Had my hair done by Kristin and I absolutely love it. She did a consultation in the beginning to make sure we were on the same page about colour/cut. I had a ton of questions because I’ve been experiencing some hair loss and she was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and gave great recommendations. I would highly recommend Kristin.

Went with my mother in law. She was having a pedicure. She never goes anywhere else. Met Jill. She is amazing!!! So friendly, spends quality time, very good at what she does. My sister in law and brother in law love her too and get their pedicures regularly from Jill. She books up quickly. Looking forward to booking a pedicure with Jill next time we are in town.

Fantastic staff, amazingly professional, personable, and welcoming. This salon follows health guidelines for COVID to the letter and feels so comfortable and safe. The owner has much to be proud of. 'Survey of one, but it's been over 3 weeks and my pedicure is still perfect! I've not had such a good experience nor such lasting results before. Very highly recommended!

I’m super sad to do this. I’ve been going to Sage since 2008 and loved it enough to travel from Amherstburg for my appointments. Lately, however, I’ve noticed a huge decrease in the cleanliness standard (particularly in the treatment rooms- where it SHOULD be most important). But what really got me is this: my last wax appointment, the girl I was booked with was about 10mins late getting there. I brushed it off. Today, however, I got there at my scheduled time, waited in silence for 25 minutes before someone came to tell me the (same) girl was “running late” and they think she should be there soon. So, 45 minutes of waiting and I decide to leave. No, apologies- only an offer to reschedule. I’m unbelievably sad and disappointed that a business that I’ve been loyal to for so long showed such a brutal disregard for my time. Sad sad sad.

Best mani and pedi I've had in a long time! As a dog groomer, I have a challenge with my polish staying on for more then a day without chipping, including shellac. My shellac mani stayed beautiful for three weeks before I even noticed some minimal wear and peeling. Other places I've tried will peel in a week or less. If you want a quality mani and pedi or shellac give Sage Salon a call! You wont be disappointed!

It was a very bad experience i called to make an appointment and make sure they know how to do my hair straight (my hair is very curly) they said yes but the results was awful I never got my hair done that bad before, they said it was the best they could do, and they charge me the full amount $40. the staff was good and they have good customer services but they only know how to do white girl hair, they should advise the customer that they dont have any experience with black curly hair before they start, so if your hair is curly I don’t recommend you this place.

Awful experience! I needed a colour correction because the initial colour job was a nightmare(yellow highlight ????), don't get me started on my haircut my right side is longer than my left side. And to top it all off I was sent home with a soaking wet hair in the middle of winter!!! 1 star is too much for this place!

I went to Sage Salon for my makeup trial and I had my makeup done for my wedding this past weekend. Marianne Roberto was my Makeup artist and she was AMAZING. She came to our venue the morning of and she was so quick and professional. Every single one of my girls absolutely loved their makeup and my makeup was flawless. She made me feel so beautiful and was willing to work with me. I am a stickler about my brows, (they are super uneven and patchy) and I wanted to do them myself and she had no problem with that, she gave me exactly what I asked for and I couldn't be happier. Thanks Marianne!

Terrible service- stay away! BE AWARE, if you’re not of white colour you will be discriminated against! I arranged my friends (Indian background) from out of town to get their hair and make up done this past weekend. Upon their arrival they were instantly told they could not get their make-up done because they had no such “DARK colour”. The so called make up “artist” was unprofessional and unapologetic. To top it off, the hair stylist also commented “ I can’t do your hair, it’s too long”. With a smirk on their faces, the workers both felt satisfied by discriminating against my friends. My friends were left in tears. They had no other means of doing hair and make up and to make matters worse, one of them was in town celebrating her engagement party. We rushed to make up for everything. She’s since felt devastated by Windsor. However, I assured her that racist workers at Sage Salon ARE NOT A TRUE REPRESENTATION OF WINDSOR. We will NOT TOLERATE DISCRIMINATION! I strongly urge management to follow through with these employees (note: appointment was on Friday, July 6th, morning time) As for everyone, I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. Support locals who deserve it!

I had an appointment last week with a stylist Chloe..I had babylights in my hair ..I went there for roots touch up and toner which I always DO and a little trim ...My hair was long she cut way way too much and I was in shock w when she finished the cutting I was almost cried and all I can c is short dark black hair my hair was light ash Brown with honey highlights I wish I can give zero star
