Extremely rude staff.. I was told over facetime aptmnts by their staff that BB LIGHT treatment is suitable for my skin.. I signed & paid $1155 for the treatment.. when I went for the treatment I was told BB is not suitable for my skin & they tried to sell me other products.. When I declined & asked for my cash back it took them 4-5 weeks to send my $1100 refund.. They still haven't refunded my $55 & noone has answers for not refunding my full amount.. please Beware of such fraudulent companies.. Do you due diligence before you sign up & pay ur hard earned money.

If I could give a negative rating to this business, I would give it a -5. It has a very huge service gap. Communication is five star if a customer is interested about the service. I inquired through the website within 10 minutes I got a call back and an email, hands up to that! Then I had to request for a refund because of other matters, I do not get any communication, any feedback, nothing, zip! Where is the so-called best in class service?! Do not deal with them, there are others that will serve you better. This business is NOT an “Ideal image” of a business.

Very clean facility and on time scheduling and staff are very friendly. Zeena made me feel very comfortable and at ease throughout the entire procedure, she was very knowledgable and efficient and took time to explain the procedure in detail, A great asset to the office. Rgarding the procedure, I had some marks and soarness for 2 days but it disappeared on the 3rd day and skin look fresh. Result, it's still to early to know, as it takes 6 months to see the ultimate effect of the procedure. Hope for the best outcome, overall highly satisfied!

This experience started off so well for me but when covid happened they started lacking. My hair kept growing back and they keep lying about the prices. My contract expired during covid when we were on lockdown. The prices kept going up each time. They guaranteed my hair wont grow back but after my 11 appointment treatment, they kept growing back and the hairs got longer then before. Would not recommend. And i would NOT go back to them. 4k down the drain for nothing.

An unconscionable scam. Ideal Image exploits desperate trans people dealing with dysphoria. My partner walked into one of their locations and got taken for a $1800 contract that covers only hir chin (not even hir entire face!) over 12 sessions - so $120/session. For reference, I pay $160 for 6 sessions that cover my entire face. That's not $160/session, that's $160 for ALL 6 sessions. They told hir it's a "superior" kind of laser which will be "complete" hair removal - this is a lie, you still need electro to follow up. From what I can tell, it's the same alexandrite laser I receieve. They took a working student struggling with a learning disability that had trouble paying rent and hard-sold hir into sign a long term financing term for a service ze was made to believe was priced at discount. They are categorically refusing a refund, despite the fact that obviusly they aren't even able to provide the service ze is still paying for. The contract itself makes virtually no guarnatees in terms of the level of service available, while placing MANY conditions that allow them to cancel their end of things for a number of reasons. The summary of the terms refers to a section on refunds that doesn't actually exist in the contract. It is likely illegal (we will find out soon as the courts open). Legalilty aside, it is very very clear that Ideal Image has no interest in actually letting their so-called "service" stand on its own merits, and instead rely on predatory sales and contracts to exploit their customers. Stay away!

The agents were super friendly and nice. The services are way too expensive, even with the 70% discount, it ends up being way too expensive! Also, the rep was quoting me in USD when I live in Canada and the clinic was in Canada. Nowhere in the quotes that were being emailed/texted to me did it say it wasn't in Canadian currency. If I hadn't happened to ask at the end, I would have been charged a larger amount. I found that that was very deceptive as it ended up being $1,000 more!

The staff are very welcoming and helpful. The space if very clean and sterile from what I can see. The lasering is going well, the only thing I would say is for the first few months of coming the technicians were not getting close to my lip line to get those hairs. So I feel like it's not quite working there yet. Some technicians are better at getting closer than others. So I feel like that part of the treatment is kinda behind compared to the rest of my lip.

The process of getting information on laser hair removal is very secretive and frustrating. I had to set up a meeting and was called by someone who said very rudely "are you ready for your meeting now?" and then transferred me to someone in the States without explaining the process or what was happening. I don't know why I can't just get information from my local Ideal Image without all the hassle. It felt very impersonal and similar to a car dealership. It is hard to follow through when there is a lack of transparency or personalization.

Traveling all the way to South Surrey from Vancouver by transit was not the most ideal to be perfectly honest with you. However, the stellar service of their nurse, Mallory made it all worth it. Mallory was exceptionally empathetic and considerate. The treatment was certainly not the most comfortable process but Mallory went out of her way to take my mind out of it even if she was not obligated to do so. She patiently walked me through the whole process and ensured that I was managing the procedure well. It turned out to be a delightful experience! She is such a gem! The receptionists were also accommodating. The clinic has meticulously observed the protocols for social distancing, temperature check, and contact tracing.

This review is to make people aware of what ideal image is doing. I spent over $4000 to do my legs and armpits and everything was fine in the beginning until COVID came. Ideal image was shut down for over a year and I also got COVID. When covid hit and everything was shut down we were told that our contracts would be honored and not to worry. I was told repeatedly by staff that I have 9 treatments no matter what, it didnt matter how long it took. I even got them to make notes in my file because I was worried. Fast forward after getting covid and I try to make an appointment to now be told by staff that my 9 treatments were no longer valid. They gave me 1 "courtesy" treatment but have since denied my requests for the rest of the treatments I am owed. I have only had 6 treatments in total! The people in the office have told me that all of this came from head office and they have no power to fix this issue.. So what did I do, I contacted head office and the girl acted nice...said someone would call me and we would "make this right"..well that was almost a month ago and I cannot get ahold of the girl I talked too and no one will call me back. This is not right! This is not how you do business! You tell people, DONT WORRY, WE WILL HONOR ALL OF YOUR TREATMENTS....then turn around and deny them. DO NOT GO TO IDEAL IMAGE. They are not trust worthy and extremely unprofessional. They do not care about you, me or anyone.

The experience I expected was absolutely nothing like i got. It seems very much like nothing's been done to my hair. With being extremely painful and uncomfortable the treatment wasn't done properly. There are still hair left on my upper cheeks and the money i paid was all in vain and the place is more of a show of then what's carried out there. The money wasn't worth at all and since i got my beard line done but it isn't a clear sharp line than a zig zag pattern drawn.

Nurses have different things to say every time. I have been getting a treatment from last year and same treatment, all of a sudden this nurse is saying that she won't do this, she wont do that. Seems so rude. Some nurses really pay attention, while some are in rush to finish the job and do what they think is okay. Client do see a difference when same body part is treated in 45 min, while other nurse finishes it in 20.

Went to this location for two treatments. The technician had no idea what she was doing and it took her double the amount of time that should have been needed. When it came to the second service, she wasn’t able to figure it out at all so didn’t do it. I had prepaid and when I asked for them to refund my money for the service that was not completed, the staff was cold and told me a manager would be in touch. It’s now over 3 months later and I have not received the money I paid for a service I didn’t get. I emailed the manager and she didn’t bother to respond. I’ve been to other Ideal Image locations, and this hands down the worst.

I had reached out over email asking to completely cancel my appointment, but was explained that it was non refundable, then I had explained that none of the procedure done and no money was currently taken out of my account and asked again and was ignored. I called in and asked to cancel everything and was told nothing but the receptionist allowed me to cancel without any hassle. Now I’m getting notifications saying that ideal image is trying to take money from my account. I called again and was told there was no way of canceling even if I haven’t had anything done. I am extremely upset and exhausted. When I had booked I was financially in a good place but due to covid I am struggling with things like most people. Ideal Image is extremely unprofessional. Do not trust these scammers!!!

I have been with ideal image customer for a bit now, consistent with my treatment and results are great. I have sensitive skin and I wanted it to be handled by professionals.
