If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible experience, I called a head of time to get my mom a haircut. The lady on the phone said yes they would have time for a cut/dye and to come in. My mother and I went which I called in the mall so it was maybe 5 minutes to get to them. We walked in the lady ignored at first. I said my mom would like to get her haircut/dyed and that I just called. The lady looked at us and said"you know that'll be 200 right?" Then just said actually we took someone else you wont get in for 2 hours. I told her I just called and you said yes, she was very rude to us and definitely didnt think we would be good enough to be there. We left very upset and I told my sister who was waiting outside and she said shell go in and see what they say. We waited 10 minutes and my sister went in and came out and said they would take her no problem. Absolutely horrible service and I definitely will be recommending against this place to anyone that I know. Will be contacting management also.

Got a great shellac manicure from a skilled young lady and it turned out exactly how I had hoped! Any personal waxing you need done should be done here as their prices are great and the woman that does it is so knowledgeable and makes you feel comfortable. Love this place and highly recommend!

I was introduced to this place by a friend and it is a great. Lan does great work on curly or wavy hair for men what is a godsend when it can be found. Great attention given to getting the right hair cut by a stylist who is enthaustic! I would highly recommend and the prices are fantastic for the qaulity of the haircuts.

Mum and I went in for pedicures, and the woman who did them was really nice and so funny, but for the service we received it was a ripoff. Firstly, there was VERY few options for colours for both shellac and regular pedicures. Secondly, pedicures are supposed to be in hot water with stuff in it, there is usually a leg or foot rub involved (sometimes both depending on where you go) and long soaks in the water. My own "soak" was probably about five minutes in the water before she started going at my feet. Only thing I didn't like about this woman was how much she complained that it would be impossible to seal my nails because of how short they are and how I gave her nothing to work with. Even though it was a shellac pedicure for me, it was 100% not worth the 60+ dollars I paid for it - if there had been more to it than sitting there for almost two hours and having very little done other than my nails being painted then I would be more than happy to pay what I did, but there was almost nothing to it. My mums regular pedicure was over 50 dollars and she barely did anything with her other than let her soak for a few minutes and then tell her to leave her feet out of the water while she did my feet. Also she put this weird oil stuff on my feet multiple times that's now left my feet feeling dry and the skin peeling off between my toes. I really liked the woman who did it, but I won't be going back.

Ruined my hair and both my daughters. Paid a lot of money, and they recieved a tip. Still trying to grow out to fix it. She was a wonderful stylist, went for afew years. Last summer we went in with new ideas she discouraged, but qe really knew what qe wanted. The job we got was sad, it was like they didn't even try. Uneven lines, bad perm, wrong rods, a buzz cut not a pixi, and a shaved head instead of a trendy undercut. It was as if since she didn't want to do the cut, she didn't try. Oh did she take the 40$+tip with a smile. Will never return to thos salon. I would give it a -2⭐ after my girls and my experience. I want my money back if there was a way I'd be asking for it. Had a very sweet experience here the other day. I had my nails done by a very friendly woman, and was greeted and fitted in despite not having an appointment. My nails look great and the hand massage I received was also great. It's a little pricey- I've had similar manicures for cheaper and there isn't a HUGE selection of colours, but there is a good variety. Would recommend!

Francesco gave me the worst haircut last year, that it's taken me 8 months to grow out, and it's February 2017. I went in with good length hair and asked for a trim, blunt hair cut. I came out with my hair totally scallped at the neck/back of my had. It was so short, that my skin below the hair cut, had a red patch. This was on a Monday morning, after Francesco had a week-end off. His breath smelled really bad. He probably came to work with a hang-over. Never again !!

This place ruined my hair ... I went in to get it lighten to try something different. He didn’t listen to any of my ideas. I ended up walking out with hair that was 4 difference colour ( pink , blue , black and blonde). He didn’t even bother to touch my roots. It was very expensive and a waste of time. I was very disappointed because usually this place is amazing specially with eyebrows.

Went to this salon for help after another salon completely ruined my hair, and left me with orange hair. I entered the salon, and asked to speak with a colour specialist....an elderly man who stood at the front desk pointed at himself, and said "I am" when I asked for help he refused my business... Refused it!! So to whoever this man is.....thank you! I went to another salon who DID fix my hair, and I actually love it. Thank you for refusing my business.... I won't forget it.

I was not impressed with this salon, i can not believe the prices, the prices are like a salon in hollywood or something, i wanted my hair root touch up, so i went to the salon i told the stylist i wanted not too dark roots because i have blonde lites and he did like red my hair parts have red in them looks horrible, besides that i came out paying $180.00 just for root touch up and blow dry can you believe they charge $50.00 for blow dry, than i the spa girl put like 5 hairs from my brows and she charges me $20.00, total rip off, i had a knot in my stomach when i saw the bill but i was in a rush so i left, i did call the next day that my hair roots are so bright, and i have had no reply. please don't waiste your money going to this salon. they are so many better salons and the prices are not this hiigh.
