Went there for a pedicure and manicure on a Saturday. She started with a pedicure and struggled to shorten the nails and do the pedicure. She also burned me with the rocks. I left after the pedicure. Went to shoppers right after to file down and correct. Based on Google reviews I was surprised and disappointed with the service!

Great service and wonderful place, excellent experience. Extremely clean, very professional I had a shellac manicure and eyelashes extension . I highly recommend for everyone

I really wanted to love this salon because Rasha is a very nice person. But. the two times I've been, my nails have smeared literally leaving the salon. My eyelash extension are 'crunchy', and barely noticeable. And, if you're going to charge someone for gel, you should give them the option before it's just part of the fee.

Got my nails done Saturday. The lady burnt me 3 times !!! Made my nails uneven and they’re already peeling. Do yourself the favour and go down the street.

This was my second massage appointment with Malak and it was great. Very relaxing, and also firm enough to work out the kinks...she definitely has a touch. Highly recommended.

Nice service (enjoyed the spa pedicure with hot stone massage by Rasha) and great staff, Rasha and Zeina were very welcoming . Don’t let the small building fool you, they have so much services in a nice setting for a descent price.

Worst experience EVER DO NOT GO HERE! Nail polish all over my fingers with no attempt to remove. Polish is diluted which is evident when nails are in the light. I can scrape off the shellac top coat with my fingers. They charged $50 for a regular manicure don’t waste your money.

do not get eyelash extensions from here...after they finished they looked so empty and messy, there’s barely any fake lashes on my on lashes...ive had them for 3 days and they practically all fell out. do NOT get eyelash extensions...worst thing i’ve spent my money on

Got full set of nails,(great job) and fantastically well done Microblading. Love it all. Women are very polite and attentive to your needs. Will be my new spa. They are definitely worth the trial visit... and I'm pretty sure you'll find it very comfortable and make it your spa also.

Ignore the bad reviews and try it once for yourself and then decide. As for me, its the only place i will go to in windsor for my nails coz i know their only purpose is to have a satisfied customer. Rasha and other staff members are friendly and polite. Prices are reasonable and not crazy expensive. They have huge selection of colours and variety of salon services under one roof in a peacful quite environment. I always leave happy with my gel /shellac nails and they fix the ones i break/chip at reasonable price. It's a peaceful experience getting my nails done there actually.

New set fell off in 3 days, not cutting edge as they claim and definetly not relaxing when the person doing your nails is really practicing on you and the place is used as a kids hangout. Would not recommend

Worst experience ever, don’t go here can see through the polish, bumps everywhere and it wasn’t done well, they charge EXTREME prices for not very nice work. Paid 60 bucks for a bad manicure with no stone message . Waste of money and time
