The staff at Luminous pay attention to every detail in their customer service. We use their spa, hair and Barber Shop. Jess is a very talented hairstylist and takes the time to understand your wants and needs and provides best results. Becky who works in the spa is amazing at her craft! Her waxing is spot on, manicures are superb and pedi - devine!!

Jess did such an amazing job on my hair! I'm not the most specific person when it comes to my hair but I had a vision for it... and she did a great job capturing it. So many compliments for my balayage and cut! Hard to find someone who can do dark hair right without being too dramatic with the colours. I often struggle to find a stylist I can go back to more than once. Cannot recommend enough, I'll certainly be back here!

Wow! This is a very unique one stop salon and spa for anyone. Prices are great and service is amazing. Decor and design is elegantly done for both the men's barber shop and women's salon. Mani and pedi, nail extensions, eye lash extensions, spray tan, waxing, I mean you don't need to travel to many other salons when everything is done here. I won't go anywhere else. The kindness and phenomenal service, you won't go anywhere else either! Welcome to the pampered life.

This place is wonderful. I went in and didnt have to wait at all. Sat down showed a few pics of want I was looking for and they went above and beyond my expectations. Definitely coming back for a cut and any of there other services. 10/10 will go again.

Alysha is outstanding. I work in senior care with constant masking and uniforms sometimes it is difficult to think about how I look. The first time I got my haircut by Alysha she took the time to talk about different styles and what style would suit me. After the haircut I was in tears I was transformed. I have been to Luminous for pedicures and spray tans and have been nothing but impressed. The staff are incredibly accommodating and friendly, and it was so nice to go in last week to finally be pampered after quarantine! Even before it was necessary they had all of the safety measures in place and it was a very relaxing experience. Can't wait to go back!

I walked in about 15 minutes after opening on Friday, July 10/20...and was told by the girl (not wearing Any protective gear) that I would have to come back later in the day! I wore a face cover and gloves, really needed a cut...no service!!! Come back later in the day??? Against posted policy on the site for a Friday! I would have waited for the one gentleman that was already there (no protective anything either!), not good enough it appears! I have no idea how they make a go of a business with such disregard for new and potentially loyal customers! Lost my business today and in the future...if no follow up can address my concerns on treatment!!! I am even considering going further out to the previous owner of the shop, now in Petersburg...or find another...Very disappointed!!! I was prepared to wait, I was Covid prepared...but I got a no go today!!!

My husband went in for a haircut on the weekend, and I got a pedicure. The services were amazing and the staff are even better. They served us tea and cappuccinos and spent the time to chat with us and make us feel at home. I will definitely recommend this place to all of my friends and family. I will be returning in a week to get my hair done, as well as my four year old son. Did I mention that there is also a separate room for the barber shop??? Do yourself a favour and visit this place!
