I purchased the membership when I found out you can use the infrared sauna and I go as often as I can for the health benefits it offers. The spa is beautiful inside and the treatments are always high quality and professional - From massages to the chocolate pumpkin facial, it's all a great experience. The most excellent experience. I originally booked this appointment to bring my mom for a CBD massage. She is really suffering from major arthritic pain and is waiting for hip surgery. I was hoping that it would help her a little bit. She was amazed at the massage, how good it felt and on top of all that, she was able to walk without her cane when she got up off the bed. I was so very happy that it worked and she was happy. She slept that night for the first time in 6 months! My deep tissue massage was amazing and the service and care that we were given was outstanding. I will be going back with my husband and my mom is planning on bringing my dad. Highly recommend!

Casbah is my home away from home. I recently ended up buying their membership because I go at least once a month. I feel safe because it’s so clean and sanitized. The services are outstanding. Each and every massage I’ve gotten I’ve truly been relaxed. They are professional. I always feel comfortable. I just feel at ease there and very taken care of. I am an esthetician and make up artist. I have received 100s of treatments from 5 star places - but Casbah is consistent and truly I feel so nurtured. I leave feeling better than before I walked in there. It is the only day spa I go to. This was my third visit to casbah in last three years . My very first visit was equally pleasant as my recent one but don't know how i skipped writing a review. Anyways, please don't miss enjoying their services if you are in the city. You step into a different world here. Even though its in the middle of the city and in a busy plaza but once the doors of the spa closes behind you, the noises of world also shut down. ( maybe thats just me) I was excited for cbd oil body massage coupled with derma facial. I just love pampering myself and they provide the means to you. First you are greeted , and then taken to change room/locker room. You get your locker with a key, a cosy and warm bathrobe, slippers and anything else like a rubber band or face mask. The bathroom has toilet and showers. Vanity has all the required items like a blow dry , roller, pins and stuff. Change and be seated in the relaxing lounge to have a cup of tea or wine until ur esthetician comes to take you to your room for services. Omg, my esthetician was having the most soft hands i ever felt. She was very professional and did good job. Whole experience was relaxing and smooth. Massage bed is heated and they don't uncover your whole body but parts by parts to massage so you are warm and covered the whole time ( letting the shy people know that ) . They have cool range of products to pick from and also they would suggest if that suits your skin type. Once your service is done, you can still relax m chill in the lounge and pay to leave whenever you are ready. I haven't tried anything else there but they do have manicures, pedicures and make up application counter apart from facials and massages so check th out.

Casbah offers a fantastic relaxing spa experience. Not only do you get an exceptional treatment, but it includes a robe and slippers, a relaxation room, a sauna and steam room. The atmosphere and facilities are beautiful - what you expect from a high-end spa.

Not a good facial. The towels she used on my face were cold and damp, all but the last one. It felt like she was wiping the product on, then swiping it off. Didn’t feel like a massage. I told her my concern was dry skin, and my face wasn’t close to being hydrated when It was over. I didn’t get any spf post facial, and I didn’t bring my own because I assumed they would end the session with it. When it was time for the facial nothing was communicated to either of us. The aesthetician asked if we had a preference in products. She named three We hadn’t heard of before and we let them pick. I wish they had explained.They used a physical exfoliant instead of a chemical one. And physical exfoliants cause micro tears on the skin. There was no facial steam, no extractions no explanation of what was going on or what I was to expect. I get it, some people don’t want to be spoken to during the facial. But I felt like I was literally in the dark. A well meaning staff member reached out to me and suggested I ask for a mature aesthetician next time, and said she would speak with the aesthetician and give her coaching notes. I had no idea you could request experience. I don’t anticipate ever returning. My friend and I were both incredibly underwhelmed and disappointed. I’ve never fathomed that I would need to ask for experience I thought it was implied. My aesthetician was really sweet but it felt like I was her first facial. I really felt like it was a waste of money.

I have only been to this spa two times over the last three years ( due to Covid) but each time, I have received an amazing professional and quality service. The spa has a lovely soothing relaxing waiting room, an eucalyptus steam room and sauna that can be booked ahead to use. I had an hour long massage which was incredible. I have already booked my next appointment.

I wanted to really like this spa as it's local and I'm new in town and as per the google rating i believed it should've been a good place. First experience was a massage with my boyfriend, the experience was overall mediocre. Didn't know where anything was as it was my first time and didn't really get told anything except my locker. My massage was a again mediocre, didn't feel like a real massage experience at all (i've had plenty from many different places) and my boyfriends was not good due to the staff putting no pressure when he had asked. I thought i would give it one more try as my bf booked me a hydrafacial here as I've been wanting to get one done. I came 15 mins prior, got changed and waited in the waiting room. Someone came in to get me 25 mins later and says they forgot tot give me the form so she hands me it and says she'll be back in 7 mins. I fill it out quickly and wait to get taken to my apt. The esthetician asked if it was my first hydrafacial i said yes. She said "oh okay well it's pretty straight forward" and then did not explain the process at all except for showing the machine which I said yes I saw the machine on the website. She asked what products I used I answered, and al lshe asked was if they were all from the same company and i said no. She didn't explain what she was doing while doing the hydrafacial and the whole thing lasted maybe 20 mins with a few extractions (could've taken time to do a lot more care to my face as I haven't had a facial in a loooooong time) when I was brought in 30 mins late. Overall not a good customer service experience by the front staff or esthetician and the whole process left me feeling a bit ripped off for the $200 experience. I would be happy to pay the money if I was treated like a "spa guest" as it is labelled as a spa and explained nicely about the process and felt as if she tool her time. Sadly would not come back here now to try any service as I just don't feel right about leaving a spa twice unhappy.

I got the Signature Facial ad I always do. It is quite seriously THE best service I’ve had at any spa!! It is essentially a full body massage and facial. This time I was able to receive a promotion with Babor products and went home with products to try at home too. Casbah is safe during this pandemic. They are hygienic, professional and skilled. Yes, there are bigger and nicer spas in the city of Vancouver and other major cities but as far as out in the Fraser Valley goes, I have yet to see one as good as Casbah. On top of the facility, the people who work there are very nice and knowledgeable. It was a great experience. We spent about 4 hours there. Infrared sauna, massage, back scrub facial, foot massage. Relaxing in the lounge . Could have had a steam but didn't. They served us beverages. Very nice. Superclean and attractive place.

Terrible customer experience. This place has no idea how to keep and cultivate clients. They drop appointments and never reschedule them again and with zero communication. It’s happened to me twice now that my massage appointments (which were booked months in advance) have been cancelled due to their changes of staff and never rebooked again. No phone calls just general mass emails without proper follow up. It’s a shame as there’s nothing like this in the area but I can’t rely on their unprofessional business practices. I will be looking for a new place and I will be sharing my experience with my circle of friends.

I’m a regular here for a wax. Meenu is a fabulous aesthetician. I’ve had pedicures here they’re really worth the money. It’s a very clean place to go. Little steam or sauna room, but nice showers and a lounge. They have the best herbal almond tea! They don’t do acrylics here, but the gel is nice. I like that it’s a more professional atmosphere. People here are educated and properly trained. I am a VIP member I get discounts and free sauna/steam. It’s worth buying the packages because you save money overall. I’ll continue to go here unless they change things! I love the brown sugar body scrub. I didn’t love my facial.... I’d rather see a dermatologist, since my skin is extremely temperamental. All in all a good place to go.

The atmosphere in the spa is top notch and I feel like I really got away for the day even though I am just a few blocks from my home. Really nice experience! I went in with my mom and my sister for facials and for a message. The facial was lovely and very relaxing. The environment is really pretty and relaxing however the place where you change got very crowded which was uncomfortable. Only one change room for the all women seemed a little odd. Aside from that, it was a good experience.

My sister-in-law called to change her couples massage for herself only and they cancelled the appointment all together by mistake. She is 9 months pregnant and has 2 small kids at home. She had to arrange babysitting and have things in order to make it to this appointment. Finding out it was cancelled when she arrived yesterday morning was hugely dissapointing- she left the spa, went to her car and burst into tears. I'm not sure if she will want to return after having this experience.

Update: I went for a spa day but because of the wind storm, it had to be rescheduled and broken up. Casbah was wonderful in rebooking and all parts were amazing. The pedicure was, as always, the best I’ve ever had. And the massage and brown sugar scrub were divine. Everything was perfect from the atmosphere to the lovely massage. I cannot more highly recommend Casbah! The best pedicure I’ve ever had. My nails still look fantastic after two weeks. They ladies were wonderful, patient, and very professional. I will never get a pedicure anywhere else!

Since my first experience was so great, I make the half an hour drive from my house every 5 weeks to get waxing treatments done by Tara because everyone is so friendly and helpful and I've never had anyone make me feel so comfortable during a waxing treatment. With the gyms being closed due to Covid19, or at least many of the ammenities in them. I've been unable to enjoy a good steam or infrared sauna after working out. So, I bought a yearly membership, for a mere $129. Which got me 24 of either steam or infrared sauna. As well as a free facial. I price compared similar businesses, and found Casbah to be of best value. The staff are amazingly accommodating and polite. The facilities are well maintained, and very clean. Towels and refreshments are provided as part of my membership. They also offer other services, such as massage, which I'll be trying after my next sauna session. It's also much larger inside than it looks from the outside. Which is great, because of all the other products and services. Which I have yet to try. The CBD products look interesting. I think I'll try the CBD relaxing massage. Fantastic lil gem. So happy I found. I enjoy a long hot sauna. The heat shock proteins sauna produces are so good to ones overall health.

I had the best experience at Casbah today. I was having a very stressful week, and my husband decided to surprise me with a facial here. My esthetician, Mahsa, has hands of an angel. The treatment she provided was professional and relaxing. She gave me wonderful recommendations for my skincare regimen and product information. Most importantly, she made me feel rejuvenated at the end of the service. Everyone working there was just so friendly and warm. I am writing this while I relax in their peaceful lounge. I always treat myself to the signature pedicure at least once a year. You leave feeling completely relaxed and your feet look and feel amazing! They are professional and want to make sure you are 100% satisfied. I recently had a pedicure and when I left the salon, I realized I wasn’t happy with the color on my toes. Dec. 2019 - I received a call from the manager who apologized for the mix up. She very kindly booked me for a no charge appointment with a new therapist, Brian. I went to Casbah Day Spa last weekend on a referral from a friend. I was super excited to find out they have an infrared sauna and steam room. I bought a package for the sauna/steam and it included a facial. The facial was amazing- I forgot how much I loved them. Lauren was very nice and did a fabulous job. I will definitely see her again. I used to work at Casbah 5 years ago, so I guess I am a little bit biased (I am a stay-at-home mom right now), but Casbah is still the only spa I buy my friends gift certificates for, and still the only spa I recommend (the signature facial is like the Rolls Royce of facials). I know for a fact that the owner always brings in amazing quality products, and makes sure the staff get the best, newest training. The atmosphere is so relaxing and the treatments include so many little extras that other spas don't offer, or would charge an arm and a leg for. (Again, the signature facial, if you haven't tried it yet...it's out of this world!!!) ...and most importantly, everything is clean and properly sanitized!!!

Unacceptable customer service. My wife had booked a 90 minute massage appointment over a week ago and just received a phone call to change it because Casbah had overbooked their room. To make matters worse, the phone call from the Casbah staff member seemed to indicate that another client that booked after my wife was taking her place. This is not the first time this has happened to my wife at Casbah over the number of years she gone to them. When you spend your money somewhere and especially make an appointment to do so, reliability is such a major factor and Casbah has lost that. South Surrey- White Rock customers and potential customers should be advised to take their business somewhere else. Casbah seems to have lost sight of the fact that they are not the only spa in town. I wanted to give my husband a couples massage for his birthday. I do not love massages but wanted to do this together so I thought why not. Found Casbah on Google and so glad I did!! I am now a lover of massages. I had the pleasure of having Heidi be my masseuse and she was fantastic!! My husband also said it was one of the BEST massages he has had. A good looking and well laid out spa ! I had my first visit there and really liked the ambiance and range of products they carried . The lady at reception explained the process and off I went for my services . I had to wait a bit in the relaxation lounge but I won’t let that mar the overall experience! The range of services is good however coming down to my services - signature facial and massage - overall good but felt the girl was new and I could not feel a confidence in her hands when she worked on my body and face … she followed all the steps but I just felt she was not invested - there is a difference when you just love to do what you do vs you do it because it’s your job ! I am going back because I want to try a different aesthetician!

Excellent Spa, the massage therapist was really good and professional. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 stars would be that the space allocated for men (called coed) is way too small and does not provide any privacy or space to get changed.

Lovely environment and very friendly and kind staff. I went for a signature mani and pedi with gel polish. The pedicure was amazing and still looking fresh 2+ weeks later. My manicure was nice but the gel polish started lifting and peeling the next day. It was also lumpy and uneven in areas. I would definitely go back for a pedicure.

I have gone to this spa for years. I ask for a gift card every year for my birthday. I went for the signature facial, it was so good I fell asleep. All of the staff are great, right from the front door and the atmosphere is so soothing. I highly recommend going to Casbah for an amazing pampering experience.

The Spa experience is over-rated here. The steam room was not turned on for me the last 2 times I went, the wine is elusive, and when I added an appointment for my niece they told me she could come steam but then changed their minds when we were there for service and made it very awkward. They couldn't find a lock for other client in the change room so she was supposed to bring her valuables to the front. The registered massage therapist is excellent, but the spa is kind of Inconvenient.

I like to get their add-ons to the facials as that allows you to experience other products they have that you may not always consider on your own time. The place is always nice. I had a Signature facial and I feel that my girl was very new. They are not as nice as they usually are. The back scrub and massage that I look forward to was short and there was no pressure what so ever. Same as the hand and foot massage. Also the facial just felt like someone was going over my face with a feather. The scalp massage was not good. Usually the turn your head and do some of you neck. Scalp massage was so light and about 3 minutes.

Had a "Sister's Day" and decided to go for a mani-pedi. Upgraded to a Signature Mani and Pedi for minimal $$. SOOO worth it. The sugar scrub, paraffin wax and massage turned us into "noodles" when it was all done. What a way to relax. Also COVID protocol was in place; masks worn by everyone (or shields), plexi glass separation between clients and aestheticians, stations were sanitized before and after use, hand sanitation was required upon entry as was distancing. The staff are always kind and ensure you are well taken care of.

Dry sauna, Steam room, showers, a lounge where they treat you with beverages and snacks....plus the actual facials, pedicures, massages etc. It was a really relaxing experience.
