I went here with my mother, we had made an appointment ahead of time- she had to wait for over 40 minutes to get serviced. The staff was extremely apologetic, however, it was still annoying. We had never been here before. I had asked to get a new set of acrylics, that involving removing my current set and getting a new one. All they did was file off the design I had on previously. I asked the nail technician to remove my previous set of acrylics fully as my natural nails had grown out, and all she did was say that it was fine and UNEVENLY filed my nail off from underneath. I was beyond angry. The very next day, my natural nails began separating from the set. It has been just over a week, and two of my acrylics have already snapped off. The design on my nails were done really well, however. I'm just upset at the lack of care for doing a proper set of acrylics.

David is awesome . Always a good professional job. This salon is super clean. I used to go to another salon that always appeared to be dirty and dusty. At Advance your file and buffer is put in a plastic box with your name on it which is a very good service to prevent contamination . Parking can be tricky some times. Keep up the good work. Patti

I had a pedicure last week for the first time at Lovely Nails & Spa, the environment was calm and enjoyable, the technician was kind and created conversation, even the rest of the staff were very friendly. I find most local salons are so hectic, loud and not relaxing, so I was pleasantly surprised. I requested a French manicure which is not easy and Alex did a great job, even with a bit of miscommunication he was very accommodating. I will definitely be back.

I just had the worst pedicure ever, and I have had a lot of pedicures. From the time I sat in the chair until the time the woman shoved my flip flops on when she was done, I had been there 24 minutes.There were 2 women sitting next to me already having pedicures and I was finished before both of these women even had polish applied. It started with cold water, then went straight to clipping my nails. She did not even attempt to shape my toenails, some were cut and filed straight across and the others cut uneven. The calluses on my heels were dismissed with a quick file and she did not massage my feet or legs but instead rubbed them up and down vigorously which was rather uncomfortable. She couldn't even get the polish right! She painted them without toe separators and had to touch them up when she put my flip flops back on, and two nails were still smudged! And my little toe was half painted! She finished with telling me I could "sit there" while the polished dried but I declined. Biggest waste of $31.50 that I have ever spent. It's not like me to not leave a tip but this woman didn't deserve a nickel. I have always had great experiences in the past at this salon but I have to say now I won't be returning, or recommending. Doesn't even deserve the one star but had to choose otherwise it wouldn't let me post this. So unfortunate.

I thought I'd try this place for my first manicure in at least 5 years because of the good reviews, but I don't think it lived up to those reviews. When I went in, there was three estheticians working and two already had clients having pedicures done. All three estheticians were some kind of Asian, obviously from the same country/region because the entire time I was in there, they were speaking their language to one another. Nothing makes a person feel paranoid like listening to that and then they laugh or smile and you HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY SAID. Or if they were talking about you or what was on TV the night before. Plus, I've heard it's supposed to be considered very rude to do that in front of others, which means to me you shouldn't be doing it at all in a customer service setting. Then when I got ready to pay and leave, I handed one of the women $30 and asked her to do it from $20, meaning my esthetician would get a $2 tip. Plus taxes, it should have come to around $22.40. The woman hands me back the ten dollars right away and then proceeds to give me my change from the twenty as well. I was irritated with her for not understanding me, so I just left and figured it was that woman's fault if my esthetician didn't get a tip, because I HAD tried. Not especially hard or anything, but still! In the week I had the manicure, I noticed almost right away it had little bubbles in it. I looked it up and one of the reasons bubbles form is if the bottle of nail polish has been shaken, which the esthetician had definitely done. I'm pretty sure they were there from the get go, which says to me that she didn't care enough about her job to find out why bubbles form in polish and find ways to prevent them from happening (simply switching from shaking it to rolling it between her hands could have prevented them altogether) so that her clients would have a polish job that actually looked 100%. So I won't be returning and I'm going to try a higher class salon in the hopes they have rules about their employees talking their language in front of the clientele.

Mostly positive. Last time I asked three times for them to do my fingernails first. They honestly didn't listen. Despite waiting, my fingers smudged and I didn't have time to wait for them to fix them. Next time I will insist on it. The quality of pedicure is very good. The place looks clean and you can actually watch them pull their tools from a sterilizer. I would recommend, despite the fact that the speak Vietnamese the entire time. Which is not good when your clients do not speak it. Most of the ladies are very friendly.

Thi has a very funny personality and is always checking in if you’re happy with the service. This isn’t a typical nail salon that doesn’t care about how rough they are with your feet/hand, etc. They care. I definitely am coming back !! Thanks so much you guys!

I attended this Nail spa today as I hadn't been here since before the Pandemic about a year ago. I made a last minute appointment and didn't have much expectations when I walked in. I went in for a mani/pedi and found that the spa was very clean, which was nice. Two of the business owners, Tee and Co (pronounced Ko), took care of my hands and feet. Tee provided a pedicure with an amazing foot/leg massage and then hand/arm massage. The process took 1.5 hours but it was the most relaxing time ever. I was so surprised with the cleanliness of the place and their work, and would've happily paid double the price for the peaceful massage / scrub / and shellac nail polish. Thanks Tee and Co, you have a customer for life! And luckily, I won't need to travel far!!

Such a horrible experience. The lady who did my nails was so impatient which made the quality bad and ruined the whole EXPERIENCE. Pricing was also not communicated well since she was so impatient. Didn't cut my cuticles properly which led to really rough edges and uneven coating. It was like she wanted to get my nails done ASAP so she could get out of here. Attitude was just horrific. Another employee said he could redo them for me, but that's not the point. I came here for the service, not only the end product. I did feel welcomed in the beginning. Just the impatience really came through when I asked her to help me choose a color, fix my cuticles and even out the wedges. Literally had to ask the customer next to me what she thought because I felt uncomfortable telling her my opinion. Not coming back here again. I know running a business is not easy and hiring good employees is hard, especially in a pandemic. But dear owner, please consider my feedback and train her when it comes to communications and attitude. Otherwise, you might lose more customers.

And they have everything you dream of when it comes to nails, pedicures or manicures. They have the best color selection and honestly can't say enough good things. The nail techs don't listen to you and just choose to do whatever they want. I got my nails done 3 days ago and the gel polish has already come off. Would not reccomend going to this place, it is a waste of money.

This was my first visit to lovely nails and I couldn't be more impressed with their work. I surprised a friend with a pedicure and artificial nails, and we both were thoroughly impressed with their work. Starting with the scheduling of the appointment to completion, everyone was welcoming, down to earth, and professional. Pricing is fair too. Angel and Tina gave the best pedicures (massage chairs and choice of scented scrubs/lotion helped too). I had Tina for my nails, and her years of experience showed in my perfectly sculpted nails. I have now become a loyal customer.

My nail polish on my hands (regular) started chipping the very next day. On each finger. And on the pedicure I started noticing a chip after about 4 days. I’m not sure what kind of nail polish they use but I have never had chipping of nails so quickly from a salon mani pedi. (I don’t like shellac because my nails grow really fast and I end up peeling it off). I won’t come here again. Horrible quality polish.

Hands down one of my best experiences! Tee and Ko are an amazing family team providing great work and customer service! Honestly they are super friendly and will make your visit worth it. I had the deluxe pedi and medi and it was amazing with a very good conversation! I highly recommend this place. If you want a very pampered and interactive visit i suggest you see Tee who only works on Sat, sun, and mon. But don't let that stop you.. Ko and Angel are an amazing aswell. The absolute BEST place to go for a totally pampered pedi. Attention to detail. Listens to their customer on shape, colour, massage intensity. Suggestive yet not pushy. Very communicative with their customer. My mani / fill was also ???? Tee was my tech and she is a Doll. I immediately pre booked my next appointment. You won't be disappointed. Both shellac and powder colour available for mani fills. If I could give 10 stars I would and have been having nail techs doing mani pedi for over 30 years. GO HERE !!

I can't rave enough about Lovely Nails and their kindness, professionalism and high quality of work. Most notably, Tee. She is the absolute sweetest person! She is so thorough and is sure that you leave happy. This is my second time with her and not only did she remember me, but also my style and consistently checks in to be sure everything she has done is to my exact liking! Other salons don't pay that kind of attention and just want to pump out sets. I'll also mention my full acrylic set that I needed tips for (nail biter) DIDN'T LIFT. Not even a corner. Best quality nails I've ever had done, and I've been getting my nails done for almost a decade. Thank you Tee and all Lovely Nails staff!
