I had my nails recently done by Anna. I cannot recommend enough. She was extremely professional, personable and thorough. She did my nails exactly how I wanted them without hesitation. The shape, the thickness of the nail and the polish were absolutely perfect. I will definitely go back.

(()))((()) The technician I had was super friendly, and did a GREAT job massaging and scrubbing my achy feet. She did a fantastic job with the polish. After we were done I told her that I had two little boys at home, and this was rare "me" time. Since I had surprisingly gotten really into the cheesy made-for-tv movie on the big screen television, she said as long as they didn't need the chair that I could stay as long as I want. I stayed and used the massage chair for another half hour and finished watching the movie. They have made a new client into a regular client! The salon was clean and bright, and for the pedicure was tops. I will definitely try to make this a more regular part of my self-care routine! *

Absolutely love this place! Throughout the years I have tried many nail salons and this one is by far my favourite and I will never go anywhere else ! It’s super clean, very modern looking and It’s never a long wait! Very punctual and friendly staff. I always see Ruby, she knows exactly how I like my nails, and informs me on what’s best for them. It doesn’t matter who you are, everyone does a great job!

The place is beautiful and very clean! I had the most amazing pedicure, she was so thorough and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I also got a shellac fill on my nails, and they did a wonderful free-hand marble design. There were so many colours and designs to choose from. I truly felt like I was being pampered. The staff is wonderful and the prices are affordable and reasonable. I can’t wait to go back... especially for another pedicure!

I have been coming here regularly since they opened. Recently, my experiences at the salon have been less than stellar. Fills that have taken over 2 hours, thickness, etc. Having decided to take a break from gel nails I went to another salon near my work to have them removed. When she took off my thumb nail, fungus had started in between the bio gel and my nail bed. She told me if I had waited a few more days my actual nail would have been infected. As someone who has had fake nails for YEARS I have never experienced this. It speaks to the lack of experience the nail techs have at nail lounge. Doing some further research they have quite a few infractions with public health. Needless to say I won’t be returning. My lacklustre experience with inexperienced nail techs coupled with the serious hygiene issues have definitely decided this. If you enjoy having nails I would not go here.

firstly, I made an appointment for 2:45 and I had to wait till about 3:15 to get them done. secondly, my nails were too thick and there was some acrylic on the underside of my nails. and thirdly, they practically damaged my nail. I got my nails removed at another place and I noticed a red mark on my nail on my left ring finger. the lady that was removing them said that whoever did my nails went too deep, and now I have this red mark on my nail and I don’t know if it’s going to go away or properly heal. they also went too deep on my right thumb and my right ring finger but thankfully there’s only a very slight red mark. don’t get me wrong, the place is really nice inside, but I would never go there again. would NOT recommend.

please don’t go here! this has been my most disappointing nail experience ever. i went in for a full acrylic set. i was told over the phone it would be $35. i assumed that was an acrylic set with a basic nail polish. my appointment was for 3:00, but i didn’t get greeted or acknowledged until around 3:30. i asked for a blend of pink/white ombré, and was told they could replicate the image and that it’d be $75, which was fine. the nails i got are bumpy, the complete wrong shape, wrong colour, don’t look anything like the reference image, and the acrylic is really thick. for such a high price tag and having spent 2 hours in the chair, i expected better results. in total, these nails cost me $81. i feel like i could’ve done them myself for $20. i took a pamphlet when i left and noticed how outrageous the prices here really are, they even charge extra for specific nail shapes. i included a photo of the pamphlet (5th photo) i really would not recommend nail lounge just because of the low quality results and the high prices they charge. the salon is clean and very nice inside, but the quality of the work isn’t there unfortunately **update: they asked me to come back today to fix the nails. when i got there, i explained everything and they said to redo them with dip powder would be an additional $20. i sat and waited for 45 minutes until i inquired what was up and said at this point i really just wanted a refund. they refused and said they’d fix them, but i said i really just want my $100 back. the owner got up and clipped all the nails off my hand without even saying a word to me and handed me the refund in cash. it was so embarrassing. they never apologized or even tried to make it right, it was so disappointing! please don’t go here!

The staff was very friendly and the place was very clean and organized. I got a full set acrylic. But, the fake nails were glued on crooked and the acrylic was put on WAY too thick. And, if I compare my nails on my right hand to my left, they’re all different lengths and sizes... Also, I asked for them to be shaped coffin but they were left square..

Used to absolutely love this place. My favourite nail tech has left and I will not be trying anyone else seeing as my pedicure done by someone else came off 2 days into my vacation and besides the nail tech I liked everyone else seemed to have no idea how to run the place or what was going on, from being asked at least 5 times a visit who I was here to see, having my appointments confirmed via telephone but never being written down unless booked by the nail tech I let’s saw to just feeling uncomfortable in the environment as the male techs have bad attitudes and just come across as condescending and rude. If you’re working with the public you should at least try to make it look like they’re inconveniencing you. Was my go to for almost a year but I will not return

So I went here with my girls friends made an appointment to make sure we could all have pedicures at the same time and ashellac rwmoval for myself. I seen that it come with a hot stone massage but I didn't know it was going to be 2 seconds long. Was asked maybe 8 times what everyone was having done. I had my shellac removed that that was it no buffing to make my nails look presentable no cuticle oil nothing. The ma that did my nails seems annoyed with us, I was planning on having my nails redone again but after the 3rd deep sigh I figured he was not in the mood to do my nails so I opted out of it. Then I went to pay an they charge 30 for a pedicure that took all of 10 mins. When my friends look as long as removing my shellac an my pedicure with a hot stone massage that looked amazing. If I could give this place no stars I would... Not worth the drive or my money.

I walked in and asked if they had time for a full. I was told yes, just a few minutes. I sat for 30 minutes and no one even looked at me again until I started to walk out and then one of the girls told me she was almost done. I don't mind waiting a bit if you tell me it will be a half hour or so but after 30 minutes without another word to me, I went somewhere else.

I am new to Welland so I wanted to compare this to another salon nearby. I booked a spa pedicure, the massage & exfoliation was nice. I had shellac polish applied but he missed so much of the edges, and the polish is very spotty with areas of almost no colour at all. The massage chair was hardly a massage chair, it didn't have much power and just had vibrations.

This is the worst place i’ve ever been to get my nails done and yet it’s one of the most expensive. i got an acrylic set that wasnt even glued onto my whole nail and it was double the thickness of any set ive ever had done. ive already had 4 nails fall off and i got them done yesterday. the company refuses a refund and insists that i let them fix it. they did such an awful job that i don’t want them to even touch my nails again. with an outstanding nail salon like LB Nails RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET, i will never be returning to this awful business. oh ya and they charge extra if you want them to shape your nails a certain way which baffles my mind (5$ for coffin shape). please don’t waste your time and money here the way i have !!

Moving here from the GTA, it has been very difficult finding a nail salon in the Niagara region meeting expectations. I was referred to this place and decided to check it out today. My boyfriend had a pedicure and I did a full set of dip. Binh was my nail technician... it was easy to tell he was new and still learning which is fine, I think he was very focused however, the whole process took much longer than expected. I don't think I've ever experienced 3 hours to get my nails done, especially for just a full set of dip. Thankfully, another more experienced nail technician Anna/Anne took over and fastened up the process. For that, I am grateful. However, my results were not what I expected from the get go - the shaping wasn't what I asked for to which I let the nail technicians know but because of the extended time I spent there already, I couldn't stay any longer to have them fixed according to my initial request calling/walking in to the salon. I appreciate the empathy and kind gesture for the time it took to get my nails done - thank you for that! You guys did a great job. We will be back again and are positive it will be a better experience.

I usually have an amazing time here with my usual nail tech, Fiona, but recently I got a nail fix and refill from Anna and it was less than enjoyable. Unfortunately, it took 2 whole hours and the nails were incredibly thick. I'm hoping this issue can be avoided in the future as I usually only have good experiences here!

My daughter and I went to have manicures (dip) and I did a pedicure in February. The experiences were less than stellar. A few days later my daughter wrote an email to the owner. She offered us a discount on our next visit. We went back today. I was taken back by the forwardness of the technicians asking me about my last visit, however, in discussion it was said not one of them, that they cannot get better if they do not know. I appreciate this honesty and straight forward approach. Both my daughter and I are very happy with our visit today. I would recommend this salon.

By far the BEST pedi experience...they went above and beyond! Within 2 minutes of walking in, my mom and I were greeted and directed to pick our color...once selected...sat in our chairs and brought a glass of water. They didn't ask...they just brought it over:) And the pedi itself consistent of a hot rock massage. I will definitely go back again but I would allow for about 1.5-2 hours...which is fine because they do a fantastic job... Thanks to you Nail Lounge!! Maybe get licensed and offer champs????????

Came for acrylic fill and have never been so disappointed. Nails are SO THICK, after I asked him 3 different times to please thin them. They are bubbled and chunky. I asked for, and confirmed with him, that I was getting an acrylic fill - they then proceeded to put a UV gel top coat on and charged me for gel nails. I will not be back.

The service I received here was so bad, I never received service! I made an appointment for 5 pm, and on the phone they kept insisting my technician would be ruby. I said I didn’t care who it was I just wanted gel nails, they barely took my name let alone my phone number. When 5 pm rolled around, apparently ruby had double booked me, and I was asked to return at 6, because no one else was available sooner. I returned at 6 and watched 3 people head in for nails (walk-ins) before me. At 6:15 they said another 10 mins because the other appointment ran over.... I had already pushed my appointment an hour..... she still had at least anther 20–30 to go... absolutely unacceptable. I stated multiple times I don’t care who it’s with as I assume the quality is consistent. Horrible horrible customer service!!

Highly recommend this place! They were the only salon open on Sunday, and I'm incredibly thankful they were! Very clean and professional atmosphere. You walk in and don't smell the usual polish/acrilic smell you usually do in a nail salon. Very clean and excellent service! Got a mani pedi don't and they really went the extra mile! From an actual leg massage to a nice hot stone at the end. The prices are great as well! I've found my new salon! Won't be going anywhere else .

Place seems clean and staff were very friendly... however I asked for (and was told I was getting) a bio gel set and they definitely used UV gel. My nails look great... I just wish they would have said they couldn’t do bio and offered UV instead of the dishonesty.

First time here, the staff were friendly and it was clean. But, I got a full set done and within 7-10 days 4 nails fully broke off when doing barely anything. The rest were about to fall off. Not impressed with the quality and how they broke/lifted so fast.

My 5-year-old granddaughter was excited to get her nails and toenails painted. She chose a different color for every nail as she wanted rainbow. It looked nice once we left the salon, however, as soon as she had her night bath before she went to bed. Six of the nails chipped. 4 on her hands 2 on her toes. Very disappointing. I can't even take her back to have them refreshed as she was just visiting for the weekend and does not live in town. It cost me $30. I gave a $10 tip. So $40 for 10 fingers and toes. With a total of 6 chips.

Went for the first time with my mom for her birthday, was a great experience. I get my nails done all the time and this is the best set I've ever had! Beautifully done and Fiona was so precise. Tina who did my mom's pedi did an amazing job and definitely was a great experience. They truly paper you. Definitely will be coming back!

This was my 3rd pedicure in a year...my lst two were wonderful...today however was a terrible experience. For 50 dollars, I was not given the same massage the two people I came with received, the gentleman doing it was rough, in a hurry, he broke the skin on the back of my feet, went out for a smoke and was texting at least 3 times, I felt hurried and unappreciated as a customer..I did not leave a tip. Only consolation was that my mother and aunt received beautiful pedicures and service. I however was very disappointed. As a followup the salon has asked me to contact them for a resolution, which is much appreciated.

I found this to be one of the worst places I've gone. Mind you was great they got me in without apt for pedicure first thing in the morning (no one in there) the service wasn't good. She barely filled my feet, I have polish stuck to the sides of my toe, and she filed my nails rough. For 28.00 bucks (3 bucks more than most places I go) I figured it would be good. Will not go back at all

This is by far the best nail salon I have been to in Welland compared to any! One week prior to my experience I went to a less popular nail salon in welland that I have never been to. My set was absolutely terrible, I was charged 60$ (Before tax) for a full set plus I tipped 5$.. One week after my traumatizing experience (today) I walked into Nail Lounge feeling anxious and walked out feeling so pampered! My assigned nail tech removed my set and gave me a whole new amazing set for 65$ (Before tax)! This set is 110% worth my money. When I was picking out my colour my nail tech wasn’t sure if they had the colour still since they have been busy. They did not have it, but that is no issue ladies! It seems like Nail Lounge has a thousand different colours and shades to choose from so I was not unsatisfied at any second during the process! Thank you so much Anna for treating me so well !????

I've been going to this salon for months. Ended up with nail fungus sadly. My nails always look great. I've never had nail fungus, my thumb nail was starting to irritate me so I took off my acrylic nail and my nail is so gross. All others are fine but the one. So very disappointing. Will never reture.

My first experience was less then impressive. Though my appointment was on New Year eve day ..one other lady was waiting ahead of me and two other come in after me and were taken ahead of me. Was the kind of corrected but a 45 min nail appointment turned into over two hours for a nail fix and a fill. My colours look great and the design but the shape of nails over all or less then flattering. Very little gel used for over all nail bed that I have a crack in one nail already. To have to pay full price seems less the fair but they did offer a apology for the long wait and treatment. Beautiful location but I don't feel the price charged for what I received was fair. Not a place I will return to especially now that I need to pay to have them fixed.

Newest gem in welland! This place is equivalent to a five star spa in a boutique hotel! The decor is very upscale and everything they use is disposable and hygienic. The pedicure involved a scrub and relaxing hot stone massage, I was in heaven! Can’t wait to go back even if I have to drive for an hour from the GTA!

They used to be amazing here. But recently they’ve been hiring people who don’t really know what they’re doing. It took them 3 hours to do a full set of nails, then I had to go back because they were ALL different lengths and shapes. I’m still not satisfied with the results. Another time I went to get a fill, and had to go back because they were all lifting and needed to be redone. Would not recommend
