Went to get a pedicure and the lady started on my feet then and appointment came in, so she wanted to leave me sitting here with my feet in cold water to work on the other people. Once I told her no forget about it, she only wanted to work on it for the money.

First visit. Booked appointment ahead of time. I asked for Gel fill and to match my nail colour and shape. Hannah took me within 5 minutes of appointment time. FIRST PROBLEM/DIDN'T LISTEN/DIDN'T GIVE THE PRODUCT I ASKED FOR : she used powder which is acrylic not gel I asked specifically for GEL. When I asked Hanna what the powder is - she insisted its gel. SECOND PROBLEM: SHE HURT ME: She was VERY ROUGH. I had to contort my body and she kept twisting my fingers in uncomfortable positions. They do not use towels on table or wrist cushions so your elbows are either on stone table or held up the entire time. Then, when filing with machine under nails, she burned three different fingers and I pulled back and said "ouch you hurt me (3x) she didn't apologize, didn't look at damage and pulled hard on my fingers again to continue and hurry through treatment. THIRD PROBLEM: DIDN'T GIVE SHAPE ASKED FOR! Hanna was not capable of giving a coffin shape which is what I came in the door with and what I asked for again. She agreed when I asked for coffin, I showed her that I want tapered..I can only assume now that the language barrier was too much for her to understand I wanted what I had coming in (JUST A GEL FILL and give me same shape and colour I have on - red) FOURTH PROBLEM: NO MASSAGE/NO SERVICE - at the beginning of the service I asked if the gel refill includes a massage and hot towel as part of treatment - she said yes! So, end of service, she's rushed through the entire treatment, and she puts cuticle oil, rubs oil in briskly and then wiped oil off with hot towel...no massage, no towel wrap on hands, no relaxation, no cream - just abrupt, stressful from beginning to end. There are bumps in nails, crocked nails but at least she got the colour right! My pic below shows just how crocked she made my nails (my fingers are not crocked) Overall, I'm deeply disappointed. I'm from Toronto and I have never had such a terrible experience with nails in 20 years of having them professionally done. It didn't matter how much I directed and communicated with Hanna, she refused to acknowledge a concern or give the service requested. If anyone reads this comment and they are anywhere in Whiterock or Surrey and can recommend a PROFESSIONAL nail salon..please send me message or post!

I made an appointment for the same day I called and they were kind, professional and accommodating! Loved my nails, got a simple coffin shape but I didn't want any massages or any extra service! Got the sage green matte coffin nails and they look super cute. Top coat is chipped bit but that's my fault

This was my first and last time at this salon! The girl rushed through my nail fill & cut me no less than 5 times; the nail shape is filed VERY unevenly. My nails look sloppy... They didn't even do a hand & arm massage at the end. For almost $50 for a nail fill - I expect a massage. The girl was going home after me & honestly I would rather have had them tell me there was no one that can do my nails & turn me away then rushing through, cutting me & doing such a terrible job! I won't be back, ever.

My acrylic nails are still on, unchipped, and shiny after over a month. There's a gap, but everything else is still in excellent condition. The nail techs here are detailed and thorough and did a fantastic job. Very impressed.

I have been getting my nails done here for just over a year, everyone is always so fantastic! I love purple and the girls are excellent at coming up with fabulous designs ???? I’ve never had a problem getting my nails done here, and I’m constantly receiving great comments on my nails! I find the shop to be a clean and friendly atmosphere. I would definitely recommend forever nails to anyone!

I went here with my friend 2 weeks ago to get acrylics and not even a week later 3 of my nails broke off. Theyve been breaking off ever since and now I’ve lost 7… I have 3 left. I’ve paid way less money to get my nails done elsewhere that haven’t broken off in one, two or even three week. Not impressed...

I came here because I had numerous friends recommend them. The girl who did my nails was 20 minutes late, rolled in casually not saying hello and just got to work on my fill. It's been a week and the top coat has peeled off of 6 of my nails, they've chipped and honestly look cheap. And they weren't. I have zero problem paying for a good nail technician but I paid 15$ more than anywhere else is south surrey, before tip. Shop around.

Not sure how anyone can give this place a bad review. I have lived and worked all over the country and this place is BY FAR the BEST service salon I have come across. Steady and loyal customer for 3 years now. Linda is my Regular technician ( have also had the others on days she doesn't work) and she is always professional, fun and lovely to deal with. Her work is top notch and fun! ☺️ The prices are great and I would and have, recommend the salon to anyone.

Amazing service! I have come here a few times but recently brought my daughter. Our nail artists did so well and not only did they manage to deal with a squirmy 6 yr old but they also managed to do it with such patience! I will add that my kid is particularly hyper active... lol She even drew a little flower on her toes and mine!

Great service! My gel nails are nicely done and lasted about 2.5 weeks. They were very sweet and they made sure that I liked the shape of my nails when they filed it. Definitely recommend going to that place to get your nails done. :)

Went with my mom we made an appointment she got a pedi I was just getting my acrylics removed, it was like they didn’t even book me in she rushed so fast, hurt me multiple times and didn’t seem to care, removed two nails fully then just filed all the other ones down very poorly and fast, hurting me a lot, then just quickly filed them and put oil on them. They look terrible. She was also incredibly rude which sucked:/

Wasn’t too happy with the service provided by this salon. Requested a classic & natural nude ombré in a coffin shape (which I already had just needed a fill). My skin was left with cuts and very raw after my manicure. The tech was not able to do the coffin shape. And the nude used for the ombré was a glitter nude. At the end of my service there was a challenge in receiving my receipt for cash payment which eventually was issued.

This place is hit and miss. I got an acrylic nail fill by Linda and the polish started wearing off the tips I went back and the girl who fixed my nails cut me! Then got angry at me for being upset that she didn’t say sorry! Another time I brought a picture in of nail art I wanted and I was given something completely different. They rush you and won’t help you find colors. The plus side is they always get my coffin shape bang on but polish application can be messy. I also came for a regular polish change on my toes and the girl drilled the polish off my natural nails even after I told her the polish wasn’t shellac. I bought gift cards here for people because my first few experiences were good but now I regret it.

Great experience here for the first time last Monday. I got a shellac polish manicure, with great friendly service, a nice massage and towel wrap. They have a good amount of colour choices for the shellac range. Good for the price too. I call these my 'Hollywood nails'. I will definately try book another appointment here!

The team at Forever Nails are professional, friendly, and they take pride in their work. After trying nearly every nail salon in White Rock, I finally found one that is as perfectionist with my nails as I am. They catch every detail. The salon is clean and well organized, and the waxing room is clean as well. I've been going to them for manicures, pedicures, and waxing for several years now and I can never go back to another salon! They've ruined me for all other salon experiences with their amazing customer service and fantastic work.

Ratings are so misleading. Not worth your money. I went to get acrylics done, and she would not just do what I asked her to do. I wanted my nails a certain way and she kept pushing me to choose a different color, add designs and even told me what I want is not going to look good. I then asked her I wanted some of the finger nails matte, but she ended up making all of them matte and told me I never told her. When I told her from the beginning I wanted only some of it matte, I even pointed it out to her which fingers. Way too expensive for the service they provided. I walked out with chipped polish on one of my fingers with bubbles formed on another. It's only been like 2weeks since and 3 of my nails fell off. I never write reviews, but I just had to for this salon cause it's misleading everyone who goes here looking at the falsely high ratings

One of the nail techs cut my finger, then proceeded to file it and put acetone on it, and when I pulled my hand away because it obviously hurt she got upset and complained that I had smudged the polish. I have had good and bad experiences at this salon, but certainly after that last experience I won’t try again.

This was the worst experience of my life I would never go back to the establishment ever in a million years they made fun of me for my disability I had a heart attack and a stroke in June I've been in the hospital ever since this was my 1st outing they made me feel small and insignificant and embarrassed me by telling me I shouldn't be out of the hospital because I have involuntary movements of my left hand and left foothe end left foot shame on them for doing that to me

I have been going to Forever Nails for the almost 6 years that I’ve lived in White Rock. The ladies there are absolutely amazing..they take the time to get to know what you like to have done, remember your favourite colours and I never feel rushed. They do quality work and stay on trend with all the latest designs. Their new salon is always spotless and a relaxing and fun place to go. My Mom had started going somewhere closer to her home when she first moved to White Rock, but now swears by the girls at Forever Nails. Highly recommend!!

Cindy has been doing my acrylics for over 6 years and she is the best! It's very rare that they break or lift and if they do it's 100% my own fault (I'm a ball player). Christine does my pedicures and she is amazing!! They have lots of colors to choose from and if you can't choose then the girls are very helpful at finding what color suits you best.

The selection of colors is amazing My favorite colors are remembered .Cindy is always up on new trends, colors and styles. I always leave relaxed and feeling pampered.

I have been going to nail salons around White Rock for 10+ years never have I had such a negative experience. The minute I sat down for my acrylic fill I knew this was going to end badly. My nail tech did not make me feel welcome. I felt uncomfortable I tried to be friendly but received no niceness back, she was cold towards me. My nail fill looked awful. I asked her to fix them eventually I had to go and I thought they were “good enough.” I was wrong. The shape was awful, she did not give me the coffin shape I wanted and my nails were bumpy and uneven. I paid over 50 for this service, I expect them to at least be decent. The next day I called the salon and told them my issue. I was given an appointment at 11. They then called me to change it to 11:30, however I had work. I changed the appointment for the next day at 10:00. What a mistake. I saw the same nail tech who did such a poor job. She made me feel so uncomfortable I wanted to cry. So rude and unpleasant. She “fixed” them barely. I left and will never go back. Do yourself a favour and go to an other salon. I think a lot of the other girls seemed friendly but who I got was cold and rude. Be aware.

Went there for my first time because someone recommended it and the reviews were good so I went. The nails I got were horribly shaped and she wouldn't listen to me when I said I wanted shorter or rounded. Then I let her do my eyebrows and now they are lopsided definitely won't go back.
