This is literally the worst target I have ever been to. I’ve been twice now and each time I have had to make a second trip to a further one to get what I need. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.

Lunch time is always packed and lines move slow. If you're on your lunch break trying to pick up a few things, you can forget about it. I've often left my items on a vacant register due to time constraints. Their price match policy is different at this store than other locations. I tried to price match but Customer Service said that they limit the match to only one item! Just today, I had 3 of the identical items and they wouldn't apply the discounted price to the others. I looked online for their official policy and it stated "We reserve the right to limit quantities of price matches per identical item per guest for local and/or online competitor matches." however, no defined limit. This location has determined its limit is one. I was only saving $5 per item, it's not like I was scamming the company for hundreds of dollars off a HDTV. This place is dirty, unorganized and not worth my time. I'll take my business to another store. Go a few miles up Southfield Freeway to the Allen Park location, MUCH nicer location!

Ahhh, the Dearborn Target. This store has not been remodeled since 2001, but it is SUPER CLEAN and looks super awesome and retro with all the neon lighting inside!! I would DEFINITELY recommend that anyone check this place out. What a rare gem!!!!!

This store needs to close down. Then it needs to be remodeled and hire new employees. It literally needs to start over because as it is now it sucks. The personnel currently employed there are about as knowledgeable as feces. The store always looks filthy and the people always look ghetto. If it weren't for the fact that I have to call on this store as an auditor I would not set foot in this Target at all.

Ehhhh.... it's a decent selection of things. I am guessing that they sell out pretty fast on product and that's why on two different occasions they didn't have what I needed! The only thing that bothers me is that you never know who is ACTUALLY working there. Some of the fellow employees joke, talk and act like they are not even at WORK. Additionally, do not look for anyone to help you because when you finally do find someone, the employee usually has an attitude about doing his/her job. The cashier didn't even greet me at the checkout line, she was too busy chatting with her coworkers. The only thing I can say is good about this target is the LOCATION and CONVENIENCE

A very clean and organized location, guest service is better than most locations; however this location is usually busy,very diverse customer base, recently installed self checkouts: this is a pro because they had a lot of wasted space with hardly ever used registers and usually long checkout lines, but self checkouts are not cash friendly you have to deal with a team member to pay with cash.

I found the items I was looking for. not some others, though. This location is good in general. However, it does not have fresh produce, compared to many other Target stores. I suppose maybe they don't have the space to allow for it. That's too bad. Target should also have a financial services desk (e.g., money orders, bill payments) Their magazine/book section should also have graphic novels from Marvel and DC.

First off the store was a complete mess items where not placed properly on shelves. They had staff stocking shelves in narrow isles and made it impossible to go down. I got all my items and when I went to cash out they had zero cashiers and you had to use self checkout. Upon scanning my items I was told by the lady who was supervising the process that one of my items she was sure had been discontinued as she had issues with it on Saturday (this was a Monday). She then took the item and spoke with a manager which took almost 10 minutes to decide what to do. I bought a video game and needed to get to take it out of the security box. She asked to see my receipt to which I showed her. She then said I didn’t pay for the item which I knew I had and said I was trying to shoplift. As she went to report it to her store manager I found the item was the first thing in the receipt. Clearly she didn’t take the care to make sure that her accusations were true before accusing me of a crime. Won’t ever be going back to that location again not sure if I’ll go back to any target again!

I come to this Target because it's close to my house, but I do feel like it could be a bit more organized and the checkout staff can be more friendly. The gift card area is ALWAYS a mess and when checking out some of the staff tend to hold their own conversations with each other instead of interacting with the customers. A few days ago I went into Target for a paper application (because I hate doing applications online) and this irritated guy lazily looked through a folder and said they were all written in Spanish. When I told him I'll take it anyways, he denied me it and told me to just do it online. He not only lied about the applications, he was being a dick about it. Like, why would all the applications be in Spanish? And why is the store only looking for hire for the back room when there's not many people working in the store?

Worst Customer Service I have ever seen.Paid penalty of more than 60$ because of the wrong information provided by the customer service.Even when i asked about closing my account and ready to pay the full amount, they mentioned 46$ instead of 51.41$ and for that 5$ they made me paid 35$ late fee which I was not even aware at the time of payment.

It’s in a convenient location. Has everything I usually need, very consistent. It’s organized and kept clean. They finally put in a self check! Only downside is you have to hand the cash to an employee, which kind of slows it down. You can pay with a card to avoid waiting for an employee to handle the transaction.

So the manager Shaina called one of her staff in on their day off and set them up to be arrested for something they didn't do and have no proof of. The employee that was arrested is a young black college student who is studying criminal justice and is an A student who works hard, takes care of everyone else and sacrifices constantly. This person has never been in any trouble in any manner in their life. This employee is now being mistreated by one of the most racist police departments in MI. This student is in jeapordy of losing scholarships and financial aid because of this injustice on top of the humiliation and inconvenience. All the Target corporation has to say about it is that the employee is an adult and they will not release any information to the family. Target does have a history of bias. It makes you wonder why if this employee was actually guilty of committing a crime why didn't the big, brave police men just go arrest them at their home instead of sneaking up on the employee upon arriving for work, "called in on their day off", or why if this so called manager or the Target corporation that authorized the manager Shaina's actions, had to use this tactic if there was legitimately a crime committed by this person.

I've actually never called a corporate office about any store I've ever shopped at except this one. I literally felt as if I entered a Family Dollar store. If you have ever shopped at a Target in either Ann Arbor or Canton.. the extreme disparities in the quality of goods sold to this particular customer demographic is obvious. I think the items sold at this Target are either from a few years back or from some old bargain basement.

I love and live in Target but I NEVER shop The Dearborn store so I was in the area and needed to pick up a few things no checkout lines were open only self checkout which was fine. Hi. I shopped at Target Store on Ford Road in Dearborn on Tuesday, Spet. 1, 2020 and was I surprised. It looked like the store got smaller, but it was that merchandise was set out in spots that used to be empty. A lot of items were in different area and if I had been interested in exploring I would have found items to purchase, but i was not. I got what I came for and left. Store was too stuffed for my teste.

The pickup was easy, but the item I picked up was the size of a credit card. They put it in a HUGE THICK plastic bag, which I think is just one of Target's normal plastic bags, with handles. I was so horrified. I asked them to take it out and reuse the bag. They took it out, and hopefully did reuse the bag. This really matters to me. We are wallowing in plastic, and although it's nice to have a pretty bag, I don't NEED it, and it is an incredible waste of plastic. Please reconsider how you bag items!! NO MORE PLASTIC, and if you HAVE to use plastic bags, please use small and lightweight ones!!That was the most memorable portion of my pickup order!!
