Very surprised from the review below as I’ve been going to Coiffure Parisienne for years and i know for a fact that they have a policy where if you don’t like your hair or if you have a problem with it - they will happily get you to come back in for them to fix/assess the condition of the hair. Also - if the client does not want to go back in the shop for them to see the damage - there is no possible way of them to help you. In the end, I have never heard any thing bad of this shop and i would strongly recommend any hairdresser working in that place.

ZEBRA HAIR HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE After going in asking for light golden blonde hilights, the girl working there who was seriously under qualified left bleach on my hair for over an hour... My hair came out white, dry and brittle, damaged beyond repair, and the hilights were done so badly my hair looks zebralike alongside my natural colour. She hastily apologized and said to come in if I had any problems, and two days after half of my hair has fallen out. I cannot even brush it. After contacting the manager they refused to give me a refund without having to go back, even though I left the next day. The manager did not apologize or even offer any hair treatments. HORRIBLE SERVICE MY HAIR IS RUINED DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!

I had my first experience with Chantal yesterday and I was BEYOND thrilled! Her personality, professionalism, confidence and empathy for my anxious behavior in getting my hair done correctly was amazing. I am new to Sturgeon and have had my hairstylist for over 15 years. My hair is difficult to manage in a cut and style that is easy for me to manage and going to someone new SCARES me. However, I need a new stylist close to home and on referral I called in and spoke with Chantal. She happily booked me in and she DELIVERED!!! I'm so thrilled to say that I have found my new salon and stylist and will be back everytime for highlight, cut, thin out, texturing or whatever I need to feel my best. I will also be bringing in all of my family members because the service and quality is well worth every last penny. Thanks Chantal!
