They are too fast at finishing pedicures off and one lady yelled at me for cutting my own toe nails. They were bothering me and hurting everytime I wore shoes so I cut it myself before going for a pedicure. I have been here twice and they rush everything. Not very good customer service

Winnie at Four Seasons Nails is an amazing nail technician. I go to see her to get dip powder. She really cares about making sure my nails are the perfect shape and gives great recommendations for trendy colours. She always has such a nice, bubbly energy and makes it a pleasant time when I need a new set of nails, would really recommend!

Their leaders Don & Donna with their wonderful personalities are an exemplary couple who inspire trust & confidence among their clients and it's clearly a very unified team whose aim is to provide professional services with a great sense of humour. Friendly staff, most of them have been there for a long time and do a great job. Fair prices, they always fix nails if they break too soon. I little busy and factory like sometimes but good for quick easy services. I always get my nails done here and never had a problem. I have had a couple AMAZING massages here by a very talented Vietnamese woman who did a mixture of deep tissue and hot stone, she knew exactly where I was hurting without asking me. The facial I had was really over priced and didn’t do much for me. They used nice products but no steaming or exfoliating, afterwords felt more like I had done a face mask at home then put on moisturizer. Didn’t feel worth the money or time, other facials I had really focused on my problem areas with acne and black heads.

Good place, great technicians but even if you make a reservation you may have to wait or not get in at all. A reservation does not guarantee you will get your nails done if the younger guy is in charge that day.

Called in here to book a appointment, and was shocked by how rude the man on the phone was. I had called in to ask to book for dip powder to be done (was referred by someone) I could not remember who the lady was that I was recommended. I kindly asked what the name of the girls working that day where. He replays very rude like, "you expect me to name the staff here?" I said yes for that day please. He then proceeded to say he does not know the staff in that day. Now being in the industry myself, I know what staff are in there is a booking sheet to tell you... anyways the way I was treated on the phone and the lack of obvious treatment to staff and ownership. I would never ever step into a establishment like this. It's about values and customer service. Sorry but it's a hard no for me!

Been here once before and they completely messed up my nails to the point where I was in tears when I got home. I decided to give it another chance and I deeply regret it. Did not do what I asked for because they said it would “look weird” and that she didn’t want to do it because it would look “funky” when all i wanted was a ballerina shape and she said my nail beds weren’t good for it. Keep in mind that I have gotten my nails how i like them at another place without any criticism but at four seasons it was difficult to get what i wanted. The girl I was with was not friendly and made my nails uneven and didn’t even shape it how I asked even with multiple pictures that I showed her. Will not go again and have told all my friends to find a better place to go to.

I was a regular customer at this place for five years but i will not go back. The owner is rude and the staff is rushed. They messed up my nails and did not apologize or offer any compensation. I Horrible experience. Terrible customer service. There are thousands of places that are better than this place. I will not go back. They have zero appreciation for their returning customers.

Some staff are very attentive, but owner is rude at times and does not really know how to offer customer service. Was a regular customer until I basically got yelled at that the person I was asking for is busy till 6pm, instead of offering a different staff-member, to help or saying would you like to come back. Just made me walk out the door without even caring if they lose business or not. If you call in to make an appointment they make it difficult, but if you show up they will give you one somehow. Where does that make sense? Can’t stand money grabbing and rude business owners that seem to be enslaving their staff.....and do not appreciate returning customers, very sad.....

Today was my third time visiting this place and every time I've been there I got my nails done with different professionals however today I had the service with Jay Jay, a very nice guy that is very fast and detailed person. My nails are perfect!!! Unfortunately he's available only on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and excepting this afternoon I used to visit the place on Saturdays. I highly recommend Jay Jay!

This time it was myself and the 2 kids, kids got mani pedi and the ladies were so sweet and explained what they were doing ( it was their first mani/pedi) My pedi was soooo relaxing , my fav part is the massage. I’ve been going here on and off for years and it honestly has gone downhill. This manicure was from 24 hours ago and it cost me $40 for this .. this was after I had to get them redone because of the bumpy spongy texture they left me with the first time. They’re completely uneven, chipped and unfinished as well as they almost purposely start the polish away from the nail bed so it grows out quicker. Along with this, I added photos of my friends manicure who came with me …

Terrible experience. Manicurist cut me in two places, couldn't shape my nails evenly and applied polish so sloppily that I am going to have to get them redone. The manicurist also has a chip on her shoulder This is not your place if you want a relaxing experience and want to leave with a good manicure. Will not return.

Michelle always takes care of me! The staff here are very friendly and patient. I get powder dip. The color selection is vast, and at my laziest my manicures have lasted up to 6 weeks with no damage! Recently I had to get a nail fixed after about a week after my manicure and they refused to take my money! Very impressed with their services.

Used to be my go to spot... i recently have had consistently poor quality manicures and customer service. Even if you make an appointment be prepared to wait up to 30min before they take you in. Chipping on shellac within first week and often actually leave shellac stuck to the skin around my nails which sucks and causes it to peel. It’s too bad.

I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE. I only gave one star because I had to. several years ago a friend took me here for a pedicure - we had appointments but had to still wait 30 min. the pedicure was OK, not great. Fast forward to now, my long time nail tech moved and I needed a fill. I decided to give them a try again. when I showed up for my appointment, I still had to wait 20 min. It was the worst fill I've ever seen. My french manicure was uneven, the nail shapes were inconsistent and she did a sloppy job of filing the regrowth so that you could see the line under the new acrylic. Very disappointing. I would not recommend anyone go here as there are lots of other good options in West Van.

It was my first time at this nail salon and the lady that did my nail was so rushed and rude (did not look at or talk to me and was talking to her coworker in her own language the whole time) . While massaging my hand she did it in 30 seconds and forgot half of my arm/hand ( she only massaged my fingers) ! EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE FOR THE PRICE! I will never ever go back.

Every single person working there is rushing to finish your nails and go to the next customer. Most of them are so rude who don’t even reply your hello or thank you. Terrible customer service!!!

Last week I got my nails done, Rosie was the lady's name that helped me. She was very sweet and even helped me pick out a colour. Four Seasons is also incredibly good at fitting me in whenever. Even though I think their prices are a little high, its West Vancouver so it's understandable. This is my go to nail spot for sure!

I’m so disappointed and shocked by how this establishment runs their business. When I first arrived at the salon for my appointment, I had to wait over half an hour until someone was able to do my nails. I asked for a gel nail service, which I was told would last approximately two weeks, not even two days later the gel was chipping and lifting off my nails. I called the salon to speak to management and I had to call for three days straight to be able to speak to someone. Each time I called, I was told that I would receive a call back shortly. When I finally got ahold of the manager, he was quite rude and spoke in a condescending manner. I was told to come in and all my nails were redone, and once again the nails lifted and chipped the next day. Again I tried to call the manager, which took four days to get through this time, and I was told to come in to have them redone. I expressed that I was expecting my nails to be done properly the first time and that I didn’t have time to drive back and forth every other day to have my nails fixed if it wasn’t done properly. Management clearly didn’t seem to care and refused to refund the service they did not provide.

Hi, My mom and I have come a few times now. We both got shellac manicures last week and our nails started chipping just a few days after. We called in to get out nails fixed but when we got there, the manager/owner was rude and unprofessional. My mom got her nails fixed by Mandy (she is awesome, by the way), and the manager kept going up to her while doing the job, speaking another language, and looked like he was pressuring the lady. He then did the exact same thing when I got my nails fixed by Mandy. After we got our nails done last week, it honestly looked like we had done the nails ourselves. The paint was uneven and there were weird lines on our nails. Getting our nails done is not cheap, and when we went back today to get them fixed the manager looked very unapologetic and made us feel bad. Never coming here again, that's for sure!

I decided to give this place another try, having had been disappointed in the past. What a terrible mistake. They COMPLETELY RUINED my natural nails. Yes, I got acrylic but she shaved down my natural nails too much. That when I took it off, I noticed visible marks. I went to the Ten Spot in yaletown, without mentioning anything, the nail tech was flabbergasted. It’ll take at 6 months for the entire nail to grow out and the dent to be gone, till then I can’t even put gel colour without noticing an uneven bump on my nails. Second disappointment was with my pedicure. The light wasn’t placed properly, got a bubble, next day came off. I don’t have a lot of time so when I make an appt, I don’t want to come back again to fix my toe for your lack of knowledge or expertise. I like high quality and this isn’t it.

Today I took my very pregnant daughter for a pedi and they booked us a private room for her comfort (and mine) the store has lots of partitions, sign in and more. We also recommend Four Seasons because of the good pedicures and manicures ???? ????????

I absolutely adore coming here. I come here pretty often for acrylics and for fills, and I just have to say this is the best place I have ever been to. They pay attention to detail and in making sure that they my fake nails look realistic, not to mention where if you're not satisfied with the end product they will make changes until you are. I often walk-in and they always find a way to accommodate me and I have never had a bad experience. I definitely recommend coming here

Don and Donna are amazing owners. I love the staff as they a friendly and helpful. I use to live in West Vancouver and been going to Four Seasons for years. I then moved to Port Coquitlam but if I want the best, I drive to West Vancouver. I do not go as often as I would like but my mother and sister go once or twice a month to get their nails done as they live on the North Shore. I have Never had a bad manicure or pedicure. I recommend them to all my Friends and family. They were wonderful when I took my mum for her birthday and 5 friends to treat them all to pedicures. We were all thrilled and treated very well. The 1 star reviews I think must be Four Seasons competition as the 1 star have only done 1 review. They have not had the true experience. Four Seasons is Wonderful.

Following all COVID safety protocols: sanitizer at door, no customers seated next to one another, all staff have masks, pedicure stations all have plexiglass screen between customer and attending staff member. Staff & service continue to be great (although last time I was in was a couple weeks before the original COVID lock down, so today was my only recent visit).

I’ve been coming here for years & the service used to be much better. They never used to use electric files to sand down your nails to remove shellac - they would hand-file and properly soak. It was one of the reasons I’d drive from East Van.. but now it feels like they’re taking shortcuts (using electric files now) & charging more. After taking a long break due to COVID precautions, I have gone twice in the last month and spent $200+ on both dip & shellac mani/pedi. Both times I waited 15+mins after my appointment was supposed to start (once was almost 30mins), and both times my finger nails have been sub par. They are sanded down so far that they’re so thin & bend at the slightest pressure.. 1 has already snapped and it’s only been 1 day since my appointment.

This place was awesome. I really enjoyed coming in and appreciate how the staff are very friendly and happy. The pedicure and manicure I received were awesome and decently priced. But wait! There's more, I really enjoyed the massage that came with each appointment. It was an element of surprise to me, so the better, right? Plus the staff members enjoy what they are doing, one can tell. The washrooms were very clean and tidy. Though the place is ALWAYS busy, you can actually still get an appointment in. Plus there are stools outside so in case you need to wait for your turn. I highly recommend this place.
