Never have I ever had a bad experience here. I've been getting my hair cut at this location for the past 8 years. Any stylist I have gotten my hair done by has done an amazing job. I have never left unhappy with the job that was done. Clean and professional environment with friendly staff. I highly recommend giving them a try.

Natalie did a great job with my hair. I went in wanting the purple box dye out of my hair from over a year ago and to add highlights. She did a strand test and found that lightning my hair would only highlight the purple that was underneath. We agreed to match my natural colour (dark brown) to take away the purple and I’m so happy she used her knowledge to direct me in the right way. I also wanted a choppy hair style and she recommended with my thin hair it wouldn’t look good. Overall I went in with an idea of what I wanted, and she used her expertise and knowledge to guide me/ agree in a direction that I am overall really happy about. Thanks Natalie!

I came in and instantly the lack of care, I showed the lady a photo which was clearly visibly how I wanted (last cut picture) she finished in like less than 5 minutes, she obviously didn’t care and ruined what I wanted. I don’t recommend these places where they don’t care about the customer and $20 for that was like giving away your money. I save you a bad experience and a ruin of your hair, stay away from this place.

Called in advance and booked an appointment for a simple men's hair cut. Asked for a clean and professional men's hair cut just a fade on the sides and a shorter top. Didn't get a clean nor a professional haircut it was very uneven on the top and hastily done job.

I had to change my review . At first I thought I was happy I asked for a dark blue hair colour .. my hair is currently blonde with pinkish tips random brown splotches and a purpleish bang ... Idk if it is the hair dressers fault or just my own . My experience it's self with my hair dresser was over all good she was more then awesome . Just the over all end of what I wanted to what I have is black and white .

my husband and I went to the salon, because i don't speak english and it was already 1 year since i did not shine my hair, i was afraid because i had no recommendation, but even so i thought it was time to find some place to do we speak with the hairdresser who, I would like to highlight the hair and asked how much it would look, she looked at my hair and said 140 dollars and the cut would already be included, yesterday I went to the salon and did the lights, first it was not blonde as I asked you having an idea I got home and had to pull white hair from the front that was visible, according to the hairdresser does not know how to cut the cut it was horrible, third the hairdresser does not know how to make a brush I had to apply a flat iron to straighten it and even then it was not good I went to my dinner with hair stuck because I didn't like it, and when I went to pay she charged more, I asked why and she replied that I have a lot of hair, but she should have told me before she will my hair when I went to schedule, good I just don't recommend this room to anyone!

Amazing. Services offered here! The staff was polite and easy to approach staff! They have lots of amazing products at reasonable prices as well. I got a great blue hair color and there are so many different options to choose from. My son also got a great fade and line up! His hair is curly and unruly!! Katya also took my opinion in to consideration when cutting and styling my hair and also spent the time my hair required without making me feel rushed in any way! All with a smile on her face and very easy to chat with! I will recommend to anyone! Give her a try! They also have a barber that does beards and mens hair specifically.

One of the most professional Hair Dressers in Welland. Very polite staff and Extra Decent service. Men’s hair cut is around 20+Tax. Which is reasonable compare to other saloons. Very friendly staff. Please do book appointment prior to visit so that they will accommodate you right on time without spending time for waiting. Inside seaway mall entrance 4 from the back.

The staff is nice in person, but on the phone the customer service is horrendous. It's like you just slapped their mother whenever you ask about a certain person's availability and times when booking an appointment. God forbid you need to cancel said appointment and reschedule. It's just SO much work.

My son, is usually afraid of everything. Except for, when I go to Hair Hunters for him to have a cut. They always work with him to give him the best experience he can have. I don't recall the names of the individuals he has seen, but they're all friendly and know how to cut hair very well. I definitely recommend going here for any potential haircuts. I've had my eyebrows waxed here also. They shaped them very well!

My wife went to get her hair cut here. It was a.simple trim, nothing more. They butchered her hair, completely cutting it in every direction. When my wife called to get the issue resolved the old white hair owner accused my wife of wanting a free haircut and told her that he knows that she is just trying to scam her. My wife wanted her money back so she could visit STORM hair salon where they know how to treat customers. He also said " i dont have time to be spoken to like that by no women" Just to recap: - down $32 dollars - terrible customer service - accused of scamming - sexist I hope the world reads this and people take their hard earned money somewhere else.

Always great service from a wide variety of talented staff. My preference is Cosmo, who always takes his time with you and gives you the best haircut possible. Never rushed, never feel like a number. Sometimes I need to book well in advance to get my preferred guy, but always leave looking your best.

i see lindsey B and i absolutly LOVE the work she does with my hair. No matter what i throw at her, how drastic , she pulls it off no problem!! shes very educated and up to date ! Their prices are super reasonable! The only reason why i gave it a 4 star is because they do not offer water/tea/coffee, like most other salons do, i think when salons have that it gives in that extra touch!, also again, like what some other salons offer, you dont get that nice relaxing head massage while ur hairs being washed, but again thats also an added bonus! I think as long as you have a good hairdresser at this particular salon its worth it!

Last week was my first time getting highlights here. I showed the lady a picture of what i wanted, cut and colour. I feel like she was impatient with how long it was taking to get to the shade i wanted. So when i left the colour wasn't as light as i wanted. I hardly see a difference. The cut i love but overall wasn't my vision.

Booked an appointment for my sister to get her hair dyed. Wasn’t asked what i wanted done specifically on the phone when I was booking the appointment, but I did say she wanted her hair lightened. When we got there the lady who was really rude said she couldn’t lighten my sisters hair because it’d take 3+ hours and she had other appointments. My sister has virgin already very blonde hair, she wanted it to be kinda silvery, I know that it wouldn't have taken that long to dye her hair. The lady refused to do anything. Super unprofessional.

I have went here for years. I recently changed hairdressers because mine went on mat leave. I see Maria now and she is quick friendly and does an amazing job! She is honest If I ask her to do a cut. She will tell me if it is right for my hair type or not. She does a full head of highlights and I never leave with damage. I highly recommend her! Great work Maria!

Over all, my hair turned out ok, but it took over 4 hours for a cut and highlights. I was supposed to have my eye brows done, but my hair took so long, I had to leave. My mom had a very poor experience. Her stylist didn't listen to what she wanted done, and cut her bangs much too short. She was unprofessional, cursing and swearing almost constantly while doing my moms hair. She also BUTCHERD her eye brows. She burned her with the wax and ripped off the entire side of her brow. Her eye brows are about an inch long. The stylist then tried to tint her brows to "make them look darker" but she tinted them a red colour, while my mother is blonde. They look awful. That being said - Lisa does AMAZING eye brows. If you want brows done here, ask for Lisa. Don't make the mistake of trusting a hair stylist to wax your brows.

I have a very legit medical exemption for mask wearing and the owners were rude to me, did not let me speak, centered me out at one point I was told you can breath in a mask as he point to his surgical mask, I went to state that is not the issue when the other man talked over me so I could not explain I Have PTSD due to trauma , I ended up having a full blown panic attack, THIS PLACE OUT RIGHT VIOLATED MY HUMAN RIGHTS AND WILL BE REPORTED ACCORDINGLY

Avoid this place at all costs. There is a Jamaican lady there who has no idea what she is doing. I asked for a simple Faux Hawk and she absolutely butchered it. Half of it is uncut and the other half is near shaved off.
