First time wax, a lot male pattern chest hair. Jowan was fantastic, informative and didn't make me feel awkward at all. They treat male and female presenting clients the same way with good service.

Ella is fantastic!! She works closely with the client to ensure she accommodates that individual needs. I have had several different treatments completed and never felt happier. Ella is the trustworthy person who will never recommend getting a service done if not deemed necessary. I've asked on several occasions for other treatments to be completed in between and she has declined me on a few occasions as she noted the treatments that I was getting done were sufficient. Ella and her staff are all amazing! Love to attend! Prices are very reasonable and she has very good facial products and make up (Environ and Glo - products I use).

I called to book a facial specifically for extration of black and white heads, when I came the first thing I said again was that I was looking for extraction of the black heads and pamples and she said she wouldn't have time to do, but she would replace the massage by the extraction. She applied a tons of products, did a very non sense massage anyways which was nothing more than superficially touching my skin and my hair and I left with all my black and white stuff on my face. I gave them a feedack and they said it was on me because I did not book the right thing. They said that I should had booked the "extractation" only. Not sure if it was just a communication problem or they are really confusing, but for me this place became a big no. At least it is clean and the staff is gentle, but the facial did not worth 80 bucks.

Went for micorblading on August 17th. Ella was very professional and took great time in explaining each and every detail. I'm thrilled with the end result!!! I have now booked an appointment for microdermabrasion for next weekend. The spa itself is perfect.......calm and relaxing.

I liked this place so much, it was a really pleasant experience, its clean and neat. Jwoan did a very good job for the therapeutic facial I went for, she is very friendly and took the time to removed blackheads/whiteheads carefully, she was very punctual to start and it was a 60 min treatment as it is mentioned on the website, I definitely recommend this place!

Got eyelash extensions at this location, the procedure was not supposed to hurt at all, she was poking my eyes very aggressively, my eye was tearing up and burning, which is also not supposed to happen. One eye got stuck shut. Worst experience.

I absolutely love this spa. I used to get my waxes here and I knew I could trust them with my laser hair removal as well. I have the pain tolerance of zero, but Ella and all the other workers are incredible - they're personable, and do everything to make sure your comfortable and will tell you upfront if something will actually be painful. I've been to many spas before but this is my favourite by far and would recommend to anyone.
