Terrible experience. My mother and I walked in both wanting manicures. We tried to call to book an appointment multiple times earlier that day, but their phones were not working. When we informed the owner of this she did not even give a verbal reply. I asked for a design on my ring fingers (which I agreed to pay extra for) and french tip on the others. One employee did the french tip, but she had to redo multiple fingers and they came out looking uneven, which even the owner admitted to. The owner then did my design and was extremely rude to me. When she started using a colour that did not match what I asked for (bright yellow instead of beige), I politely told her and requested to change it. She again did not even say anything. Instead she stood up, dropped her tools, and moved to a different station to attend to another customer. I was appalled and honestly wish I had walked out at that moment. After a couple minutes she came back and told me to “pick my own colour then”. I had picked out my exact colours with the other employee earlier, but clearly this was not communicated to the owner. She finished my design without another word. The owner was also rude to my mother, refusing to listen to her requests regarding her nails and failing to answer her about the price of adding gems to her nails. I just couldn’t believe how unprofessional she was, especially as the manager/owner. I felt genuinely uncomfortable throughout my entire visit. I had a positive experience here a month ago and was looking forward to the same service, but now I will never be returning.

she did a very poor job she was so rude she over talked over me and my friend when we were talking and when we asked her just to something else she nodded her head and said no. I showed her a photo and said I wanted marble blue nails and she started moving her head side to side saying no no no I can’t do this what is the point of coming to a nail salon if they can’t do a design. I Astor even before hand if she could do this design and once I came in she told me she could not do it this was so unprofessional. I booked this appointment three days in advance and the moment we got there we came 30 minutes early and she rushed us and told us she had more customers when we were the only two in the salon. She rushed both of me and my friends nails hence why they came out looking so bad

The salon is so clean and beautiful. Herbal pedicure and massage are really good. I came here with my girlfriend on Valentines and the employees were so welcomed and attentive. I will definitely come back and refer to my friends. Highly recommend this salon.

First off I waited forever in the pedicure chair. I was having shellac on my toes and nails and it was the worst nail job I have ever had. The lady only put 1 coat of shellac on my nails which most places do at least 3. Not even one week and both toes and nails look terrible!!! Here is the kicker it was $90.00!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOU TIME AND MONEY!!!

Really friendly and good customer service. This salon is running by a new owner, that's why I come back and give a try. The staffs in here are so friendly, do amazing nails and pedicure. Absolutely recommend!!!

I bought my mother a gift certificate for 2 pedicures. She is 89 years old. Someone in there made her use the whole certificate in the one appointment and did not listen to her wishes.

Beautiful clean atmosphere. At first was nervous to have my nails done here since no one else was there but Johnny was very friendly and gave a great pedicure. I had shellac applied to my toe nails and it lasted for almost 5 weeks! Great place.

The ladies here are so welcoming and excited to have you as client. They are incredibly sweet. I’ve had my nails done all over the world for 24 years and I know a good salon when I see one. The first thing that impressed me was not only the incredibly warm welcome I received but that they soaked my old acrylic off rather than picking it off, the painful way like other salons. The ladies were attentive, the salon was beautifully clean and the nails perfect! These ladies bought the business and opened just after Covid. They deserve our business. Let’s get behind these independent ladies trying their hardest. You’ll not regret it.

These ladies are not only skilled and talented at the services they provide but they do so with such grace and care. They continue to impress me with how diligent they are when completing services and I always end up leaving the salon with not just a beautiful set of nails, but a smile on my face as well; as with their unconditional kindness, visiting here is a dream due to the lovely ladies that own it (: I highly recommend this salon!

My daughter and I been coming here for about 6 months now and we love it! The girls are friendly and don't rush you when you are trying to chose a polish color. The salon is beautiful and clean. I am really picky about my nails and they are always perfectly done. They do everything to accommadate your schedule and the prices are so reasonable. I have been to so many salons in White Rock/South Surrey and nothing has compared to this one.

Multiple bad experiences - Both with waxing and nail services here. My nails were rushed and done badly, and none of the utensils were cleaned after they were used on me. I was cut several times by the technician. Without asking me what I wanted they automatically started cutting off my long natural nails for acrylics. Within a day the nails looked rough and faded. Came back to get them redone because I was very dis satisfied. Waxing was rushed and I was not treated as a priority. Technician made rude comments about my body and had me in ridiculous positions. I was left in the waxing room alone multiple times with the door open. Felt very unprofessional and I felt awkward and uncomfortable. I would not recommend.

I was at White Rock Nails Spa in mid September to get a manicure, pedicure and waxing of my eyebrows, lips & chin. One week afterwards I got an enormous ingrown infectious pimple on my chin. I went to see my family doctor and he told me that I got this from contaminated wax or cloth stripper. I would not recommend for people to go to this establishment because I think the technicians does not sterilize their tools or reuse cloth strip from previous clients! Very disappointed for lousy services and filth. Envy Nails or White Rock Nails will never see me again! I have to include a star in order to post but you do not deserve any! Boo to you!

My mom and I came here for manicures and pedicures and my mom had a very nice lady who talked to us the whole time but I had this very grumpy lady who did a very poor job. She left for about 10 minutes in the middle of my pedicure to do someone else's eyebrows, my toenails were very uneven and didn't seem like she wanted to be there at all. Didn't greet me or anything. On my way out she was sweeping up and sweeped a pile of dust and other garbage onto my foot and brushed the broom over my foot and gave me a disgusted look. Would not come here again.

Hidden fees. I had the $40 acrylic "white tip and gel" set done, and then afterwards they told me it was $50. When I asked why they said "oh he applied the gel over top which is extra" ??? I asked for clarification multiple times and said that their pamphlet says $40 for exactly what I had done and she just kept telling me no it's $50 with no real explanation. I was also told over the phone that adding on a pedicure would be an extra $20, but instead I got charged $29. Again, she told me I was wrong. Unfortunately I only had a phone convo to go off as proof, and maybe the person who told me was misinformed or I misheard. I'm happy with how my nails look but make sure you clarify exactly how much everything will cost you.

My husband and I went for a pedicure at the same time. The fellow that was doing my nails (John, I think) and his wife (i think) were talking to each other the whole time in a foreign language. My legs were scrubbed so hard I still have scabs 4 days later. They said it was because i shaved. However my feet have scabs. I don't shave my feet. The rash came up before i left and the "wife" couldn't be bothered to get off the phone and have a look. Her diagnosis - "Oh, it should go away" I felt it was impersonal and dismissive. If i could give 0 stars i would.

Emily is the best nail technician I’ve ever had in whiterock she takes care of my nails puts in a lot of love ❤️ My nails has always lasted more than 3 weeks with her I have no complaints when she does mine ???? and her sister jasmine I love how she’s punctual with her work on eyelashes as well! They are both amazing very professional I highly recommend this spot ????????
