Very happy with my first visit. Staff was helpful, courteous and very knowledgeable about the product and procedures. I am not naive to Botox, and I could already tell this place was a lot better than another office I visited a while back. I did end up spending a few extra bucks on additional units, but I can already tell I will be very happy with the results. Ladies, cheap Botox is not good Botox, it is okay to pay a bit more knowing that these ladies will take care of you without jeopardizing your health. Overall a very pleasant experience, highly recommend and will be back in the future. Thank you.

I have never been one to put any effort into skin care. I was starting to notice that my skin was looking very dull and had signs of aging already at only 24 years old. I heard of this place through a friend who recommended I try microdermabrasion. I had no idea what to expect but I trusted when they said it would help. I had a beautiful young lady named Jaqueline. She did a very good job explaining exactly what everything was and how it worked. I am very pleased with my results and impressed with how clean the place was. I would definitely recommend Derma Secret in Waterloo.

I had the worst experience with Nancy. I was told one price during my consultation and was charged another price after the procedure. When i showed the facebook conversation, it was disregarded and only $25 was taken off the total bill. Also, the product she claims to be 'restalyn kysse' is not. Restalyn kysse comes in a pre-made full syringe, which was not used on me. Nancy used a vile and removed the liquid with a needle and injected me with that. I don't recommend this company whatsoever. Nancy takes advantage of people and isnt truthful. PLEASE PLEASE, dont waste your money at Derma Secret

I recently moved from Mississauga to Kitchener to find out Nancy opened a clinic in Waterloo. Was it ever a relief that I could still see her closer to home. With my past experience, Nancy doesn’t compare to anyone out there! I’ve been to multiple clinics in the gta they tried to push lots of services on me. They made me feel uncomfortable & not personable. Just a revolving door business. Nancy and Jacquline are a breath of fresh air. They make you feel at ease. If anyone leaves her establishment unhappy I question you bcuz they are so accommodating with all your needs. There are times they run behind on apts but with that being said I rather a person who gives quality over rushing patients in and out the door. Every customer is important at DERMA secret.

I was given way too much Botox in my forehead. I paid a lot $$ to end up with really droopy eyelids. I was no longer able to wear mascara. Only told this happens but it usually goes away . Still droopy after a month. Will never go back there.

I recently went in for IPL treatment as I have Melasma. I have never done any kind of treatment on my face so I obviously had a lot of questions and Nicole was extremely helpful in helping me understand the entire process. She took her time explaining things and reassured me that this treatment should help my concerns. She was extremely friendly and knowledgeable which brought a lot of ease to me especially it being my first. I have only done one treatment so far and Nicole believes maybe 2-3 will be needed but I can already see a slight improvement from my one treatment. I would 100% recommend Nicole to anybody I know!

Spent Triple $$$ & would not return my questions afterwards! Bought a Groupon for $100 and walked out paying $1000 with no clear total before any procedures were done. I contacted the clinic after my procedures as I was told if I wasn't happy with the outcome to come back and it would be resolved to my satisfaction! I contacted the clinic, even asked if I paid if I would get a discounted rate and my call was never returned. I had to go to another clinic and get what I originally paid for, for half the price.

I went in anxious and nervous about the procedure, but Nicole was so welcoming and knowledgeable that those feelings quickly disappeared. Had the pleasure of meeting Nurse Anne the other day. She was very friendly and very easy going. She listened to what I wanted done on my face and provided excellent service to achieve it! Today I had my 1st Morpheus 8 treatment to address my textured acne scarring and I am so happy I did! Nicole was so friendly, comforting and SUPER knowledgeable. I am grateful she was the one to complete my 1st treatment as this is something I have wanted to do since I heard about it.
