Very nice people there the only thing is....I get my nails dipped and one time it’s 45$ next time I went and it was $50 ... I just paid, also leaving a tip and left... I’m going to try another place I hear is cheaper n great work... too bad because I’ve been there for 4 yrs now

This is the only place I go for my mani-pedis. They have disposable liners in their foot basins to prevent the transmission of plantar warts and other gross thing, their nail polish selection and services are always on point, and their super friendly, nice people. I drive for 30 minutes just to go here, they're that good.

Long story short... They were cutting skin around my toes, I asked them to stop. They didn't and went in and cut again. I began to bleed and she tried to hide it from me. Now over 48 hours later my toe is sore and swollen. Manicure looks good at least. I will not be going back. I'm very disappointed.

Sorry, I have to address a strange review below from a woman claiming to be a 3 year regular and yet they haven't realized that the name of the owner isn't even actually Lyly... It's a small family mom and pop shop named after their daughter, Lyly. They're nice people and they do cheap manicures. Haven't actually gotten a manicure myself, but my partner can testify they do a fine job. The owners, Mau and Thuan are lovely as well as the rest of the staff whenever I stop by and might I add that 8 year old Lyly is growing up so fast!

We have been customers for over 3 years of Lyly nails. The owner Lyly booked our appt for 1230 on her request. She wrapped my nails and only wrapped one hand of my daughters. After waiting 40 min she finally came over and we said you only wrapped one she said why didn't you tell me. She was one the phone and doing someone else's nails. We thought she knew what she was doing. She chastised is saying we should have told her!!!! Really we thought she knew what she was doing as she was juggling 3 customers. My daughter went with her and I had another lady Julie( whom I have had many times with I issue ). She told her the colour and how the other girl did it. My daughters nails came out nothing like the colour she chose. Her nails are bright pink. She chose a light silver with a very light pink. Almost a blush. My daughter told her. She said that's what you picked we spent almost 2 hours at the salon got a colour that she can't stand and never chose!!! Lyly argued with me and didn't fix the issue. As a loyal 4 year customer I'm appalled by how we have been treated. This was supposed to be a nice mother daughter event which has turned into a nightmare. My daughter is going out and was in years with how bad it looked!!! We went to another salon who is fixing the problem Lyly created.. trust me when I say if she doesn't care about our business which amounts to about 2200 / year plus the countless I've recommended she won't care about you. Avoid at any cost , customers don't matter there

Went in for a shellac manicure about 3 weeks ago. The overall quality of the manicure wasn’t as good as I had hoped. The shellac had a few brush strokes which I’ve never experienced before and they cut my cuticles down way too far which resulted in painful hangnails a few days later. The part that upset me the most was at the very end while I was getting out my wallet she told me that their debit machine had been broken for a few days and that they are only accepting cash which resulted in an unexpected trip to the bank!

I never go anywhere else for my nails and pedicures! Clean, and very friendly staff. I always get dip powder, and this is the only place I have ever been where my nails last weeks with no chipping/breaking.

Extremely dissatisfied. Was cut on my finger during a manicure. Fairly large cut continued to bleed throughout the rest of the manicure. Offered no apology. Had to argue for a discount and then was only given $5 off. Will never go back.
