About a year ago my wife and I started looking for a new nail salon, so I started doing some research. I'm very big into reading reviews and seeing what others have to say before trying out a new place, regardless of the service being provided. I happened across Beautiful Images, and the reviews were fantastic! I booked us a couple's appointment for a manicure and pedicure, and we came in. The staff was extremely friendly, easy going, and professional. We had an amazing experience. Anna, Ada, Saje and the rest of their staff made us feel like family. Since then, my wife has gone back numerous times for their various services(hair, nails, laser, etc) and I myself have been in for hair with Saje on a regular basis as well. We would highly recommend Beautiful Images to anyone looking for a new hair / nail salon(and other things)!

I am VERY selective when it comes to personal care- before finding Sajee and Ada at Beautiful Images, I was driving over an hour to go to a salon in the states where I used to live. I have been extremely satisfied with ALL the services I've had here (hair cut, color, & style, manicure, pedicure, and make-up application). One added bonus that was totally unexpected and I've never had done anywhere else is how quickly I get everything done... Sajee cuts my hair while Ada does my nails- I honestly feel like I have a beauty squad working for me! I've also never had a gel manicure that lasted more than a few days before coming here- now I schedule them every 2 weeks and I never have an issue in between! Ada is a master nail tech! She's very thorough and the results speak for themselves. I love this Salon and I'm so happy to have found it. And yes, the espresso and treats are a nice touch. 5 stars!!!

HIJABI FRIENDLY. I went to Beautiful Images Salon to get my hair cut and dyed for my birthday. I had Martha as my hairstylist and she is AMAZING. I got a balyage and she worked magic on my hair. I was worried about going to a salon and having men accidently see me. They were so kind enough to convert their massage room into a private hair styling room. Anytime I needed to go into other places of the salon, they provided me with a cover to completely shield myself from men (it looked like I wore a prayer outfit.) Any place that was in the open, they asked the men to leave and gave me COMPLETE privacy. I have never seen a hair salon be so accommodating before. Most places won't change a thing due to policy, but Beautiful Images cares more about customers comfort. I feel respected, listened to and valued. Beautiful Images salon was and is clean, professional, friendly. Im not a very talkative person (im an introvert) and they were able to talk with me in a way that allowed me to open myself up to them, I felt like I was speaking with family. It was an amazing experience all around and I am so glad I stumbled upon them. I would HIGHLY recommend this place. ❤???? I am DEFINATELY coming back!!!

Oof. This seems like a clean and well kept salon, but I would never recommend nail services. I was charged $75 + tax for a very very basic set as their technician was not able to do the ombre design I was looking for. The set took over two hours. Less than a day later my gel polish is bubbling up off the nail and I can see she really really chewed at my cuticles. Will try to attach a picture. They seem to pride themselves on using dip powder and not using the drills but honestly I have received countless long lasting sets from places that use regular acylic and drills in half the time at a third the price.

i was one of anna’s students a couple of years ago. she taught me in manicure, pedicure and artificial nail enhancements. she’s very professional and is always happy to help, she shows you how things are properly done and quick. the tips she gives you you think you’ll never use but you do more than anything. she’s very organized and always on time. things are explained by showing instead of writing, and it’s extremely helpful. anna is better than a 5 star rating and i highly recommend her. i would never go to anyone else for answers

I have really dark hair and I’ve been colouring my hair every 6 months for over 10 years I have been to multiple hairstylist who try to match what I wanted yet were not able to and I was never satisfied. Thankfully then beautiful images came to the rescue, I have been seeing Sajee who coloured my hair exactly how I wanted and kept my hair healthy in achieving the color to the point where I didn’t have to get it redone in over a year! I’m really upset to have to be writing this. Despite the employees being extremely kind, the service provided absolutely does not match the price they charge. I paid a bit over $80 to get my nails refilled. That price in itself is way too much, but I assumed that the quality would make up for it. It definitely did not. Two of my nails broke, within one week of getting them done. I’ve never had this happen before. The first time they repaired the broken nail, but the second time they charged me despite it being less than a week of having the refill. My nails now cost over $90, in addition to factoring in the time it takes to go to and from the salon 3 times in one week. NOW the nail polish on one of my nails has completely come off. I’m a student. The most work I do with my hands is typing a washing dishes. I’ve been getting my nails done for years and I’ve never had so many issues with one set, let alone paid almost one hundred dollars and spent this much time. I’m very disappointed. ---- Edit: In response, at my last appointment you did not say that. After I came the second time that week to fix a broken nail, you Anna THEN made a comment about my nails needing to possibly be shorter. I’m not sure why the nail tech did not say this during the appointment - you as business owners should offer your “professional opinion” before the damage is done. In terms of accommodating me when my nails did break, at the end of the day my nails shouldn’t have been breaking and chipping as often as they did. It comes down to quality. I’ve gotten my nails done elsewhere and I have not had a set chip or break as of yet. With my last set at your salon, my set broke twice within a week and the polish chipped. The time spent on my nails is irrelevant when the quality is insufficient. Of course it is not a $20 dollar service, you undermine me by suggesting I’d think that. However, if I am paying $100 for simply a REFILL I expect my nails to hold up, and if you think they won’t, I expect the nail tech to tell me that when she does my nails. This comes down to a business that fails to see its faults and does not acknowledge that when customers are paying above the average price for services, they are expecting at minimum average quality, and in most cases, above average quality. Your work, however, was below average.

Not sure when was the exact day, but last week my wife went there to get her hair done ( cut ) after she finished and went back home , her hair wasn’t equally cut , there was one long hair and the other short and had a lots of mistakes . . She also said they were rude and didnt know how to professionally communicate. She doesn’t remember the girl’s name who did her hair but she was skinny, short, blond hair and she didnt seem to know what shes doing . Never going back again!

I went in to get a full Brazilian wax and I was so pleased with my experience. When I first walked in I was offered coffee/tea and the staff was very warm welcoming. As I was getting my wax done Anna was very friendly and made me feel completely comfortable. I’ve gone to many places before to get a wax and this place by far is the best and worth the price. I usually don't get my nails painted or get pedicures often because I am fearful of getting nail fungus or some type of virus from a dirty salon. I am usually very disappointed in the quality of the paint job. Usually the paint has air bubbles, I have paint on my skin, and/or the nail isn't fully painted. This is the 1st time I was 100% satisfied. This salon is extremely clean and sterile. I didn't have to ask if the foot bath was cleaned or even request an unused nail file/foot buffer. The nail technician did an excellent job painting my nails. My only complaint is that I wish all nail salons operated with these standards. Unfortunately I will have to wait until my next visit to Windsor to get my nails done again. I live in the USA about 500 miles away & it was 100% worth the drive. Make an appointment if you’ll be in the area.

Great Results with Laser Hair Removal: I have had 2 sessions so far for laser hair removal for facial hair and bikini line and already I’m experiencing great results. My bikini area is already 95% hair free and the stubborn facial hair I’ve fought with since a teenager is nearly gone. Ana is very professional and knowledgeable. My only regret is that I didn’t do it earlier.

Just saw Sajee for a haircut and lowlights for the first time. He also did a botox treatment for my dry and damaged hair, a first for my hair as well. It has taken me 4 years to find a hairdresser confident enough to handle my thick, unruly hair since moving from another city, and I must say I won't look any further.
