Had a lovely experience here and great to support local family owned businesses. Gurwinder gave me a beautiful mani and cranial massage and her daughter Sukhmani did a fabulous job on my eyelashes. Never had anything done to my lashes before and the keratin lift gave them a nice pop and definition. Natural look and weightless which is what I was looking for. The spa was clean and had nice ambiance. Was treated to tea and water which was also a nice touch :)

Spa felt clean, pedicure was amazing, but my manicure was rushed, and the top coat missed large portions of my nails so I chipped very quickly

Booked our experienced a couple days in advance. When we got there we had the place to ourselves. Went for pedicures with my sister-in-law as part of a summer staycation. Half of the pedicure and leg seaweed wrap was done in the chairs, and half lying down - which was unexpected. Whatever was used on my legs left them feeling swollen and itchy for the day to follow. Had my toe nails painted while lying down - which was an unusual experience. While everyone was professional, I unfortunately didn't find this the relaxing experience I was hoping for.

Just moved here from Kelowna and by chance this spa popped up in google when looking for a near by waxing salon. The wonderful women was able to get me in when I phoned. News to me she did threading which I have never had done before. It was amazing!! She did a beautiful job along with the spa was clean and welcoming. I love finding hidden gems like this. I'll be coming back in 4 weeks for another threading session

Such a wonderful experience! I booked an afternoon of pampering and it was wonderful. I got a pedicure, manicure, facial and a massage. Price was great. I've been back since and got my nails done again. Gurwinder is such a wonderful woman. Highly recommend.

I hate to give a negative review but the cleanliness and quality of my friend and i’s pedicures were lacking. They didn’t provide clean sanitized tools, not even a fresh emery board. Any salon should have those standards, the foot scrubber was a used one on any person as well. Nail clippers just kept in the drawer. And the gel polish was so runny as if it had been watered down, was translucent and needed SO MANY coats to even show. The ladies were very nice but the health standards were awful and would make it very easy to spread or contract foot fungus’s etc. Would not come back.

Loved this place! The lady who threaded my eyebrows was so gentle, I didn’t even feel anything! And I loved the result at the end. Very professional, and the place is spotless clean and relaxing. I highly recommend it! Especially to anyone getting their eyebrows or any type of hair removal for the first time done.

Had a gift card so I checked this place out. The woman who gave me a pedicure was very sweet and did a wonderful job. However when comparing this establishment to others with services of a similar price point, the equipment at this location needs to be updated.

My skin was so dull and acne all over with scars, tried every thing, home made DIYs but nothing worked. I was at white-rock walking randomly and came across Natural oasis Spa, which was the best thing that happened to me. And now I feel so confident that my skin is in to right hands. Highly recommended. Gurwinder and Raman are the best!!!!

I have been going to Natural Oasis day spa for many years now. I have been a regular client for manicures and pedicures and have always received amazing professional service. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and the spa itself is sparkling clean. They have always used disposable filers and sanitized tools for my services. I would recommend this spa to anyone who is looking for a pampering and relaxing service.

Visited the spa for spiritual healing and mind healing. The lady is so unprofessional rescheduled my appointment so many times. She doesn’t value people’s time or money. Not qualified. Worst experience ever. Do not see her. Waste of time and money. Be careful. Doesn’t value her clients at all. I don’t even think she is trained properly.

Had a great swedish massage today! Very enjoyable and I told the technician that I am tough and can handle extra pressure. She did a good job! The spa is quiet , clean and comfortable. Nice place to pamper yourself!

I was so disappointed with natural oasis day spa. I used to go there a few years ago and enjoyed it, however i recently returned and was not impressed. I have stated before that for a true spa goer this place is very unprofessional. No professional training, no knowledge on skin care, its a shame. First of all we would like to let you know that our company has been established in white rock since 2008 and being a owner of this spa since 2012 our proud group of highly professional staff have always served our clients with respect and dignity so the unprofessionalism is a new word to us. Secondly coming to a "rip-off" you being a buisness owner as well and renting a room in our spa from the past month know yourself in todays time its hard to own a place because of growing market prices and as we discussed about all the terms and conditions in the beginning you unfortunately failed to fulfill that and also disgusted us with your unrespectful manner at all times. Even though we have always supported and treated you and your clients with the same respect and manner and also recommended few of our clients to you. You still failed at delivering the positive feedback so unfortunately we had to let you out of our spa. We could have also done the same thing by reviewing your buisness as well but rather we choose to respond back to maintain the good reputation of our spa and trust of our ongoing clientele. Literally the worst massage of my life. My boyfriend took me for a couples massage and i think the girl who gave my massage was her daughter. It must have been her first massage ever because she had no idea what she was doing. She kept jabbing the top of my foot with her bony fingers and poked around my Achilles tendon which was super painful. They both kept stopping during the massage so the one lady could tell her what to do. Both massages were terrible! Do not go here!!

Everyone here is very nice. I have been with them for over 2 years now and i love coming here. Especially there body wraps and shellac nails are the best. They do almost everything at the one spa. Its basically a one stop place. I love coming here. Never had a problem with any of there sevices.
