The lovely ladies at Pure + Simple Waterloo make shopping for skin care a breeze. They are so knowledgeable on their products. I've been using the holistic vanity acne care products for over a year now, and my skin has improved so much! I barely break out anymore. I love referring clients for my personal styling business, Wear Out There, here as well because the service is impeccable. I love their rewards program, and their commitment to the community. Definitely check this place out.

I highly recommend Pure + Simple Waterloo, now my favourite spa in the city for facial treatments. The staff are very helpful in recommending the best facial for your skin type or problem you may be having. The service is excellent and they are very friendly. The products used are effective yet gentle on my skin which can be sensitive. My skin this morning is noticeably hydrated and refreshed. I have always had a good experience here and leave feeling like a million bucks. Keep up the great service!

Awesome. I have been to Laura twice and was very impressed both times. Thorough, caring, blissful. I cannot think of anything they can do to improve. Clean place, great staff, skin felt wonderful after the facial treatment. I will return (again and again!)

This place is very clean and organised. The staff are also friendly. Laura did my facial and she was very gentle that my skin was not red after but it is not an extensive extraction. So, if you want your pores to be cleared, I would recommend going somewhere else. On the bright side, I was not pressured into buying products, instead they gave me a sample.

I found out about Pure + Simple in early 2019 when I was planning my wedding. I was looking for a spot to get a facial that was also good for sensitive skin and Pure + Simple came highly recommended. I'd had facials before but this a completely different experience - I felt like my specific skin needs were being addressed and I came out not just feeling incredibly relaxed, but also like I'd learned something! My facialist helped me build a skincare routine that incorporated the products I was using and liked at the time, and I was given the option to take home free samples or buy smaller sizes of the products. I never felt pressured to spend a fortune. After two or three nights of my new routine, my husband looked at me and said "your skin looks GREAT!" I knew I was hooked. It's been more than two years now and my love of these products has never wavered. I still get compliments on it (or at least I do when I'm not locked inside - thanks, Covid!) The staff there are not only incredibly friendly and kind, but knowledgable. I've called to ask for recommendations and they're always happy to talk with me and provide samples. I've recommended them to all my friends and even convinced my husband to come in for a facial before we got married. Your skin is your biggest organ - take care of it and invest in it!

I never write public reviews but have been so blown away by the team at Pure & Simple I had to share my experience. I used to go in occasionally for a treat-yo-self facial, and have gradually been incorporating products they carry into my lineup. They have never been pushy about selling me, and even when they do make recommendations, it's never been their most expensive option. Anyway, I messaged them on social media a couple weeks ago because my winter skin has been unhappy, and I finally got around to stopping by today. The person at the counter *wasn't even who I had been talking to* but knew who I was, why I was there, and sent me home with three samples to try. Truly blown away by the customer service. Thank you!

Love this place!!!! I have been battling with adults acne for over 10 years. My friend from college recommended Pureandsimple facials to treat my acne few years ago but i have been lazy to visit their spa in Toronto. Then I saw this store opened on Bridgeport when I drove by. I finally gave them a try and fell in love!! I am going back for sure to get a few more treatments and their products.I had clear complexion with Marci(?? cannot remember the exact name but she was super sweet ) at this place and I could see the differences on my skin right after. Highly recommended for those who have sensitive + acne skin.

My friend and I both got the urban renewal facial in July. This was my first time visiting this location as I usually go to the Yorkville spa. I would definitely recommend both the facial and the Waterloo location. Amazing!!

5 star experience. I was greeted warmly, my jacket taken, and tea offered while I filled out the form. Paola greeted me without me waiting at all and ushered me into the clean and cozy facial room. Paola asked me some questions about my skin and invited me to get situated in the heated bed before she returned. Paola looked at my skin and suggested a clear complexion facial. I have not been so relaxed, rejuvenated, and confident in some months. Paola really took care of me and made me feel extremely comfortable and pampered. Truly, the experience was pure bliss. At the end, I was given samples and shown where the products were should I like them but never felt pressured to buy (this is a huge plus for me). I will certainly be back. Thank you Paola and the team at pure+simple!

Absolutely amazing! As soon as you walk in, everything is nothing but zen. I love the team there- they're helpful and knowledgable. It's not about just selling products and services, instead it's all about caring for their customers needs and wants. I drive two hours each way just to get a facial at this spa. It's incredibly relaxing and the results leave me feeling confident about my skin. Love this place and cant recommend it enough!

I was so impressed with Pure + Simple's focus on natural beauty that I had to book an appointment! It was such a relaxing experience and I can't wait to come back :)

Came to Pure + Simple for a facial. Laura was fantastic and knowledgeable when assessing my skin, and recommending face care routines. The space was relaxing and the facial did wonders for my skin. At the end of the service, I didn't feel like there was any added pressure to purchase their products, though I do love the vast selection they offer! Will definitely recommend, and will be returning here.

I started visiting for facial appointments. My main goal was to improve skin quality. After trying many places I was happy overall with the service I received both times here. The estheticians are very well educated, I was very impressed. They do have an incredible selection of products for sale at the front. Most of their prices seem in line with moderate lines at Shoppers. Their sales tactics were not high pressure and you can pick and choose what you think is the biggest issue. They also have a small selection of travel size testers which is a great way to introduce yourself to the pure+simple line. I recommend the services, and I suggest an open mind about the products. What I've tried thus far has been wonderful!

The entire staff at Pure+Simple Waterloo are very knowledgeable and friendly. Their facials are truly blissful and a wonderful way to treat yourself. I started using their products a few years ago after my first facial there, and it has truly made a difference to my aging skin and have had more than one comment on how young my skin looks. During this pandemic, the team is very responsive to social media inquiries and terrific at making recommendations and answering questions. They don't push products and don't recommend the most expensive options. Pure+Simple Waterloo is open to providing samples so you can try before you buy. I highly recommend them for your skin care needs.

The staff here have been very nice so far. Danielle has always given me great recommendations and advice for my skin needs. I've had a couple facials here they felt great and the place was cozy. I've purchased online asweel and just finding out now that theres a loyalty program. Prices and certainly high but I guess you get what you pay for. Cheers! Pure & Simple Waterloo.
