Have been seeing Lien at various salons for the past 20 years, including The Side. Lien is perfect at everything she does, especially mani, pedi, hair.

The receptionist defies belief. Trying to set up an appointment for myself and my daughter for 3:45. She says, "Sorry, no do at 3:45. come later." I asked how much later and she said, "4:30." I asked her if it was possible to get two gel toenails done and she said, "Can you come earlier." (????) I said, "You just told me I couldn't come until 4:30." She then said, "Can't do early, come later." At this point I asked to speak to Lien the owner, but she wasn't there today. Completely frustrating. We booked at Four Seasons across the street. Never, ever put unhelpful and inarticulate people on reception.

I love the Side! I always feel at home. Neda does an incredible job! I don't get my nails done often but when I do I'll only see Neda. Lynn is incredibly nice too! The service here is spectacular. The best place to get threading is with Neda too! The music is always so beautiful and relaxing too! Another thing that's fantastic is it's quiet and peaceful! Thank you so much for all that you do!
