By chance, I ran into Merle Norman to have my daughter's ears pieced and I am so glad that I met Fallon! She did an exceptional job making sure both ears were symmetrical, as I have seen some people elsewhere not take the time to pay attention and their child's earrings are too low or uneven. Since 2017, I have been a regular customer for all services and I would never go elsewhere! Fallon is knowledgeable and professional. If I could give 10 stars I would! I came there for eye lash extensions, the owner name Tara( not sure the spelling. She was pull my eyes very hard and applied the glue into my eyelid and the smell sting my eyes a lot. After 3 days, the glue on my right eyes so thick and so close to my eyeballs. My right eyes got so swelling and I visit the physician. She told me my eyes got infections and I should see doctor. I talked to owner about that and asked her gave me the money back. She refused to do so and her attitude was very rude too. I'd done so many time eye lash extensions in different spa. This is the worst one ever. The owner was not professional and bad service.

I can't say I wear make-up but I can follow instructions for picking up the stuff. So, lip pencil one end and eye liner on the other end with the lipstick colour in dujour, meaning, the colour of the mouth. Opinions are like ..... well, everyone has one.

Not going to lie, my lashes started falling out after I got the lash tint and perm combo when I went there under a month ago. Do not recomend getting that done because the perm itself was uneven. My right eye was done decent but the left eye looked like it was never permed to begin with. Very disappointed as I was expecting a good job since this place was recommended by my friend. The eyebrow tint isn’t that bad though. Thanks for making my lashes fall out. PCE.

Visited here for lash extension, huge mistake! Staff are nice and friendly but service was horoble. $100 for my extension and $20 for tip. Didn't wash face and all yet the next day my lashes are so hard and glued together. I want my money back, less than 24 hours they failed.

I got my eyelashes done and will never again. We spoke about length and lash type, as well as the style I wanted. The outcome was terrible it was not what we had discussed. I left in tears.. they charged me full price and told me to come back in a few days and they would remove them. Needless to say I never went back... went somewhere else got them redone. Very disappointing

Perfect makeup line. So happy it is still around. Wonderful service and stock never seems to be a problem. Also once you shop there it is on record so if you forget your colours or what items you bought they can assist. Worth drving to White Rock. Haven't tried Merle Norman then try it you will love it.

Had my eyebrows dyed, asked for medium brown and got black! After waxing my brows, I ended up with a hole in my eyebow and wax in my hair. In addition the wax was too hot and burned my skin. The hairstylist was not wearing a mask and I would never recommend this salon.

This was the first time I have had this procedure done. Everything was explained in detail and I was made to feel relaxed and comfortable while the lashes were applied painlessly. The premises are clean and the staff very friendly. I will definitely return to this salon.

I came in for ear piecing for my youngest. They are amazing with children. This location took there time and made sure it was done right! The earring are perfect spot on! It was a very pleasurable experience and she walked out with a big smile. I highly recommend this Merle Norman for your child's first piercing.

I called and spoke with the manager about returning a product that I used and wasn't happy with, the color didn't quite match my skin tone. She was so accommodating and helpful. The staff person that helped me find a new shade was kind and sweet. Great staff! Nice environment! I would definitely recommend this Merle Norman to anyone that wants #1 customer service.

I had laser hair removal here. I found the service fair but the actual laser treatments were no where near as thorough as I had experienced elsewhere. Also, I didn’t feel that the owner valued me as a client. I had a terrible experience with her and would not recommend this place.
