I had the most amazing facial ever with Sarah. It was my first visit, but definitely not my last! I also had a shellac manicure and a spa pedicure. My fingers and toes look awesome! Very clean and inviting. The esteticians seem very knowlegable! I have already booked another facial and can't wait to go back!

What an exsquite experience! Treated my niece to lava pedicure and we had a great time! Stephanie at the front desk was just so professional and welcoming! She gave us the royal tour once she found out it was our first time...talk about a great upsell! Everything was super clean and relaxing. Our pedicure specialists Sarah & Keisha (sp?) were fantastic...let my niece and I have our chatty time, treated us so kindly! Even kept the Massage chair going for me! The only point I would recommend is for those going to this spa be sure to bring your own flip flops, spa charges $5 for a pair, extra cost that could have been avoided. Refresh, please mention it on the phone to clients coming in! It was a pricey afternoon, but thoroughly worth it! Our toes were already for the month of March, shamrocks and all! Thank you!

Went in to have a manicure, pedicure, facial, massage, and make-up touch up as part of a bridal party spa day with my sisters- we had the best time! The staff were incredibly nice and professional and made us feel so happy from the moment we walked in. All services were provided promptly and we were very satisfied. The inside of the spa is very nice and relaxing. Would absolutely recommend to anyone I know! Thank you for making the day so special for us.

I purchased a package for my fiancé and made sure with the receptionist that she was all taken care of so she doesn’t pay anything out of pocket. Upon arrival they charged her for removal of her shellac which they could have simply asked me if she had it But instead they charged her for removal. All my years sending my mother to spas they haven’t asked or charged a removal fee of shellac. I’m extremely disappointed especially it being her birthday having to come out of pocket for something that was never explained to me. She also requested to have shellac put on toes and they explained to her she didn’t have enough time. That doesn’t make any sense especially after I was told her nails were included in the package which wasn’t a basic package I purchased her. I’m extremely disappointed.

Wanted to give this spa more but after a horrible experience I just can’t. I went in for a facial, I suffer from acne and I have sensitive skin. The facial I asked for was pretty standard however she recommended a peel which I’ve never had before. She told me it was safe for sensitive skin and would help with my acne It burned, and my skin was as irritated and red for a good week after this treatment.

Accessible location, good friendly customer service. Tried once, massage was mediocre as it felt more a simple massage from a masseuse than a therapeutic one from an RMT. Their other services might be good, but not massage. Warm ambience but a bit small, crammed rooms

I booked an appointment for my daughter for her birthday to have a facial. There was a November special on with limited quantities so I booked right away as soon as I got the email. The day before her appointment she did not receive the Covid screening email so I called to verify her appointment only to be told there was no appointment booked for her. Additionally now, of course, the “specials” were all sold out but they’d be happy to book her a full price treatment. I had previously had 2 facials there myself in the past 2 months & was planning on making it a monthly treat for myself but I will not return to Refresh Day Spa again. They lost a good customer over their incompetence!

My husband and I got the optimal facial and both loved it. They cater the products to your skin. The shoulder and neck massage was amazing. I got a 2 hour body massage and it was just ok. Nothing to write home about. The essential oil diffuser was not plugged in the whole time. The music wasn't spa music, it was piano and guitar. Either the massage therapist was bad or didn't have enough experience. Would not recommend.

I always have a great experience when I get a Manicure and pedicure at Refresh day spa, and this was no exception. I have had many different estheticians perform these services for me, and no one has ever hurt me, something I cannot say of other places I have been to. They use electric tools, rather than razor blades to deal with callouses, and give an amazing for and leg massage! They made me a coffee, which was delicious and fresh, complimentary with my service. The esthetician was easy to talk to and very kind. The pictures below are a week after the service, so they have grown out a bit, but the gel "shellac" application has lasted 2 weeks without chips or peeling. There was no mail polish on my son, and they were beautifully done. I highly recommend Refresh day spa if you want a quality, luxurious mani-pedi at a reasonable price!

I booked a 300$ spa day treatment at this facility only to not be contacted about the confirmation of the booking. Calling the spa yielded no results as I constantly got a voice-mail. If I could give 0 stars I would. Completely lost my business.

Very clean, professional environment. Got a brazilian; it was quick and nearly painless, but very thorough. Pedicure was also very thorough. My feet feel like a newborn baby's. ???? My esthetician, Luana provided top notch service and was very friendly and knowledgeable. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for quality treatment!

The place is very clean and over all the atmosphere was peaceful. I had to have my shellac polish removed and got a Veneer manicure done. The whole process took almost two hours. That being said the quality of work done was very good. The price was a bit higher than I expected. I emailed in a question and while I got a response to that I never got a response to a follow up question I emailed in.I booked a morning appointment online, I am glad I called to confirm my appointment before going in because as it turns out my appointment wasn't in the system. They managed to fit me in in the afternoon, in the end at least I got my nails done! TL;DR paying for atmosphere and quality, not time efficiency. Online customer service needs improvement.

I go there for Brazilian wax both Michelle and Heather are great very fast and gentle. Had a pedicure once was 69 dollars total at the end because they charge extra for shellac removal and 6 something for a pair of flip flops because I wore close toed shoes. The lady was very lovely and the pedicure was good.

The atmosphere is nice inside, and the staff are super friendly. I find the pricing to be above what was expected. I had a massage and it wasn't the greatest. I had a non-RMT too, which was still very expensive. I don't think I will be going back based on personal experience. All in all, I think everything was pretty good

Sent the Wife for her birthday she said the staff was nice but no joke, the massage table didn't have a head rest. Apparently it broke or something, but that seems to me like the the most basic of features one needs to have. She had to lay with her head hanging off the edge and flat against the table in various positions. I understand that things happen, but please be a professional and tell us that the table is broken so we can reschedule, rather than just taking our money and giving a poor massage.

I went two weeks ago for a optimal facial and it was good and today I went for microdermabrasion, the Spa is clean and neat, Heather was very gentle and kind, she gave good suggestions for my skin care, she was very professional and open to answer my questions about skin care products. I think this will be my Spa to go for skin care in Windsor. Im glad I gave a second chance to this Spa.! Love it.

I have had bad experiences in the past with micro and facials and I can honestly say that this is the best experience I've ever had. When I left, my face felt so good m, not heavy like other places. I had an excellent bday spa experience with a great massage. I get massages a lot so the fact that I was able to fully relax and loved every move the masseuse made, is a big compliment. Spa facilities are great, clean, relaxing. Just a little minus was that a lot of women in there were kinda loud, they should realize that it's a place to relax and find peace, take the chatter elsewhere.

I went into Refresh Day Spa for a massage and facial i got as a gift. And it was my first massage experience ever, and i told the RMT that its my first massage so i wasnt sure how i would feel afterwards. Anyways, she said if i feel any uncomfortable pressure to let her know . so i let her know whenever i was feeling pain. she said i was super tense in my shoulder and neck area and i found she worked there the most. I assumed she was the expert she KNOWS what she is doing. So after my 60 minute massage she said i would feel tender for 24-48 hours and to take it easy and drink plenty of water. the next day my shoulders were swollen and i could barely. i called her and she told me not to worry. a weak later i still had pain and swelling. never ever again have i gone back. and when i called her back a week later she said i did something wrong.

Made a nerve racking process much more comfortable, the lady made sure to explain everything and prepare me for what to expect. Also provided information for what to expect after the wax and during the regrowth period. Will definitely be going back for more services!

Had a horrible experience here. The staff was extremely rude and the whole time during my pedicure, all the esthetician’s were just gossiping with each other. So unprofessional. My manicure was rushed and looked like a child did it by the time she was done. Would not recommend this spa to anyone. I also noticed that some of the girls part of the staff were not so nice to some of their co workers. This place just seemed as if it was run by a bunch of high school drama queens. Will not be coming back.

I came to get a first time spa experience before I travelled for my wedding destination. And I had the worst experience ever, I had booked myself a body scrub, an eyebrow wax, facial, and a mani pedi. So the body scrub was nice, the eyebrow wax was horrible she removed half of my eyebrow after growing them to my desired shape for over 6 months, not only that I had told the aesthetician I had grown out the front of my eyebrows for months, the facial was okay but after that horrible eyebrow wax I wanted to get out of there. When I finally sat down for my mani pedi, the girl was just rushing to finish, and I felt so rushed and everything was just horrible. I am never coming here again....

This is my go to spa in windsor. I am always treated to friendly, clean and effective services. Try thier make up application if you like the natural look. If you really need a time out try out a facial followed by hot stone message. You wont regret it. The only thing I would warn against is requesting a appointment using thier online tool. I have use it 3 times and it dosent work.
