I dropped in for a shellac mani and pedi. They were able to fit me in right away. They did a great job on my nails, staff was all very friendly and the whole experience was very relaxing. They even stayed a little after closing to finish my nails as opposed to rushing it. I will definitely be returning!

Never ever will I go back to this place. Made an appointment, was there on time and still had to wait 30 minutes. This is not acceptable. After I had my pedicure done (15 minute job) for $36.00??? I could not believe the sloppy job that was done. At work and at home everybody made fun of my toes. I went back the next day and asked to get my nail polish fixed. There was no one but 2 ladies having their nails done, I was told to wait for an hour or make an appointment for them to fix their mess. No thank you - I will make sure I spread the word - Word of mouth is the best business - good or bad.

Very very unhappy with the quality of work done by this salon. Every single time I have decided to give this place a shot... my shellac is peeling off less than a 24 hours later. I know it is not in fact my own nails that are the problem because I have tried many different nail salons around Vancouver and never ever have the issue of my shellac polish peeling off. Don’t waste your money or time on this place.

I went here about a week ago and got a full set of acrylic nails with in 5 days two fell off with out me bumping them into anything or taking them off myself. I went back and they redid them for free but the lady who did mine made these two nails much shorter then my other ones and she noticed she did but didn’t do anything to fix them. They two I got redone were also very sloppy, bumpy, and thick. With in 5 hours of having those two nails done one fell off.

Just got a Mani/pedi combo with gel Mani, and it was a great experience! The facility is very clean,bright and open, with comfortable massage chairs. Reasonably priced, and personable staff who actually took the time to get to me and my sister and chat! Altogether great experience, and my toes and hands look about a million times better for it. Highly recommend!

Horrible experience. Went in for acrylic nails, and when I left I noticed they were super thick and uneven. Extremely unattractive. I've had this happn a couple times but never this bad, so I went back the next day with my receipt to get a refund and have them removed. After calmly telling the manager how unhappy I was, she told me they look fine to her and her machine "doesn't do refunds." Yeah right. All in all very disappointed I wouldn't recommend this establishment to anyone. There are far nicer places in the area.

My girlfriend and I went in for a fill on acrylic nails. They took her and I straight away, as they weren't busy. The manager took the polish off my nails (while chatting to her coworker in a foreign language) and got up from her station to attend to another client who had just walked in the door, leaving me alone for 45 minutes to an hour without a word. NO COMMUNICATION from the MANAGER of this establishment. Something that should have taken an hour took twice as long because I had to wait for the girl to finish my friend's nails then finish the half-assed job the manager left for her!! At the end she finally came back to me but didn't even speak, just demanded payment! After calming down, I went back to explain how I was upset with her service and didn't think it was very professional of her to get up in the middle of a treatment and not return or explain herself. She didn't even acknowledge her unprofessional behaviour and refused to compensate me in any way. DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE from the manager. She even argued with my friend when she mentioned she didn't like her acrylic nails (too thick, uneven, not filed underneath, etc.)

The stuff were so rude I was triying to tell them what i want then the staff cut my sentence by saying " I know" with an attitude and started to be really rude at me then I just left their salon Im never going back their again. I've been in their salon before to get my nails done and they looked terrible the nail polish was so thick and it was a darker tone then it was suppose to be.

Never again payed 65 bucks to get my nails done they did a crappy job ask for acrylic nails they gave me gel!!!.... the fake nails were not straight they were bend I told management about it even showed her and all she did was a re polish which did not solve the problem, I had to redo them else where....

The woman who did my nails was not super friendly. She hot my finger with the nail grinder and didn't care all that much. But the prices were reasonable and the results were good. I might just ask for someone else next time.

Had brows done because she said they could use light brown, and did brow wax. She chose to use dark brown without telling me, and started to do threading. I had said No to both things before she even started. It's wrong to go ahead with what she thought best, as I would have gone tol my usual place where the Light Brown does cover my bit of grey, and they use tweezers, not threading. I am ok with my acrylic nails even though the cuticle edge is quite thick.

I popped in for a gel manicure and they were able to take me right away. Kim greeted me and she was lovely, very friendly and great conversationalist. I am a massage therapist and often have a difficult time explaining my need for shorter gel nails but Kim did a fantastic job! While I was getting my manicure, multiple repeat clients came in for their appointments and the staff seemed very friendly and knew their clients well. I would highly recommend this business, and if you can book with Kim, you won't be disappointed!

Not a very nice experience! Overpriced in my opinion and the lady who was working on my nails was incredibly rude and rough with my hands. She ended up over filing my acrylics and made them much shorter than I wanted them to be. She also complained about my hands being too cold and would get upset and frustrated with me when my hands were not in the position she wanted (when she would not even instruct me on how to do so.) I was doing my best to relax and accommodate her, and I’ve never had issues with that at other places I’ve been. It was very confusing. There did seem to be other staff who were having nice conversations with their clients so it might have just been the staff that I had who was rude. Overall very uncomfortable experience and not worth it! There are many other places that provide good service at a reasonable price.

Although it was reasonably priced it was definitely not worth spending that much on the nails that i got. I didnt feel very welcomed and then my nails started halfway up my fingernail and they were uneven and one of the nails fell of within the first week of having them. They were also missing many of the colours that i wanted and the nails didnt even turn out that great. Also the lady who did mine wasnt looking at my nails half of the time.

I have been going here for about a year. The ladies working here are very friendly, efficient and they do a good job. They actually talk to me and I feel very well pampered. The owner's name is May and she's very nice. I usually ask for Winnie to do my mani pedi cause she's thorough and never makes me feel rushed...plus she's very sweet. If you're looking for a friendly place for your nails with good service...this is it.

I came here to get an acrylic nail set. I was given an untrained worker to start me off. She took extremely long and seemed unsure of her work because her manager was showing her how to do it on spot and was very rude, she did not answer me when I asked questions and took my friends chair without offering her another one. This made me feel uneasy and I was very unsatisfied with my service.

This is my regular nail salon, I come every two weeks for a fill on my gel nails. I usually get Julie or Winnie , they both do a wonderful job on getting the shape and length I like! I always call ahead of time and get an appointment the day of, they always take me right away! Always get lots of compliments on my nails

Me and my daughter had pedicures and manicure both today. We had an appointment at 12 and they took us almost right away. Extremely nice,friendly and welcoming attitude from the moment we entered to their place. They did an excellent job for both of us . I had acrylic nails done at another place and came here to have them taken off and get regular nails done. The price was reasonable but the staff were incredibly rude and rough. When she was taking the acrylic off, bits and pieces were flying into my face but she did not care at all. I’d rather pay more and go to a place where I feel welcome. I mentioned there was still glue or something on my nails and she said just leave it. I didn’t even bother telling them that one nail was smudged, I just wanted to get out of there. What a horrible experience. I thought maybe it was just bad luck and I got a person that was unhappy but reading the reviews now it seems like it’s the norm. Definitely not going back...

Terrible experience and service, would not recommend! There wasn't many people getting their nails done, and workers were waiting around. I walked in and asked if they were busy, and they said not really come back in an hour. So I did, but I still had to wait an additional hour after that to get a quick manicure. Both me and my friend got our nails done and it was so sloppy. Her nails had air bubbles in them and mine were super thin and uneven. In addition to their careless service, it was significantly overpriced. I would never pay that much for such a terrible experience. I would rather just paint my nails myself.

I’m a regular here and have been for the past two years. I’ve always had good experiences until today when the manager (owner) herself started with my pedicure. She was really rough while filing the shellac off my nails, I was really tense and biting my tongue until she went over to my other foot and started roughly filing the top of my big toenail, digging the file into my skin. When I yelped, she was taken by surprise when I said that she was hurting me. I was relieved when the owner let one of the other girls take over. She was really gentle and finished my toes off really nicely. My cuticles were very sore and burned as the other girl proceeded with the pedi. I now have a sore on my big toe cuticle and red/sensitive cuticles on a few other toes. My Christmas toes are a little more red than I would’ve liked
