Do Not Go Here. Go somewhere else and pay more. Even though this one is cheap l, but worst place. - my wife Worst place to get anything done according to my wife. They are trying to upsale, and don't even do any good job in whatever they do.

Great place to get your brows done. Unlike other places I’ve been to, she’s quite gentle and doesn’t rush through the process and she’s quite patient in making sure you get what you want. Would defs recommend.

She's very friendly, loved her. However no part of her treatment was relaxing, i felt like i was waiting for the relaxing part the whole time. She accidentally got exfoliant in my eye twice, clove oil once and the oil she put in my hair ended up giving me acne, like i warned her it would. :) so kind but prolly the 2nd worst 80$ i ever spent

Went there for the first time today for threading (eyebrows and upper lip). It was a great experience. I've been looking for a permanent place to go to for this and I think I have found it. The lady was incredibly nice and efficient, she saw me exactly at my appointment time and did a great job. Not to mention the prices are INCREDIBLE. I'll definitely be going back.

Worst experience with my hair cut. On call she told 20 and after going there she charged more.. and did nothing to my hair just gave v cut saying its a step cut. Never recommending it to anyone.

I had a bad experience. It was bad quality waxing . The hair was still showing , and wax was still stuck on my legs when j went home . The whole experience was very uncomfortable. It was not worth the money . Also mentioning that the price is more expansive than other places and still no quality .

I have been to a lot of places for eyebrow threading and this woman is by far the best. I also had a head massage and facial treatment from her. She is very knowledgeable in her traditional techniques and her pressure is deep which I prefer. Her treatment not only does wonders for your skin superficially but also heals on deeper levels of consciousness as well. Mind body and soul healing sessions. Thank you so much for sharing your healing gifts with our culture. I will see you next month.

Had my eyebrows done here and I must say she does a good job. My eyebrows look the same now. It's not your typical "spa" but it's a nice cute place . I will definitely be going back to Neelam to get my brows done again.

Made an appointment to get eyebrow threading. Got an email confirmation that all was good. Went there for the specified time and the door was locked. Called and left a message, then got a call back where she proceeded to tell me that you can't book online (even though I did) and that it says on the website they aren't taking customers (not true, it actually says they are open and taking customers). Thankfully I didn't pay in advance online when I booked the appointment.

The salon isn't your typical neat & clean, white & tidy, but her instruments are sanitary and the environment is comfortable. I always get my threading done by her because it's always perfect & the price is right! :)

Very respectful, friendly & kind. I been going there to get my eyebrows done & I always fall in love with the results. Today went for a deep cleansing facial & let me tell you guys, this experience was much needed. I felt relaxed & at peace. She was so polite & constantly asking if I’m okay thru the process to make sure everything(products) were not harming me cuz I’m sensitive. Will definitely recommend to anyone!!

Good prices and the threading is good. However, the practitioner can be overly critical of the clients (hair, nails) when they have not asked for their hair or nails to be done. Would recommend clarifying what you want. The practitioner stated she would trim my hair but cut off 3 inches. Also, this is not your typical spa environment. This is reflected in the prices but if you want a latte at the spa, this is not the place

The owner didn’t hesitate to give me a discount even though I declined, when finding out about my recent move. I was concerned about finding an Indian salon in Windsor but I’m totally blown away - I found the best one :) eyebrows on fleek!

The service is amazing and the owner is a lovely women who is very professional and takes her time to make sure that everything is perfect before you leave.
