removal and am very pleased with the experience. I had darker hair and I have seen results within a few visits. After a few more, the results have been very impressive for me. It's right near polo park and very easy to get to, and the staff are very friendly. This place is a great value for your money and I definitely recommend it. I will be going here for all of my hair laser removal needs. I imagine I will end up getting my nails done here one day too.

Received laser hair removal services. Unfortunately results were almost not noticeable and far more painful than laser services I have received in the past from other spas. You’re in and out in 5 min for a whole Brazilian, maybe that’s why it didn’t work? Sadly wouldn’t recommend although service provider was sweet.

Had Laser Hair Removal treatment done by them. They have no idea what they are doing. I received serious wide spread burns on my legs and arms. I have to have several doctors visit, weeks to recover and will leave marks on my body for years ..... They refuse to take ownership or investigate.

I have been going to this place for hair removal of different areas of my body for almost a year. the owner and the rest of employees are friendly, however I don't like how the result of my laser hair removal turned out. During the sessions, the treatment works perfectly, you can see the results after 2 or 3 sessions so you think it's working fine. However after the treatment (it's usually 6 sessions) hair grows back. I still have lots of hair on my underarm and neck and have to shave or clean regularly.

Im on my 2nd set of IPL treatment on my underarms and its definitely working! Im so happy with the results. I've been very skeptical with this kind of treatment because i thought it wouldnt help me because i have a thick hair but im so surprised and glad that i tried this treatment! Hair are still growing but only two or three strands, and they're finer, almost unnoticeable! Aside from the result of my treatment, all of the staffs are nice and helpful. Leah, particularly, is very knowledgeable to her service, she made sure that you'd understand first before proceeding. No false promises! All in all, im so satisfied with their services.

I really like this Spa. The staff are happy, friendly and helpful. I had not been for a facial in over a year! I had booked my first facial there as a collagen facial. The treatment included air compression massage for legs at the same time which felt like it was good for circulation yet was relaxing too. My face is extremely sensitive, but the products Leah used left my skin glowing and plump, the fine age lines on my face are barely noticeable. Leah did a wonderful job, she has a light touch and she gave me probably the best facial massage I have ever had! I had been getting really bad headaches all week, and after she massaged my face I could feel all of the tensions dissipating! I have already rebooked - this time for microdermabrasion to help even out my skin - I have not tried this yet, and can't wait to see the results.

If it were possible to give them less than one star I would. Don’t go here. Horrible customer service. Cramped and dirty location. Rude owner. And their ads flat out lie. I bought a Groupon for laser IPL for 3 body areas (6-8 treatments). When I went for my consult the owner had me remove my shirt (I’m a trans woman and want hair removed on my chest and stomach), as soon as I lifted my shirt she started laughing at me. The ad stated that the chest counts as 2 areas and the stomach as 2 areas. So I was hoping to do one of them and then maybe my feet (which counts as 1 area) and that way I’d use all 3 areas the coupon got me. However she informed me that my chest would be 3 areas and my stomach would be 3 areas and that I should buy another coupon and then she’d do both my chest and stomach. Meaning I’d pay for 6 areas to be lasered and she’d only be doing 4. She would not accept that her ad says differently and was very rude about it. She argued with me for 10 minutes and in the process called me too large to count for what the ad said, called me a liar, and told me that she was “very worried about me” because I was upset. Let’s be clear. I’m fine. I was upset because her ad lied. Groupon refunded me. Don’t go here. Not trans-friendly (she laughed at me) — not friendly at all.

Please do not go to this place for hair removal. Waste of time and money, it doesn't work, I didn't see any improvements after a series of treatments. I got this as a groupon gift so I thought I'd give it a try. The place doesn't look very sanitary (towels are grayish?) and beware that IPL is NOT laser so it won't be as effective (I learned the hard way). The personnel rushed through the procedure (only 10 minutes per session for a Brazilian) so I was left with stripes of untreated areas. On top of it, the hair grew back within a month so I had to go to another place (way better, and it actually works!).

READ BEFORE GETTING LASER BRAZILIAN: Leah is great, and makes you feel very comfortable. Unfortunately I would not recommend this place for laser hair removal. I bought a full Brazilian laser hair treatment. Online it said 6-8 treatments. I presumed that it meant some people take longer, thus the extension to 8 treatments. On my 5th treatment, I was not happy with the results and mentioned I wanted to use the full 8. She denied and said I only get 6, although online and when I paid it said 6-8. First disappoint. As well, understand I am the perfect candidate- light skin and dark hair. As I went through the through the treatments, I started to notice that the lips area were not being treated, and growing back fully. I asked multiple times about it, and was told it will eventually go away. On my 5th treatment, I accidentally forgot to shave. I asked if she had a razor, and she insisted she shave me. That made me very uncomfortable, and would not let me shave myself. I asked her again about the lips and how the hair was not disappearing like the other areas that were only growing back 1/3 of what it usually does and remember, previous sessions she said it would go away. During the 5th treatment she now tells me that the lips take 8-12 sessions and if I wanted the lips done I would have to pay for more treatments. What? I've never herd of that before. So when I got home, I checked and she didn't shave the lip area, confirming that she has NOT been treating that area. I was really upset, as I paid for a FULL Brazilian, and now to get that she wants me to pay even more. I was really disappointed and felt lied too and taken advantage of. I called another place that does laser hair removal and even they told me that what she said was not true, and confirmed she was trying to money grab me. Remember, I signed up and paid for a full Brazilian. This place is just a money grab, I do not recommend coming here. There are much better places in the city. As well, she made me pay for the razor she used to shave me. Like really? She made me pay a dollar for the razor. Not that a dollar is a big deal, just the level of customer service. I paid a decent amount for the service and she's making me pay a dollar for a razor. Just left a bad taste in my mouth. I will not be returning.

Husband got his laser hair done (6 sessions) and it didn't work and they said it's because too much time has gone by between appointments due to covid. No alternative solutions were given and we basically threw away $500+ dollars.
