This was my first time trying this salon, I got acrylics and this was by-far the best experience I have ever had. Great prices - they even offer student discounts. Tina did my nails and they were great. She wasn't rough and she took her time. Yet, the job was done in just over an hour! She asked how I would like certain things and didn't get upset when I changed my mind. She was very sweet. She even filed the back, which is not something I see often (very grateful for it). This is now my go to place!

I arrive to this place and they asked for one price, Then, the price increase 10$ When I asked for manicure and the color, after make all the manicure they the technician said she couldn’t find the colour and go ask. I absolutely heard they are out of stock now it and I should choose another one- the technician came back and said they only have in powder doesn’t exist in shellac. Why they lied to me? And at the end as you can see in this finger it’s French and I can see my white nail line and also they touch up the nail with pink color and never clean it and I asked. NO COMING BACK

Everyone here is so nice and have a great relationship with my mom which is so cute to see. I never get pedis but here it's so easy and they give a mean foot massage and are gentle with me because I'm ticklish as hell. Love them all! Great selection of cute masks also. My toes look AMAZING

I've been going here for many years. I drive 2 hours to do my shopping, eat at my favorite restaurant and stop here to get my nails and a massage done. ????????‍♀️ they are always super helpful. Making sure I can get my services while I'm here. Working around my availability.i have brought many girls with me. Highly recommend this place

I don't usually have high expectations when using a groupon, but I was so happy with my shellac manicure and pedicure! I could tell the ladies paid attention to detail, making sure my nails looked perfect. The massage was soo nice, and she even used hot stones on my legs and feet after the exfoliation and massage. The ladies don't say too much, but they are nice.

Came for a shellac mani-pedi with a groupon and was fairly dissapointed. First, when I called them, they told me they had only one appointment from the 20th until the end of the year, even though they were empty when I went in. They also did not respond to my email about an appointment at all, had to call in to get the appointment which wouldn't normally be an issue but it was irritating having them completely ignore my message. As for the actual service, they were alright. The place was very cold and I had to ask the woman doing my pedicure to make the footbath water warmer several times and eventually I gave up and tolerated the slightly warmer than luke warm water. As for colors, they have many beautiful colors to choose from and I was very happy with their selection. The manicure I got was excellently done, even though my nails are fairly short the woman who did them was friendly and shaped them very nicely without hurting me at all, it was very pleasant. Unfortunately I was not very happy with the pedicure. The woman who did it cut my nails extremely short after I asked her to leave them about medium length and some of them are crooked. The shellac also does not completely cover a couple of them to the tips, and there is still a lot of dirt that I can see under my nails. The pedicure was also done in a massage chair, though for some reason they never bothered to turn it on. Overally, the overall hygene and the manicure were good so I wouldn't say ot was an awful experience but the pedicure and service were lacking. I would probbaly not go back there again.

Cozy shop that is much bigger than it looks; easy to find from the street with its bright pink awning. Easily made same day, drop in for 30 minute massage for just $40, a fantastic find not just for West Van, but the amazing experience with Fabrika....she was totally incredible and best part, she was willing to go out of her routine and gave a bit more TLC to my neck and upper back. Other masseuses just go thru their routine, prob to kill time and what not. Clean place, all cards accepted, plenty street parking. Easy repeat.

I would give this place a -10 if possible. I took myself there yesterday for a day of pampering for a wedding I am attending today and ended up with my upper lip burnt from their horrible waxing job. Beware Of This Place And Don't Spend Your Money There!!!
