Great service, have been going here for years for threading and laser hair removal. Recently took my daughter to get her legs waxed, I was expecting her to back out after the first strip of hair was waxed off but she was fine, said it didn't even hurt. Clean environment and great service. Thank you!

Avoid this place unless you want to contract Hep A or some other nasties. Unhygienic and I broke out after getting a facial here, which I never do. The table wasn't clean and I have a strong suspicion the blackhead extractor tool wasn't properly sanitized either. The lady was kind of rude too. Furthermore, when it came time to pay this woman aggressively told me to please pay in cash. Now I know it's because she wanted to pocket the money so she doesn't have to declare the income. Very unprofessional. Do not recommend at all. EDIT: NICE TRY. I did not "mistake your business for some other business" This review is for Nirvana Spa. Also, you supposedly don't have me in the system? You sure won't when you ask for payment in cash. Liars and uncrupulous business people.

She’s professional, well informed and always learning new techniques or skills to help her customers. I will not let anyone else do my threading and love her oxygen facials! Absolutely horrid. I got my eyebrows done here. She took too much off and on top of that they ended up being uneven. When I pointed this out, she became defensive and started to criticize the natural shape of my brows. Will not be returning to this place. Ladies beware, eyebrow hair often doesn't grow back the same and you don't want to end up with drastically thinned brows that you'd have to keep filling in to restore your natural thickness, or get expensive microblading instead.

She is simply the best I’ve ever been to! I am a hairstylist and refer all of my clients to her. I should also mention that I am obsessive about salon hygiene and am therefore EXTREMELY picky about who works on me and how they sanitize /sterilize equipment & tools. Highly recommend Surjeet!
