The woman i spoke to over the phone was great for intake appointment. Dr. Jay wasn't the most pleasant guy however. Waited 6 months for this appointment and I was immediately given a referral to another practice, makes me wonder why he needed me to drive in and sit on his couch when he was making a decision based on my intake forms that I filled out. Frustrating that this is what i was waiting for. **Update** i got a call from the referral he sent me to and there is another year and a half wait list. Also they told me that it is impossible after a 45 min appointment for someone to diagnose me with a personality disorder. This guy seems like a charlotton.. I do NOT recommend.

I experienced a lot of pain and tightness in my mid back and struggled with my allignment. Since I've never been to a chiropractor before I really didn't know what to expect. Dr Sereena came highly recommended and I was already well aware of her good reputation, so I wasted no time booking an appointment. All it took was one visit. Her approach is very professional and obviously effective. It's been two months since my visit and I haven't had any further issues with my back. As a happy client I will definitely recommend her as a chiropractor! Ten out of ten for sure!

I’ve been an Aesthetician in the spa industry for 23 years and have had many massages. Or at least I thought I had. I left Sereno Spa today pain free and elevated to the next level of bliss. Boyd is beyond an RMT, he is a healer in the truest sense of the word. His 31 years of experience and passion for helping people reach their optimal health can’t be matched. I was diagnosed with arthritis a few years ago and then was in a car accident that left me in chronic pain. I’m so grateful for the professional service and care I’ve experienced. I will be frequenting this beautiful establishment for many more services as well. 10/10 Thank you ????????

very disappointed with the appointment I received. booked for noon, saw the natrupath for 10 minutes at the most and my appointment was interrupted couple of time by people needed materials from one room to another which is time out of my consultation but still paid the full 1 hour consultation. The natrupath didn't acknowledge the time wasted during my money. I had to book with a natrupath to receive a PRP treatment because the consultant the offer the treatment was soon to go on a vacation for 1 month so I had no other option but to take the natrupath appointment, not that I needed to be treated the Natrupathic way at all and didn't want to be offered it because of my past experiences with it, but I was still forced to sit and listen to the offer for natrupathic treatment with more waste of time that I refused at the end out of my PRP consultation time and money as well. before booking the appointment, during the phone conversation with the receptionist I was informed that the specific treatment I am looking to get gives out a package offer for number of treatment that I was excited about but then once I got to my appointment I was only then informed by the natrupath I met that the package hadn't been "apparently" existing for over a year and her receptionist gave me wrong info of a year ago. the treatment only offered at the higher price than the package offer.... very very disappointing. No thank you. I am glad I found someone else to get even more services with for the extra money I saved with them, NO consultation fee and are doing such great work, service, package and many offers and support at no interruptions!! Thank you for taking my money for nothing.

Dr. Elena Jutai is a very knowledgeable naturopathic doctor. Her approach is thorough and well researched. She listens and makes sure that you are comfortable during the visits. I am very disappointed with the technician who did my tattoo removal treatment. She burnt through my skin and left major scarring. The weird part is I had them do the same tattoo with the same technician 4 years ago and she did a great job, it was fine, no scarring. I took care of the tattoo in the same way after both sessions. So I don't know what she did differently. So now I have a tattoo that, yes the ink has faded like it should, but now parts of the tattoo are literally BURNED into my skin. I don't want this to happen to anyone else, I would not recommend this place for any delicate procedures such as tattoo removal

This place doesn't even deserve one star! I recently went to Sereno for some treatment. We paid up front and in full for the procedure we were getting. The billing is as not explained to us, and we trusted the technician. Went in for two session and after the second one the technician said I had one appointment left and let's get it booked! Went in yesterday and had what I thought was my last pre paid treatment done. My husband also has a treatment booked and wanted to just clarify how they billed. He gets a phone call back stating we owe them for my treatment $2300.00!! I would NEVER have done it knowing it was that much extra nor did I agree to it! But the technician lied to save her ass and said I agreed to pay with 20% off. She also told the owner that my husband was making physical threats , which is absolutely absurd! Owner called us today and was just as rude. She also threatened that if I were to say anything about it on social media, she would take legal action. They rip people off! Save your money and go somewhere else!!

Do your research- this is a NON-professional facility offering medical services. They pretend their "medical director" is there to run the show when they are clearly not as you can read below. It's owned by a woman by the name of Sandra Fikus who is a NON-PROFESSIONAL. During the pandemic, this facility cancelled my ESSENTIAL SERVICES APPOINTMENT with my primary care physician, my naturopathic doctor who prescribes medications as I have NO family doctor. I had an INFECTION that was being managed by my naturopathic doctor and was scheduled for a follow-up. SERENO informed me their ND was NOT taking any appointments in any capacity- and this was later found to NOT be true! I insisted to Sereno that I had an appointment and they told me no appointments with my Doctor. I immediately knew something was off because my ND had insisted on strict follow-up on my infection progression and treatment. I later found out that my ND WAS available online for appointments! My ND is lovely and took great care of me! I am so fortunate. SERENO on the other hand did NOT! I am beyond disgusted by SERENO's behaviour and mismanagement of my care. They stopped me from accessing my essential healthcare by interfering with my appointments. Sereno is beyond unprofessional. I will not be recommending this place to anyone, and especially for medical services.

For four years now, I have been travelling from the island to see these ladies from time to time when doing business out that way. I have had tattoo removal performed by Tara along with hydrafacials, and lashes. Each time I have had nothing but great experiences! Each tech I have had treatments performed by has extensive knowledge of their craft, skincare & health practices in general. Being in the industry myself, I am very picky as to whom touches my face, or lasers me. Needless to say, I would highly recommend Sereno and its' staff to anyone who asked.

I'm currently waiting in the room. My appointment was for 1:30 and it's now 2:30 and I still haven't seen the dr. I left work early to make this appointment. I now have to leave the appointment without seeing the dr as they are 1 hour behind and I have to pick my son up from daycare. Not impressed at all. Waste my time and my pay at work.

She is caring, knowledgeable and I always feel so much better when I leave. I have seen her for a variety of issues always with great results. Boyd gives an excellent deep tissue massage. Again, very knowledgeable and he has also helped me so much with with many requirements over the years. Recently Dr. Brits and Sandra the owner went above and beyond to help me prepare for my daughter's wedding. Excellent care and services. The reception staff are very professional and always willing to help. I cannot recommend the therapists and staff highly enough. Thanks to all at Sereno Spa.

Worst experience ever. They have a LPN as a “nurse” injector. They don’t have enough education or knowledge of human anatomy. The owner Sandra is rude. Something is going on at this place. Not safe. Don’t go. Would never go.

Probably the worst place I have ever stepped foot into. I recently got my lips done from one of the DR.'s there and she promised me fake results. She told me to come in after two weeks. When I Calle the front desk girl- heather was sooo rude! I told her I wanted to see the Dr. and she said well she's not available for that time... then I said I was very upset at my results and all of a sudden the Dr. became available. The days they gave me were within a couple hour framework before 245p.m (not understanding people have work). Then her assistant called back the next day - Charly... probably one of the more arrogant individuals I ever talked to. Right off the back when she called she was rude and literally arguing with me telling me its not their fault the times didn't work for them - when that was not even the issue. Anyways, if you want a rushed appointment, botched lip job, fake promises and a horrible staff to address your concerns to, then this is the perfect place for you.

I went here a few times to get botox done for hyperhidrosis. I have decided to go somewhere else for this procedure. I just found the environment of Sereno to be unprofessional. People would come in and out of my room and the staff always seemed to be a bit frazzled. They didn't seem prepared or ready for my appointments. I also know someone else who went to Sereno for the same procedure as me and they have the exact same opinion. The staff are nice and friendly, but there is just something about it that doesn't feel right.

Wow.. I held off making a review the first time I visited because I believe that everyone has bad days. But now I believe it is the poor customer service, lack of friendliness, little understanding, and not caring. The first time I visited, I waited an hour past my appointment time even though they asked me to arrive 20 minutes early. So I waited an hour and 20 minutes. Since, I have needed to phone to make appointments and clarify certain times and I have been rudely interrupted when I am trying to ask questions and I have received "Mhm" as a response when I ask a question. I have felt like the reception has tried to quickly run me off of the phone as if I am not important enough for their time. Their tone of voice is extremely unwelcoming, and even when I thank them (for all of that..) before saying bye, they say "Yep" and hang up. For me this is astonishing since I work in customer service myself. I could never imagine this treatment. Not once, but especially not ever again after that. Extremely unprofessional and rude. EDIT: I'm not comfortable sharing my identity. But, I was dealing with the main reception of Sereno Wellness and Spa, and Dr Gustafson's receptionist as well. Both were giving unacceptable treatment. I wanted to book in for a service but decided not to because of my experiences. Lost a customer.

The chiropractor at this center is amazing. I cannot not thank her enough! Today I had a terrible headache, I made it through my shift at work, but the only thing I could think of is making the pounding and pain stop. I've never been to this clinic before but its near my home so I decided instead of going home and taking pain killers I'd first see if they could get me in. They were able to...and my pain has decreased greatly since the adjustment by their chiropractor. A million thank-you's!!!

Highly trained staff! Tara has been treating clients for 20 years. I first met Tara about 20 years ago when she was training Doctors on the IPL and Laser machines she uses. At the clinic everyone is very kind, knowledgeable and tuned into the patient/client needs and budget. I managed a similar clinic years ago- and don't throw out complements easily.
