I just don't wana think about my visit to this place. I spent about 1600$ getting my coolsculpting done here without any obsolutely no signs of improvement. I was told that they would follow up with me but no one did. I am so horribly disappointed at my results and the service. No follow ups nothing. I was convinced that this option would work for me if not a lot a little but seems like not even a penny difference is made. I understand this is no mirracle but results are not as promised or told. Would never recommend this place to anyone or this method of getting some fat off. Complete waste of time and money and energy Highly disappointed

Highly disappointed. I spent lots of money getting my CoolSculpting done here without any absolutely no signs of improvement. I was SO convinced by the owner (Caree?) that this option would work for me, that I would see results after just one treatment. Gimmick !!! Complete waste of time and money. I want to share my experience so that others may learn from it. I would personally avoid the New Beauty Institute at all costs.

Love this place! I got the Geneveve treatment done.. and Ahhhmazing!!!! 30 mins PAIN-FREE! They answered all my questions and the process was comfortable and easy. This is what we as women have been waiting for! My boyfriend and I noticed a huge difference. We couldn’t be happier :) Definitely a push present, for my pregnancy sister haha

THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I just called this company to learn more about their product and service called Cool Sculpting. The owner named Kerry did not make me feel welcomed at all and was in a rush to get me off the phone! Lesson #1 - Do NOT answer your phone if you cannot speak to your new customers. She put me on hold and I can hear her entire conversation with her customer that she was cashing out. My background is also in retail, I use to run a successful salon for over 10 years and this is something we would train our staff not to do, and she is the owner. She then later came back on the phone, I can tell her in her tone of voice she was annoyed and did not want to take the time to answer to my questions, I felt very rushed. She then told me that she has to leave on lunch and asked if she could call me back. Seriously? I'll take my business somewhere else that will provide me with great customer service and experience. This owner is rude and unprofessional.

Recently came in for a Coolsculpting treatment, staff was great and very knowledgeable,I felt comfortable and the treatment was bearable, spent less then an hour and a half, which I was super happy about ???? machines are top of the line,and i highly recommend this place!! Super happy with my overall experience Thank You New Beauty it’s been a few weeks and I feel like I can already see results!!

I had the Geneveve treatment done 6 weeks ago at New Beauty what an amazing experience! very professional and made me feel very much at ease no pain and I left the office in under 45 minutes. I cannot tell you how happy we both are that I had it done ! Here is my story I never had a vagina birth ( 2 C sestions ) At 47 I seemed ok my husband never complained… We were at a dinner party and 1 of are friends brought this treatment up and she and it done and her husband was boosting how great it worked and felt really better for him… They both said it was a huge change for them and they were like dating again The look in my husband’s eye made me think do I need it!! well with that grin he gave me I thought if my friend liked it so much maybe I should try it. Let me tell you we went to Whistler last weekend and never left the condo… No skiing for us !! Haha!

Outstanding experience very qualified office at New Beauty all done under 1.5 hrs Caree the owner used 3 machines at a time on me !! Wow that was service I even did not finish my netflix movie choice!!! When I went to a chain/franchise for my last coolsculpting session 6 body parts the chain told me they had 2 machines so I expected 2 machines to be used on me treatment was over 3.5 hours They used 1 machine for me at a time I was so sore and beat up from laying still,,,, Five Stars for New Beauty what a class act thank you Regards Maria
