Elie is now the only person I trust with my hair. Have tried sooo many salons in both Windsor and Toronto, and Elie is by far the best :) This salon is my favourite, not just for hair, but services and color as well. Living in Toronto, I still will not go anywhere else. The only downside is that he's always booked, and it's hard to get in last minute, but Rhonda works wonders too.

My experience at this salon has been nothing short of great, professional and rewarding. Upon my first time entering the salon the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The owner, Elie, also introduced himself and was very personable. My stylist/makeup artist, Mercedes, is amazingly talented and has always made me feel like a priority. I have gotten airbrush makeup, hairstyles, hair cuts, and colouring done, all of which have been done to a high caliber. I wholeheartedly recommend Mercedes and this salon to anyone of my friends because when I go there I feel like I'm treated like family.

I would have given a lower review because he intentionally didn't do exactly what I wanted, but because it turned out so good, I have to give 5 stars. I was a little nervous when a senior stylist at Elie Habib said he was going to do something "a little different" from the photo I showed him. But in the end, I came out with beautifully layered hair. I showed him a picture, but he convincingly bypassed through with his expertise. I have thin hair but a lot of it, and hairstylists could never give me the layers I was looking for. The stylist at Elie made it possible.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE- PLEASE READ I’ve never left a bad review before but this time I can’t hold back.. I can’t even begin to explain how upset and disappointed I am with what happened. I’ve been a client at Elie Habib Salon for four years... Three days ago I went in for my appointment that I booked to dye my hair lighter (my hair is a medium almost light brown colour) but it was black last year and I’ve come a long way to transition it back to my natural hair colour blonde/light brown. So I just wanted to get it evened out one more time before my prom which is in a few days. When I saw Elie I told him I wanted to walk out with lighter hair and to bleach it if that’s what it takes and he said he wasn’t going to bleach it because that could take a few hours and he doesn’t have time for me? Which made no sense considering I booked the appointment. Anyways after going back and forth with him and his assistant they told me that they were going to put a blonde/ golden toner in my hair instead of dye which I was satisfied with because they reassured me I was going to get a lighter shine to my hair.. Elie also cut my hair and I said I DID NOT want layers. Long story short my hair turned out multiple shades darker, than how it was when I walked in. It’s actually even black in certain places now and he layered my hair. I told him that this is not what I wanted as I was crying and he said “this is in the best interest of your hair” and walked away from me. And kept telling me that he didn’t have time for me throughout the whole process and making excuses. He let me walk out of the salon crying and I still paid a large amount of money and I shouldn’t have paid anything. I’ve never met someone so rude who runs a business who’s supposed to satisfy their clients and completely did the opposite. The least he could’ve done was fixed his mistake free of charge. Save your time and your money!!!

I was referred years ago to Elie Habib who is the most professional when it comes to hair. I have never had a hairdresser who makes you feel part of staff and shop. Everyone at the salon treat you like family and make you feel welcomed and not just a “ client “. I’m always guaranteed to be stopped by somebody complimenting my hair or asking to take a picture of it. I tell them - “ you want the best - then go to Elie” HE IS THE BEST HAIRSTYLIST

First time there , staff is very rude. . I ask for one thing with my hair and I got a completely different thing. Elie acts so arrogant yet does not know how to do what is asked. If you didn’t know how to do a certain style , you should have said it.
