Went for a couples massage and facial, the experience was great and the workers there made us feel very comfortable. They didn’t realize we were getting a facial after the massage so we didn’t go from one room to the next, but it was well handled and we did not mind. Other than the price being quite high, this place makes you feel great!

I’ve also had Stephanie for mani’s, pedi’s and a facial. She was also amazing and delightful to chat with. Can’t wait to return for maintenance treatments soon.

I’m pleasantly surprised. Not sure what to expect when walking in but the hostess was amazing and my mani/Pedi by Doca was soooo relaxing and well worth it! I received a gift card so that was the reason I went but they definitely have a repeat customer! Pricing is on the higher end but if you want to feel pampered at least once in a while this is the place to go! Treat yourself ... why not! You only have one you!! ❤️❤️❤️

I had an excellent experience here having a prenatal massage. The staff were all really friendly. Vicky was clearly very experienced in prenatal massage. They had a special pillow and a hydraulic table to ensure safety for expectant moms. I have been here before for a regular massage and facial and they really make you feel pampered.

Stage 3 finally came, and I could not wait to get a facial after being at work myself and dealing with the masks!! I had Rosie as my facial esthetician, and what a wonderful experience I had! She made me feel so comfortable and welcome, she educated me on proper protocol and products to use to keep my skin glowing. On top of all that she gave me such a fabulous facial that people noticed right away!! Such a great clean feeling when I don't want to wear makeup because I don't need it! I had been to this spa in the past under the previous management and I always thought it was good but it lacked in atmosphere. I am addicted to pedicures and I often went to the smaller nail places in the area and price was often the deciding factor . Since the corona virus I am much more aware of the cleanliness of everywhere I go. Safety cleanliness and quality are what I look for now. My first pedicure after the corona shutdown was at Estetica Spa because it was newly renovated and the air cleaning equipment that was newly installed was a great comfort to me. I was greeted be a wonderful young lady at the door before I was able to enter the building . She had done screening questions took my temperature and explained the rules that keep everyone safe. Some people complain about this stuff but I am in a high risk group and for me it is responsible and it helps me feel safe. Once I entered the building I was amazed at the change in atmosphere , everyone was friendly my services were on time and my experience was incredible. Congratulations to the new management of Estetica you have dine an amazing job and I have found my spa without a doubt. Best pedicure ever. Keep up the great work.

Pretty large spa with lots of different services you can get here. There is a nice waiting area, with complimentary drinks (tea, coffee, water); they greet you at the door when you walk in; there's a party room perfect for a birthday, christmas party or bachelorette party; beauty store next door and more! I like it here, but expect to pay a bit more at this spa given it's location and interior appeal

Followed Dr. Bray’s clinic here. Booking was seamless and when I arrived I felt safe and comfortable with their covid precautions. Everything was super clean and staff were very clear on instructions when you event. I have been working with Barb Deneau for almost a year now. from the initial consultation to the procedure I felt informed about what I was getting and what was happening during the procedure. Honestly I’m so happy every time I leave. I think it would be cliche to say my life has changed but it really has. I highly recommend Estetica and Dr. Bray’s team for cosmetic fillers and help with skincare.

I rarely post complaints, but this needed to shared. I pre-booked 3 massages as part of a promo Estetica was advertising - one in August, September and October. The 4th massage was supposed to be complimentary. I booked my 4th massage for the end of November, but unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to reschedule the appointment. Estetica could not fit me in on a different date in the month of November, so they rescheduled me for the second week in December. Then after my massage on December 13th, the lady at the counter said this 4th one was not complimentary as it had to be done by end of November. They should have mentioned this to me when rescheduling my 4th appointment. I asked to speak to the manager and was told she will call me to discuss. After having not heard back for 2 days, I called them and inquired about this issue again. Very disappointing and disrespectful of them to not honour the 4th massage as complimentary. I will never go back to Estetica and I will make sure to not recommend this spa. Two of my best friends are getting married next year and are no longer choosing Estetica as our spa of choice. Their lack of respect for customers is very evident, so unprofessional.

I came here because i got a gift card for christmas and based on the prices was expecting it to be very high end. They cancelled my massage that morning and gave me a different one. No complaints just was looking forward to the full body massage. Also my manicure SUCKED. ive never been so disappointed in a service before. It was gel nails and theres air bubbles all over and she didnt know how to use the machine, the nail polish i wanted was dried out twice and they didnt have bottles to replace them. In my opinion its poor management. My pedi however was fantastic by Rosie. I would recommend that service. And how long i waited in between was ridiculous. Wouldn't go back. Dont recommend.

I have been to Estetica twice since the recent renovations. I first had a massage with Madison and it was amazing. Definitely the best massage I've had. I had also gotten a manicure and it has easily been the best experience I've had getting my nails done. They look absolutely amazing, Rosie was fabulous! She really took her time to make sure they looked perfect. Besides the great services, the atmosphere has been great and I highly recommend to visit Estetica!

Got a gift card for my birthday so I gave it a try. Very expensive. Was told my pedicure wpuld be an hour. It was maybe 35 minutes. Staff was nice and friendly but the pedicure was not worth the price. Chairs very uncomfortable. I wouls not go back or recemmond it to anyone.

I recently had the most amazing gel manicure with Lesley and pedicure with Doca. My nails were in pretty bad shape and needed some extra care. Lesley was very professional and explained everything to me during my appointment and gave me some great tips to keep my nails and cuticles healthy. She also added a beautiful design. Doca was also very professional. She took her time and she was also very gentle as I have very sensitive feet. She was always checking to make sure everything was okay. I do have ingrown toenails and Doca was beyond amazing in removing these. Her massage techniques during the pedicure made me so relaxed I did not want my appointment to end. I highly recommend Estetica Day Spa for a great time to pamper yourself. The protocols they have in place during this time with Covid made me feel very confident and comfortable and safe. Looking forward to my next appointment.

The building is due for an upgrade; its several shades of brown with tacky decorations. Its uncomfortable getting a treatment in an icebox and no heating blanket. The appointment had us waiting an extra 20 minutes and no staff came around to speak to us or offer beverages. I'm all for being understanding but service sucked and I overpaid for the treatment. The worst part is I think this is probably the best one in the area unless you want to drive to Toronto.

Every time I have come to this spa, it was a disappointment. The 1st time I got a massage by a registered RMT, but it was one of the worst massages I had ever gotten. The 2nd time I came for a bachelorette party, I got a facial-- the esthetician gave me facial with plastic gloves on...which was really strange and felt super awkward, she then proceeded to put on my mask left me in the dark treatment room for about 10-15 minutes without telling me what was going on (I actually thought she forgot I was there) I then proceeded to get a pedicure but they use a dremil tool on your feet. The dremil was actually burning my skin because the setting was too high. Not a relaxing experience whatsoever and more expensive then other spas. Will not be returning.

Horrible... one can not describe the feeling of being turned away for one of the biggest days of your life. Never ever use this place for anything. Horror stories align, in the same day. Imagine booking your wedding make-up and getting the confirmation the night before. Then showing up 15 minutes early for the appointment the next day to have the host tell you several times that you are not in the system for a make up application. Imagine leaving feeling horrible about what just happened and confused. On your wedding day. This happened to my mother. Saturday August 18th 2018. Why? Why would you let a client leave that is telling you clearly they received a confirmation phone call The night before and that yes I booked a month ago. Why wouldn’t you ask a higher up for help resolving this delicate situation? Allowing the customer to leave feeling hurt and confused. Why? Why would one do this?

I have gone here twice and was disappointed both times. The facial I had was very over priced and did not feel relaxed at all. I also had a manicure, and the polish chipped on two nails within 2 days. I have a gift card for here and I will definitely not be using it.

Received a gift card, so decided to get my mani/pedi done here... big mistake. The next day a few of my gel nails were lifting, and multiple had tiny air bubbles. When I went back to get this fixed the lady who initially did them had the nerve try telling me the air bubbles "were dust particles, and that happens when you choose a light colour like the one I did".... I've had my nails done enough times to know that that is entirely untrue (but decided not to argue the point.) She also had me SOAK my nails prior to applying the gel which I was pretty sure was a big no-no, but I didnt say anything. I assumed she was the professional, and knew what she was doing.....wrong. For an establishment like this I would assume they would have competent staff. If you are going to charge those prices, hold your staff to a higher standard, and train them all the same. Not even 1 week later, and I have 2 nails left.... how disappointing. Back to my tried and true salon I go.
