I have been to many nail salons in Surrey, Burnaby and Vancouver and Envy Nail Salon in White Rock is by far my favourite. The staff are kind and attentive. They ensure that your nails are exactly how you want them. They take their time. It’s a clean and relaxing environment. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality experience.

Ive only been here one other time before and it was my first time getting a pedicure at this location. Now I always go to the guilford location and the lady Nancy always does an amazing job on my feet. This time I had my feet done by Daisy at white rock and she cut my toes really bad I’ve never been cut before from getting a pedicure :(

Horrible service. The technician stood up 6x to attend to calls and other clients while doing my nails and knowing that I had an hour to spare. He processed the nails incorrectly and was prepping for shellac instead of acrylic. His nipper was not sharp and tugging at my cuticle and he wasn’t skilled at all. Poor service and not recommending.

Joe has done a good job in the past but I find the quality and professionalism of Envy nails has really gone down. We had gel polish put on and it peeled within a week. Against our better judgment we went back a second time to get them redone. This time they chopped my nails super short. I would NOT recommend this salon to anyone now. EDITED after business response to my review. There are two sides to every story. The unprofessional response only supports my claim.

The best nail salon i have ever been to! Atmosphere is very welcoming and very clean. Daisy is a gem, provided an exceptional spa pedicure and best leg massage ever! And Amar was so lovely, great manicure and the best eyebrow thread job i've had! Can't speak highly enough of this place. Can't wait to go back :)

This was my first time at Envy and I'm already making room in my calendar for my next appointment there. The staff is so friendly and they even made me a cup of tea to enjoy while I had my shellac done. Lee was really gentle with the dremel and I have absolutely no complaints about the whole process. 10/10 definitely going back when I want a new colour.

Moon at Envy Nail is a specialist at ombre/fade who mixes her own colors. She has the best products for durability that I have experienced in 38 years of of getting artificial nails. Absolutely the best stay on that I have ever experienced with no problems after 29 days on extremely short nails for a new set. It is always a nice treat to have service by her as she takes the extra effort to make her service better then the rest.

If you don't want to get cut from getting your nails done and potentially infected, don't go here. Nail technician cut my nail beds open, to the point that I was bleeding in multiple places. The quote on quote "manager" made me confront the nail technician about cutting me and she lied and said that she only cut me because I kept "moving". It would have not been an issue if I was offered a full refund from the beginning and a legit apology, but they apparently don't have the ability to give full refunds so they offered to refund me 10%. How they can refund 10% but not the full amount does not make sense. I would never ever recommend this place. The most horrible customer service experience of my entire life.

I had a terrible experience with Envy Nails. I got acrylic nails and they completed messed it up. In addition, they did not clean my nails or do any massage. If I am paying $70 for a full-set, the least they can do is give me a massage. Lastly, their design-work is terrible. I would not recommend anyone to get designs from them! Overall, services need to improve in my opinion.
