Firstly I would like to start by saying that I have NEVER had a bad experience here. I have been coming to this salon since they've opened. Secondly Ken & Maria and the other staff members are amazing at what they do. I've always had great service and great designs. I have made odd requests and they were more than happy to help with those requests. Thirdly I have referred many people here and they all agree that there has been NO issues here. It's very clean warm and friendly. Thank you again Sunshine Nails I will always be back.

Very nice place, I like the decoration which looks professional and bright, large space. The staffs are very nice; the boss - Ken and Maria are extremely friendly and funny too, they are like a family. My nails were done very fantastic!! It’s very worth it!!!

I love this salon ! I have been going here for over 5 years. My nails are always amazing and Ken and his staff are always accommodating for my schedule . I always get compliments. The salon is decorated nicely and is clean and welcoming . Best place in Welland by far ! Any nail requests they always get it perfect!

The pictures explain it all. but in a summary: they cut my hand open they didnt give us what we wanted they were extremely rude and rushed the nails. they did a bad job painting and the acrylic was very uneven. the whole experience was very painful. they used a used paper towel to soak up my blood where they cut me (they had used that paper towel for atleast one customer before me) they sprayed my hands with alcohol onto the cut and that was even more painful they dont accept debit. only cash. they dont take any sanitation measures for covid. nobody was wearing a mask except the techs and me and my friend. I dont know if it's all the employees there are the same but we had the owners doing our nails. charged me 50 (I had a gift certificate) and my friend 45.

I love coming here. I have been coming here for as long as I can remember. Maria and Ken and their staff are amazing and friendly and very efficient. Their designs are beautiful. Their pedicures are so relaxing. I recommend coming here for nails and pedicures. Also if you need waxing Maria is amazing at that too! Their prices are great!

The shellac didn't last more than 4 days and one nail chipped. The gentleman working at this location is extremely rude. After shaping my nails, I pointed out that one of my nail was thicker than the other; all he had to do was file it more. He huffed and decided to start from zero on both my fingers. This place and the rest of the staff seemed nice and welcoming but the guy working there is not somebody I would let close to my nails again. Also he charged me 45$ instead of 25$ because the "shape of my nails". (I went in for a refill not a new set.)

Very nice people! And they usually had time to fit me in if I needed in for a last minute appointment which was so handy. I didn't like the shape they created with my gel nails though. They were very thick and "fake nail" looking compared to the place I go now where they looked very natural. I also wish they has some nail designs to show off so I had ideas what to ask for but they can recreate almost anything you see online if you know to bring a pic. I went for the pedicure and my nails looked nice but I am used to having a leg massage or exfoliating but there was none of that. A quick soak, buff and polish and off you go. It gets the job done though! I think of it as an express pedi when I'm in a hurry :)

I have been going to Sunshine for almost 5 years now! And I wouldn't go anywhere else!! The staff is super friendly, very welcoming. They are always accommodating my schedules. The place is super clean, by far the best place I've been to!! There work is very well done, super detailed. Sunshine also has great prices, I can't complain about that. Sunshine also has so many colours to choose from. I am so happy with their services and will stay with them for a long time!!

Got a set of nails done from this salon. I didn't want anything fancy just a standard almond shape nail with a claw point. Well I got turkey talons instead. No joke I cried on my way home. When I went to run t the bank before she could paint them, because their at was broken and didn't accept debit, they gave my spot to another lady. My bank was across the street. After looking at my nails for 3 minutes in my car i went back into the store. I told the girl I was super unimpressed with them and even asked them to remove them. Their response was wait 2 weeks for them to grow you just out them on. When I went home to see my husband he looked at my hands and asked me if I was playing a joke on him with my nails. If my mechanic of a husband can tell my nails are terrible there is something wrong. Please dont waste your money here.

I had been going to another nail salon since I moved to Niagara Region. When I moved to Welland I thought I would try Sunshine Nails since it was much closer for me. I have nothing but GOOD things to say about this salon. They are quick, do a fantastic job and are more then reasonably priced. I have never had to go back for them to fix something they did. My daughter now goes to Sunshine as well as a few of my friends (who come from the Falls to go). We are all extremely happy with the service and work we receive. Great job Sunshine Nails you have a long term customer here

FANTASTIC. Lucy just gave me the best foot and leg massage that came with my pedicure. This is the only place that I found gives this extra attention. Also does an arm and hand massage with the nails. Very safe and clean. So totally pleased. Such value for the cost! What a treat.

Very unhappy . Came here about 6 months ago , 3 days later the nails were coming off my actual nail . I called and complained, and they basically gave me the impression as if I was lying . I think it's disgusting how they have clients in and they speak in there own language with each person working there . Soo disrespectful. Honestly save your money and go somewhere else .

After a winter without a pedicure, I went in hoping to get all the gross dead skin off my feet. I was so disappointed in this pedicure. My feet are just as bad as when I got there. What a waste of $25. No razor was used even though it was desperately needed.

I called for a last minute appointment after work and they said I could come Right away ! I brought my daughter here this evening and her and myself got our nails done . They were patient with her and helped her choose her colors. They didn’t have the color I wanted so they literally made it for me in front of me , and then the matte they did they added a special little design too and the nails look so elegant and beautiful . They are thin and not the super thick ones you get from some places . Nicely shaped and the price is amazing . Definitely will be returning . Thanks sunshine nails !

Amazing! Ken did my solar stiletto cat nails and they are literally perfect. His wife did my pedicure the following day and she did a great job as well! Very nice lady to conversate with too. They keep their place VERY clean . Literally not a single thing out of place. By far the best massage chairs I have sat in thus far. You can tell the owners take pride in their business. ???? Will come to this salon from here on forward. thank you!!!

I'm in love with my nails I got done yesterday for my wedding! I like that they are always on point with trends and if you bring them a picture, they're willing to give it a go. I only trust this place with my eyebrows so I highly recommend it! It's my fault for having very short toenails before I went in so my French pedicure isn't my favourite but she did a great job with the short nails that I have. Overall they are excellent. I usually call 15 minutes before I go and they are normally able to squeeze me in. I'm sure appointment is preferred though. I wish I knew how to put a picture on here because these fingernails are GORGEOUS!

Worst ever! Made us wait forever, rushed through the pedicure and then charged 10 more dollars then my previous pedicure by the same person a month prior. Do not recommend.

I am truly not a fan. I just recently went and had a pedicure there and left with my heels as rough as when I went in. And the gentlemen who did my pedicure didn't even speak to me, instead he talked on his phone! You may have clientele, and obviously you take the time on them and not others. Will never be back and neither will my friends and family now.

I’ve been going to this salon semi regularly (I should go more often for a pedicure because I work long hours on my feet) but I can say every time I go I’m glad I come here! They’re friendly and make an effort to remember regular customers. They do a great job and very friendly. Occasionally there is a bit of a wait so when you can I’d call a head. I don’t mind the wait cause to me that says so many people choose sunshine nails for a GOOD REASON. (Also Maria does an excellent job for any of my fellow ingrown nail sufferers)

The male that works there wasnt very friendly or welcoming at all. The younger lady that did my pedicure was more friendly and professional. She should be the one to greet people to set a better tone in this place. She did a 3/5 job on the pedi though. Next time I'll try another place in town for a better overall experience.

Had a mani and a pedi today. The young lady was very friendly and she did an excellent job on my feet and hands. I would recommend the establishment to anyone. Very relaxed atmosphere and staff were very nice.

They're cheating customers and workers. Don't show them the gift card if you have one until you pay otherwise they will finish your pedicure in 10 minutes and you will get infection as like many others. I have been working for this place before and they pay me cash for the first 2 weeks, I asked them to pay me cheque and gave them my Sin Card Number but they refused because most of the workers get pay by Cash and just two of them get pay by Cheque but they are full-time working and get part-time payment and the rest they get cash as well. I quit that place because they stolen my customers receive what I did in the day so they can cut off some money from my pay. They did that to my friends who working together with me in that time also. All of us just quit job and never want to see their face again I already sent the report to Tax Revenue Agency and they are under investigation now. So I like to tell everyone about my story at Sunshine Nails and your choice to come there or not but remember that they just wash the equipment with water and reuse for the next customers so 100% you will get infection if you got cut.
