Danielja does my eyebrows and they are always flawless! Definately go to her if you are getting them done. I have also had a manicure here but it is overpriced and of sub-par quality. Yes for eyebrows, No for nails!

If you are planning to get any spa treatments done in the Tecumseh area do NOT go to Pure Day Spa. Absolutely terrible experience. I booked for my mother & I to get pedicures and manicures today at 11am. As soon as we arrived, we got snotty looks as if we don't belong there from the receptionist and one of the aestheticians. (Her name is Thais I believe) Then, we wait for 25 minutes to be seen, all the while they had 3 other ladies go before us. Rude customer service and we ended up leaving 30 minutes after our appointment was suppose to start.

We had our Christmas Party at Pure Day Spa as a treat. It was lovely. There is lots of free parking. It is easy to get to from the expressway. The facility is clean, well kept up and very nice. The girls I deals with were very friendly and helpful. When a mix up with my services was found, they worked to get a suitable solution. I had a massage, a manicure and a facial. It was relaxing and felt Devine. Thank you Pure staff for a lovely day.

Pure Day Spa, is hands down, one of the best spas in Windsor. Their staff immediately smile and greet me as soon as I walked, and treat me like I’m at a 5-star hotel. They’re service is immaculate. I’ve had my nails done in shellac twice, and both estheticians, Diane and Sarah, were precise and thorough in their work! They take their time, the gel doesn’t peel like it would when I’ve had it done at other nail salons. They also offered me coffee or tea and a snack if I wanted as well. They catered to my every need. This spa is the perfect one stop shop when you have an event right after to refresh and glam up. I’ll never go anywhere else again !

Loved my visit to Pure Day Spa. I spent a very relaxing evening getting the fruit enzyme/ Clycolic peel as well as the herbal salt glow body treatment. Staff was amazing and very welcoming especially Sanja who kindly greeted me and talked about more of their services. The spa was very clean and beautiful which made me feel very comfortable! Definitely coming back for more treatments

I go to Pure for all my beauty needs before each getaway or special event. The Lymphatic drainage massage by Thais is by far the most astonishing spa body treatment I have ever received (visible results) and any of their facials are a must. Their team has me feeling pampered, rejuvenated and glowing while in their capable hands. If you’re not going to Pure you’re not doing it right.

This place is a snake pit. Many of the employees, and the owners gossip about their own clients! I have caught the front desk staff doing this as well. Why? These are the people that make your business. Toxic enviornment.... This my rebuttal to your response: I am only reporting what I have experienced firsthand. It makes no difference what your response is. The proof is in the experience ladies. I understand you have to attempt to explain your actions to your clients. Thank you for the effort though.

I had booked the marine contouring treatment as I am going on vacation in a couple of days and wanted to treat myself. With this treatment you have to get completely undressed and wear the paper thong, once I was undressed and on the table the esthetetician proceeded to tell me that I had "nice legs, but needed to tone my butt and that it was very jiggly". I was taken aback by this comment and told her that I work out everyday she then told me that I should do more firming exercises and come back for a cellulite treatment. i was so offended and a little hurt to be honest as I'm about to go wear a bikini for a week and don't feel very comfortable with how I look now. I can't believe that another woman, let alone a "professional" would think this was appropriate to say? I called the manager and spoke to her on the phone about the issue, she apologized but then said that specific employee means well and is good at her job, and that sometimes she says things that aren't appropriate. She then credited me $50 that I could use next time I come in, I paid over $100 for a treatment that was supposed to be relaxing.....definitely will not be back. Completely unprofessional.

I had a pedicure just last week with a couple of friends and we had the greatest time. Our aestheticians were so much fun yet professional at the same time! We felt so relaxed and comfortable in their environment and my pedicure by RoseMary was amazing. The ladies at pure really treat you like family. I would recommend this place to everyone!

I come here when I really want to be pampered. They do a wonderful job on my nails, but more importantly, they clean up my rough heels like nowhere else. The staff are all very friendly and they have late hours during the week. Coming here is a great experience.

Such a disappointment! I booked a bio gel manicure for the first time with them, the girl who took the apt told me that a certain nail tech is the best there but she leaves late every day but said she'll put me in the system for 5pm today (booked the apt 3 days ahead). I get there and I was told I had no apt at first, then the older lady along with another employee told me that she did call but was dialing the wrong area code. Is that a joke? I didnt even get "we're sorry", I had to make arrangements for my husband to come home from work early to take care of my children so that I can make that apt. What's sad is i'm a client with a file with them. I would not recommend this business to anyone who values their time or good customer service.

This is the best spa in Southern Ontario, the service is impeccable and their staff makes me feel looked after and comfortable. Whether you choose to get a mani-pedi with the girlfriends or go for a solo facial, body salt scrub or waxing, everything is done with finesse and professionalism. I love the wide variety of colours they have, just about every shade, and they are constantly bringing in new products keeping up to date with trends.
