I have been to West Vancouver location many times. I dont talk much, I just enjoy the service and leave. And they always respect that. I usually get 1 hr body massage and 30mins facial package. After the service esthetician always recommended eminence product for my skin. Eminence is the product I always trust. Its organic, its gentle and amazing scents. I wish this place always stays the same :)

However, there are some areas of opportunity for you to improve the customer experience. Before mentioning these opportunities, I would like to congratulate the lady at the front desk for her extraordinary service and warm attention. At the beginning, I had a reservation for another of his surcusales, but without any problem he changed it to attend me there without any problem. Truly, an employee very committed to her work. Now with regard to service, the massage itself was very good. However, not so the small details that I will list below. 1.- The lady never asked me if the room temperature was right. The truth if it felt quite cold. 2.- In some moments, the young lady was not careful with the generation of noise and it seemed that her work was making her angry or upset about something. 3.- They could add some sandals for the clients, since the floor was really very cold. En un inicio, tenía una reservación para otra de sus surcusales, pero sin ningún problema me la cambió para atenderme ahí sin ningún problema. De verdad, una empleada muy comprometida con su trabajo. Ahora, con el respecto al servicio, el masaje en sí fue muy bueno. Sin embargo, no así los pequeños detalles que a continuación enumeraré. 1.- La señorita nunca me preguntó si la temperatura de la habitación estaba bien. La verdad si se sentía bastante frío. 2.- En algunos momentos, la señorita no tenía cuidado con la generación de ruido y pareciera que su trabajo lo estaba haciendo enojada o disgustada por algo. 3.- Podrían añadir algunas sandalias para los clientes, ya que, el piso estaba realmente muy frío. Fuera de lo anterior, recomiendo completamente éste spa y sin duda alguna regresaré muy pronto. Saludos cordiales.

My wife got me the Gentleman’s Getaway Package as a additional to our "New Westminster Staycation" and it was spectacular! COVID-19 has butchered any travel plans we may have had for the last two years so it was my wife's idea to have a fancy dinner out and stay in a hotel. No dishes, no making the bed (just for the weekend). The prequel to the dinner was the "Gentleman's Package" for me. It is actually three 'treatments' in one package. An Anti-Stress Massage, a Head Massage and a Hand & Foot Massage it was wonderful! Truly refreshing. It really transported me to a different place and mind-set.

Amazing experience from beginning to end! Had never been to Sabai before so I had a few questions about the different kinds and the customer service on the phone was awesome! We also booked for a female RMT and we ended up having a "male" RMT! The massage room was very bright with all lights "ON". While we booked for a whole body massage, 50 min of the massage was only focused at the back and only 10 min for back of the legs. No massage was provided to the front of the body. The place does not provide sandals so you need to walk in bare foot. In addition, no hot towels are provided to clean the excess oil on your body. This was the first and last time for me and my husband to visit the Spa!

She is extremely professional and efficient and as my entire family gets massages she definitely keeps us organized. I find all the therapists are all highly trained and very thorough at understanding which part of the body needs extra attention. We recently also started having RMT massages with Gabe and we are very happy with his excellent work too. My last visit I had a tiny therapist, Jean, who was extremely strong and gave an excellent massage on my over stressed body. Honestly I find all the therapists very good but I feel Christine is the warmest receptionist!!!

I had been going to several different RMT massages for the past few years and always felt somewhat dissatisfied by the process.I finally returned to Sabai Thai after a long hiatus and, after a SUPERB 90 minute Ancient Thai massage given by Yuko-San , I realized what had been missing in my life. I will certainly be going back and would highly recommend Sabai Thai to anyone. I only wish the fees were covered by extended Medical. They really should be, as the benefits of Sabai Thai massages are far superior to RMT massage.

I have been coming to Sabai spa in West Vancouver since 2016 when my husband gave me a gift certificate of 10 massages. It couldn't have been a better present for me and I have been coming back ever since. Over the years, I have developed good relationships with several therapists who have been both professional and very attentive to my needs. I always look forward to my session at the spa. I feel pampered from the moment I am greeted by the friendly receptionist to the moment I float out the door with a feeling of complete relaxation.
