Terrible experience. They do not answer their phone. I called to reschedule multiple times and no one picked up. When I was finally able to contact someone I was told that the new appointment time was fine. Despite confirming the appointment online as well I was told the lash technician had left when I arrived. There was no attempt to reschedule once I was there there was no one at the front desk, I had to walk upstairs and knock to finally be greeted hastily and dismissed. Terrible customer service. Also, this was posted 3 years ago, I think it's disgusting that your response is 3 years too late and you use COVID as an excuse?! Disgusting.

Absolutely the best Waxing and treatment salon in the lower mainland (and I've tried many). The atmosphere is fun and inviting as are the staff. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Prices are great (they have amazing deals on waxing packages). You can easily book their services on the mindbody app. I highly recommend them. After getting bikini waxes throughout the years, I decided to finally try the Brazilian. I was a little nervous about it, but owner (and wax goddess) Jenna put me at ease and it was honestly the most comfortable waxing experience I've ever had. Her knowledge and friendliness will make even the most timid client feel comfortable. I've been seeing her now for a couple of years and the service level is always top notch. Heather is an absolute delight. I have been seeing her for my lash extensions for over a year and a half. Her professionalism, expertise, experience, and commitment to a clean and safe environment really makes you feel comfortable and safe during these Covid times. You can feel confident knowing that she will make you feel gorgeous by the time you leave. An overall fantastic experience time after time.

I had the best experience ever at Waxbox!! Nic was soo amazing, and truly did an amazing job. It was my first appointment ever and her energetic and bubbly spirit made the experience so comfortable. My wax their was actually less painful and they gave me such amazing tips on how to take care of my skin after the wax. After experiencing such amazing service, I don't think I plan to go any where else. I highly recommend coming here!!

This is by far the BEST wax bar. The whole experience is superb. Spotlessly Clean, friendly, funny, professional. Jen is my go to for waxing and Mila does the best manicure and pedicure. All the gals are a hoot to chat with and have a fun working relationship. I imagine they are all awesome! The Waxbox is a fun atmosphere and is beautifully located in White Rock in close proximity to the beach. I'd be surprised if there was anything to complain about. I Love this place!

First time getting my legs waxed as well as first time coming to this salon and I had such a blast! Who knew you getting your legs waxed would be so much fun. Amy was awesome and such a funny girl. Under arms 10$ ?! Such a good price and very happy! Definitely want to come back and highly recommend this place. It’s also low key quite “instagramable” with their adorable hanging chairs! You’ll see what I mean when you get there

Very unprofessional. Tech was late and when she did show up, she didn’t converse much with me during my service and instead spent the entire time gossiping about another co worker. I went home with many ingrown hairs. Would not book again. Edit: I have used my mother’s account as I am not using my personal information on the internet but interesting reply.

I have 2 seperate reviews and I want to make that very clear. Heather at waxbox is absolutely amazing. I have seen her for microblading and I see her every 3 weeks for my lashes. Cannot say enough good things about this girl! However I also get waxed and I will never go back for this service. Ive seen 3 ladies there. 1 of 3 who made my first experience getting a brazillion great and made me want to come back! I booked 5 in a package and thought I knew what to expect. My first amazing girl was away sick so I booked with the owner. She was way too quick (extremely painful) her wax was way too hot. Burned the skin on my right side, AND she missed lots of hair. Very disappointed. The third girl I saw there was 50/50 her brazillion was not nearly as painless as my first girl, and took twice as long. I was deadset on never seeing anyone else other than my first girl Nic. I came to find out she no longer works there. The music is always up extremely loud to the point its hard to hear your girls talking. Take my review as a warning as Ive seen multiple people there for the same service! I will continue to see Heather for my lashes and microblading but never again will I go for a wax.

I had a great experience at Wax Box, but only because of Nic, she was Amazing!!! She was very thorough, gentle, explained the entire process, while adding her years of experience. Her bubbly spirit made the whole experience so comfortable, educated myself during and after the service, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend only to see Nic!

Jenna is amazing! I'm telling all my friends to go see her from now on! Was worried about driving from Abbotsford and the parking in White Rock. Parking was 75 cents right out front and the service is sooooo worth the 40 minute drive. Awesome! See you in a month :)

Was my first appointment ever and the girls were so welcoming and it was clean and cozy but in a fully filled sexy and body product way! I had my appointment with Nic and she was so bubbly and friendly and also super encouraging and is passionate about her clients and making them feel confident and sexy! All about body positivity and beauty and it really shows. Not only was my first ever wax almost painless but the overall experience and how I felt during and when I left was more than I expected. I am a tourist from Brazil. When I saw the cozy-beach-house in White Rock and I became very intrigued. Inside I met Milla, who happens to be Brazilian. I encorage myself and decided to get my "Brazilian" done. I was so surprised that my expirience was better than in Brazil. Milla was so gentle and gave me a painless wax. If you are afraid to get waxed, this is the place for you.

Today was my very first time at Waxbox. I went in for a Brazilian and I seriously cannot say enough good things about my experience! The establishment was beautiful and clean. And the aesthetician Rachel was so professional, personable and easy to talk to. Both her and the other aesthetician who were working were super nice and welcoming. The Brazilian itself was quick and fairly painless - which is saying a lot because I hadn't been for quite some time, so she had a big job on her hands lol. I will definitely be back in the future and can say I have officially found my new go to place locally! I will be recommending their waxing services to everyone I know.
