I've been going to Skinfolio since 2020 and have been continuously recommending this fantastic skincare facility to everyone around me. Dr. Lau and Cammy (Skin consultant) have always gone above and beyond to take care of my skincare needs and concerns. My regular aesthetician has recently changed her schedule, hence I went ahead and booked a session with Ankita(new aesthetician). I was a bit nervous at first, as I didn't know what to expect-- it turned out to be one of the most enjoyable experiences I've had at Skinfolio, as Ankita was extremely detail-oriented, I felt very cared for and pampered by her. I will definitely look forward to my upcoming sessions!

Been going to Skinfolio consistently since fall of 2020. To be honest, I wasn't sure what to expect in the beginning as in the past, I've signed up for some pretty aggressive facials/packages at other clinics, Skinfolio is definitely not one of those pushy spas. For those of you that are contemplating if you should join Skinfolio's membership, give it a go! Special thanks to Cammy (Skin advisor) and Nancy (Sr. Technician). Cammy took the time to plan out a fantastic skin fitness routine for me with realistic expectations. You can tell that Cammy is truly passionate about skincare and genuinely cares about her clients; suggesting only treatments/products that she believes will help me archive the results that I wanted and never up-selling me on things that I do not need. Nancy is the kindest technician with lots of patience, I never felt rushed in any of my treatments. Nancy is very professional, she took great care of my skin and making sure I get the most out of every treatment. Thanks to these two amazing ladies, I feel like a valued client every time I'm at Skinfolio. Highly recommend this clinic, especially if you're lucky enough to be taken care of by Cammy and Nancy.

I love this place! I'm am sometimes intimidated by the spa industry but the team at Skinfolio are all so welcoming and friendly. They walked me through an assessment and asked me about what I thought about my skin. They weren't pushy or judging at all. My skin was glowing when I left and they made sure to let me know what to expect in the next couple days after my facial. I came here today for the first time for a facial and I must admit I had such an amazing experience! The staff was so knowledgable and patient with me and my concerns. They listening to my needs and examined my skin with care. I love that they have customizable facials to give you exactly what you need! I also wanted to get my lips done to even out my smile.. (it’s so uneven) little did I know Dr.Amanda explained to me that my left jaw clenches tighter than my right so we got Botox to help with that! I was so afraid to get any work done and love that they start small and give you the option to come back and get more. I definitely recommend coming here Dr. Amanda is so lovely!

Highly recommend this clinic! It is SO clean and beautiful on the inside. Every single staff member is always wearing their masks and proper PPE when I come in to do my facial. The membership includes discounts on other services not covered by the membership, which has saved me hundreds in the long run. I am in my fifties, and my skin never looked better with the treatments and care received from Skinfolio staff. I would recommend Dana. She is a new member of their team and has exceptional customer service and knowledge about skin and the following best action for my skin treatments. I had some laser services for myself and my daughter. The machine they use is exceptional. It is a compelling modern machine that does not hurt like other lasers I have been treated by at different places over the years. Dana was professional and did not miss a spot, and ensured that nothing was left not treated. I am from Vancouver Island and have received and tried many treatments from various skin boutiques, but out of them all, Skinfolio is where I go and will likely continue to go for years to come. As long as Dana is available when I book, I will only see because she is on point. Thank you Skinfolio, I love your services, staff and LOCATION.

Follow up review -I have returned several times to SKINFOLIO and really so happy with the treatment received there. Dr Lau is so personable but extremely skilled and professional. Her Botox is the BEST. I have also had facials with Nancy who is just great. I cannot recommend highly enough. I am so impressed with Skinfolio and the staff there. Dr Lau is really excellent. I have been getting treatments abroad for many years so anxious about a new venue but feel very comfortable and confident at this clinic. I have signed up for a years membership for treatments and looking forward to trying out the various facials offered. Botox administration is expert and efficient. I am thrilled with the results. I recommend highly. There is no upsell and cheaper alternatives just don’t have this level of care of expertise.

I reached out to Skinfolio a few months ago because they seemed to have good knowledge on treating many skin concerns, especially acne. I’ve struggled with adult acne in the last few years and could never seem to get rid of it. I reached out and spoke with Jordyn. I told her about my concerns, skin condition and current products. She is extremely knowledgable and immediately put me on medical grade skincare that is personalized to my skin. Within a month my acne has completely cleared up. This was my first time at a medical spa and trying out an IPL treatment. I booked in for the free consultation and first time treatment and after consulting with Ashley we decided the "light" facial would best address my skin concerns. I was then greeted by Vanessa who performed the facial. She was very helpful in explaining the treatment and what to expect and was able to answer all my questions. The facial was nice and surprisingly relaxing. After the IPL treatment, Vanessa cleansed, applied toner, serum and moisturizer from the Skinceutical line of products to my face. Then I was offered sunscreen and makeup products to apply post-treatment. Lastly, Vanessa completed the consultation by making recommendations for future treatments and products. Overall, I was really impressed by the atmosphere, staff and professionalism there and I really appreciated that they were never pushy about purchasing more treatments or products. The treatments are a bit out of my price range to go as a routine facial, but it is definitely something I look forward to splurging on in the future! It truly is a risk-free experience so I definitely would recommend giving them a try!

Went there a few months ago and received a 1/2 syringe of lip filler. Waited the prescribed time to let swelling go down and my lips were still uneven. I filled out the contact us form on the webpage and got no response. After that I emailed them directly and again got no response. I’m disappointed because my actual appointment experience was good. The place was clean and the doctor took her time to explain things. Just feels like they dont care so much after the service is complete. I added photos but couldn’t figure out how to link them to my review.

The pros are, the staff are friendly and looks like a clean environment. The cons: cost, I had a feeling of up sales. I went into get some botox, it was my second time getting it but first time at skinfolio. The last place did 30units at $10unit but was not near me, so I decided to look elsewhere. I found skinfolio and decided to try them out. I was expecting the similar amount of units but the dr said I needed 51units. So with their cost of $12 unit, I walked out paying over $600. It’s been 2 wks and I still have frown lines yet my forehead is super tight. Instead of eyebrow spocking, my forehead has pushed my brows down making my eyelids now over laps each other. Its super difficult to apply eye shadow.i have to physically lift my brow to get it on properly. Also if I yawn and close my eyes at the same time my left eyelid pops inside out a bit. It’s crazy. When I went for a follow up the girl running the desk said the dr will probably have to add more to soften my look. I said no thanks and left. I didn’t want to pay anymore money or have more units put into my face. It’s not like me to leave a bad review and I’m sure others love it there but I personally will look elsewhere in the future.

I was initially very hesitant about trying Botox. Fear of needles. Fear of looking too “done”. Fear from hearing horror stories of botched injections. These are all valid fears - but not at Skinfolio. Dr. Lau is her own best advertisement, google her picture and meet her in person. She has a great eye and a great touch for that “just got a good night’s sleep” look except the effect will last a few months and you can continue to binge Squid Games and wake up with the kids. I consider Botox a regular part of my maintenance now - like a hair cut and colour every quarter. It’s honestly the best thing I’ve done for myself this past year. If you’re on the fence - go for it!

My experience with Skinfolio was great! Skinfolio is well maintained and very modern with great finishing touches. Felt like a SPA! When I arrived, I was greeted by the receptionist, she checked my temperature and gave me some hand sanitizer. Then I was led to a curtained off area where the medical bed and devices are kept. I was greeted by Ankita, who provided the clinical treatment for micro needling. She was very warm and welcoming and I felt really comfortable with her. Ankita was gentle and very knowledgeable during the service. During the service, she let me know exactly what to expect which made me feel assured. Once the session was completed, Ankita gave me thorough instructions on how to take of my skin for the week. I will definitely come back for more services!

Not a pleasant experience but I guess it’s what you might expect in a shopping mall and for those who want a high priced quickie spa like treatment.
