Bought a package of 5 IPL hair removal services. I’ve never had any waxing or laser removal done before. I was so impressed with the results after just the first session! Just finished my second one today and can’t wait to see the results from this. Raj was amazing! I don’t have much of a pain tolerance and she was very patient with me. She also offered me a great package deal that I couldn’t resist. Super impressed with the service that I purchased a package for RF facial treatments! Can’t wait to try this!!

This salon is legit satisfaction guaranteed!! I would recommend them 100% to any ladies who want to get the hair colour they desire. Like i have been colouring my hair since high school, and its very rare to have someone who can give me the colour i wanted. For background i have a black Asian hair. My experience was, the moment I walked in the salon it felt so welcoming , clean and sassy. Raj the owner , right away greeted me, . Raj was busy with other client ( i walked in at the time) and one of her staff did my hair. At first try i was so disappointed. But i came back and told Raj how i feel and the hair colour was not right. Raj then reassured me she'll fix my hair, with no extra cost. Raj took all the time to fix it and at the end of the day i was very satisfied and really felt like Raj have a miracle hands. She only not got the Ash bloned colour i wanted , she also made sure not to damaged my hair ( hence it was the second time. Very happy and will definitely come back again .

Clean place. Bought a groupon for Hydrafacial that was the same price as they charge you without groupon. They use mix of different products for Hydrafacial (dermalogica and other, not the original ones).

Ive had hydra facial done here twice and both times the experience was so relaxing and comfortable. The representatives working here make your experience so nice and not at all weird. They are talkative, and are great at what they do. I love that they massage you while you have a face mask on. Super soothing and my skin looks great!!

I booked an appointment to have my eye brows threaded. The staff had me wait for 30 minutes and then afterwards told me there was a mix up and they meant to reschedule my appointment for an hour later. The staff were extremely unprofessional and not considerate of my time. I would not recommend them for any services.

My sister and I have been going here for laser hair removal and we have been very happy with the results! The process has very minimal pain and is quick with no irritation at all afterwards. Raj always does such as great job and cares so much about her customers. I have also gotten a hydra facial from here and my skin had never felt so breathable! I dont typically write poor reviews. As a fellow esthetician i strive for positive feedback. But im just so disappointed with my treatment i received today. I have had numerous hydrafacials from one lady i have been seeing for yrs, but saw a great offer on groupon for a hydrafacial with raj and all her reviews were outstanding. Which i find really odd as the treatment i received was very poor. My appointment started off bad. It was set for 1030am she didnt show up till 1045am. No call to her staff too notify me or not even a call or text directly. I patiently waited anyways. She shows up and apologizes she was late. My facial begins at 1055 ish by the time im settled in the room. Starts out great she was very polite and happy. She cleanses my skin manually. Then does peel. Then uses the machine only for extractions and that was it. A quick massage and then a mask she but on gor 10-15 min and left me in the room alone. When she could have massage my arms and hands. As a spa owener and esthetician myself we are trained the proper way to do things. And im sorry but raj is the owner i expected better service then this.. my treatment ended at 1130am. So i didnt eveen get an hour facial as hydrafacials take an hour.. she cut the time and rushed it and i felt that. Idk if its because i paid a cheaper rate thru groupon but i will not be returning.

I had gotten my facial done by Nav and had a wonderful experience with this spa! The staff was very nice and had a welcoming environment. I saw great improvement in my skin and my fine lines are less visible. I definitely do recommend this salon.

I also got a cut and colour the second time I went there from Dana. She is really friendly and knew exactly what I wanted. I got my laser done here after missing months of appointments from my old place so i was really nervous but she was wonderful! She adjusted it to my pain tolerance while still getting each hair from the root. Unlike most places who rush and miss some hairs, Raj took her time and properly went over every inch of my face I couldn’t recommend a better place!

She provides good services, however I didn't like her cream, face wash, moisturizer.. I had rashes after she peeled my skin. Also, I had a pimple, she couldn't treat it well. To response to the owner of Uptown Salon & Spa. (She said I had the facial at different place, but gave her bad reviews.) You are now proofing yourself of collecting GST without returning to CRA.
