REVIEWS OF Scandinave Spa Mont Tremblant IN Waskaganish

Lina Ngo

Amazing service. Everyone was in mask and Covid protocol was top notch. I felt very safe coming here and also very relaxed leaving.

Catherine Burke

This was my first real outdoor Spa experience and now I’m hooked. It was serene and placed in a natural setting with pine trees and the day I attended has the romantic snow falling.

Annie Liston Walters

Beautiful location. The massage therapist was amazing. I'd definitely visit again

Sung ho Choi

Absolutely amazing! We visited here early January. It was just like the pictures that are posted here. They don't allow you to take your phone but I did see someone hiding it in their robe. Anyhow, no loud talking is allowed or really much talking at all which is tough since I do like to talk lol. All the staff are very friendly and professional and the place is very clean. Can't wait to come back again!

Aloys Garnier de Kermerc'hou

A must do in Mont Tremblant! It is quite surreal to relax in a warm bath whilst snow is gently falling on your head! The staff is really nice yet firm to maintain a silent, peaceful ambiance. There is a snack area serving soups and sandwiches. The place is quite isolated in the middle of the woods, which adds to the wonderful feeling of being in a quiet, relaxing environment and basically cut yourself from the world for a few hours. There is no shuttle between the spa and the village, which is kind of a bummer but you can go around with taxis. If you drive yourself in the winter time, be sure to be equipped (winter tires) for the parking lot is seriously downhill from the road.

I was gifted the experience of coming here with my mom, sister, and cousin this past weekend for my birthday. My only disappointment was the lack of fresh linen outside. Going in and out of the baths got my robe really wet, and there weren’t any signs that suggested we could swap them out. After some guy threw vegetables into the hot tub and turned up the heat, I needed a new towel to pat-off the broth and sweat from my near death experience. I wish security would have been more alarmed by the guy with a giant ladle. Regardless, it was a souper experience and I will be back.

Kenneth Williams

Given COVID19 it was a blast but the understandable limitations in pools, rooms, etc. distracted from the relaxing experience a bit! Also be prepared for a ton of love birds getting physical, particularly when it gets dark.

Douglas Carty

Very nice here and surreal quiet loved the warm water pools phone's weren't allowed so not alot of pics

Beautifully built spa by the Diable River in Mont Tremblant. Great staff and licensed massage Therapists that count towards your health plan coverage(if any). Amazing hot and cold treatments similar to the ones in Japan and of course, Scandinavia! There was an actual deer just passing by while we were walking to dip in the Diable! It was so surprising but amusing, the deer seemed used to our presence and was pretty cute No wifi, no phones allowed. Silence everywhere. Perfect après ski experience

Christine Roy

I adored this place. Being from Ottawa, I've been to the Nordik several times but if I could choose between the two, I'd pick the Spa Sandinave if it was closer! Silence is enforced, the atmosphere reminds me of my childhood visits to my aunt and uncle's cottage, and the heat from the dry and wet saunas are far more intense (in the best of ways). Loved it!

Plamen Bobtchev

Great spa, big space, lots of different pools, saunas as well as areas to relax in chairs . Definitely recommend massage here the staff are best iv experienced.

Rina R. Wehbe

Loved it inside, the line up to get in is insane. We had to come back the next day because at opening the place was already booked up by people waiting in line since early morning. Make sure you have multiple days if you want to stay here or spend extra and get an appointment with the spa. Thank you for the reply!

Mahyar Moharer

We had an amazing time at this wonderful place

Adib El Sabagh

My first time to visit a spa. I was staying in one of the hotels nearby and searched around for attractions and found it on the Google map. Impressive experience and will do it again. Just go in relax, forget about all your troubles and recharge positive vibes. Thank you for the great service.

Linda Gomes

Loved that place. Really nice in the winter. Really worth it. Recommend 100%

Sarah Killoran

Beautiful location with lovely facilities. We had a lovely relaxing day. Covid protocols firmly in place.

zeena kaddoura

Nice and small spa in Mont-Tremblant. They have cold and hot baths, relaxation areas, fire pits, hammocks, a lake bath, steam rooms and saunas. I recommend taking advantage of the thermal experience ( 15-20 mins hot, 10-15 secs cold and 20 mins of relaxation). Many people seemed to be scared of the cold baths, but trust me suffering for the 10-15 seconds is actually worth it! I left the spa feeling really relaxed and refreshed. The only downfall of the experience was that one of the ladies at the check-in desk was not very friendly.

Andrei Filippov

Overall satisfied. Medium size, not too crowded on Sunday. I wish they had a small swimming pool. You are not allowed to talk on the property. We were asked to keep silence actually. At the same time they play some kind of Thai muzak through crappy system. It was torture to my ears. Nice variety of relaxation rooms. Steambath is the best so far.

Anthony Hum

Overall experience is great. However, the past 3 massages have been sub par. I consider myself an athletic build and it's like the massage is weak. Not sure if the people are tired and fatigue, but someone should give the RMTs a massage

Louise Sauriol

Wow my massage was great Veronique is the best !! And bath very nice but a bit expensive $$$$$

Pamela Pilon

By far one of the best spas around quebec/ontario. Not as busy as the Nordik Spa, a little smaller but far more relaxing. Live coming here. Only thing is that I wish their menu was a little more extensive.

Emily Rebecca

Wonderful and magical place. Excellent customer service and very friendly and welcoming staff. I would definitely recommend visiting and taking some time to relax and unwind. Can't wait to come back when lockdown is lifted and we can enjoy the pools. Thank you so much for having us. ❤️

Alina Franchi

I love this place. They have also added new section to it with more hot pools, a cold pool and other amenities. Very beautiful , relaxing spa. Great massages. Free Hot tea outside to keep you warm as you walk about in your comfy robe in the winter. Lots of fire pits the smell of fresh burning wood and steam in the evening is Awsome. You can also jump in the river as a Refreshener if you wish for a colder temp than their cold pools. Saunas, dry and wet (they also built a new one). You can relax with a glass of wine inside. I visit every time I'm in mt tremblant. Love.

Alexandra Negru

My fave spot for unwinding, connecting to nature and being in peace. The messages are performed by knowledgeable therapist. The space is well maintained, uber clean and silence is very much reinforced. The new addition is the most beautiful part in my opinion. Try to go during the week to really enjoy the space when there are less people around. The bistro could be improved and is overpriced in my opinion but it is a great spot if you need to eat there or have a hot drink. I come here twice a year and I'm never disappointed.

Chantal Thuot

I have been there 3 times so far. The first two experiences were wonderful. No complaint. However this time was different. The two first times were during winter. This experience was in the covid summer. A lot of things that make to me the whole experience were missing but the full price tag was there. You pay 70$ to enter the site and they offer you the robe for an extra 10$ which I think is a bit ridiculous. My two previous times I had bought the massage package so it was already included but I was surprised to see it was extra without the massage so I went without. Then in the winter there were tea stations they weren't there when I went. Then beside the wet sauna there is usually a station where you pull a cord and a cold bucket of water tips over and cools you off but that was not in function at this time. The heating lamps in the resting areas were off (I know we had just passed a heat wave but it wasn't present when I went). And the thing that disappointed me the most was they didn't have any fire going at all and to me that's a big part of the experience. Drying off around the fire, smelling the wood burning. I asked an employee who said with the heat wave they haven't been burning the wood but I said there's no heat wave currently and this is disappointing. To which he replied he would ask his boss but then the fire never arrived. I usually don't review things online but I feel that I was shortchanged in this instance. I feel they didn't value my feedback or expectations. So yes at this price I was pretty disappointed. Still was a good time, but many of the aspects that make it magical and relaxing were not there.

I recently visited Scandinave Spa Tremblant for a massage. I was nervous about going given the current situation with Covid but was immediately at ease as soon as I arrived. The spa is taking every precaution to keep their employees and clients safe. The locker rooms were cleaned multiple times in the few hours I was there and the safety standards were high and enforced. Above all, my masseuse Oliver D was the best I have ever had! If you need to escape for a few hours you will be in good hands here! Thank you for a great afternoon

Sheema Esmail

Staff are extreme. They have a no phone policy but my Kindle is on my phone. I had to leave to read after paying 400 dollars. Definitely not going back.

Jason Lee Pack

Seems a bit crowded for pandemic era. Had to wait a bit for our turn in some of the baths. Overall clean and friendly staff. Massage was good and RMT claimable. The river dip is unique and an enjoyable experience.

Julia Morra

Doesn’t live up to the hype. The operations can be massively improved, but some of the new facilities are great. Cool location. Beautiful views. The first impression of the spa is the locker room in the main building – and it’s incredibly sad. Dark, dingy atmosphere. Dated lockers. Overcrowded. Showers are gross. Not luxurious at all. Every full service spa I’ve been to provides guests with white fluffy robes and white comfy slippers. This spa does not. People are walking around in their shaggy pink and ratty leopard print bathrobes from home. Tacky and insane. How is that serene? This is such a small but integral part of the spa experience. The spa seemed like it was running over-capacity. They need a better system to ensure there’s enough turnover with guests. People linger, I get it – it’s a spa. They sit around for hours and take long naps. I’m just saying that the business needs to account for that accurately. There were definitely not enough chairs or beds for the amount of people in the spa.

Anita Kulakowski

One of my favorite places to visit in the winter! Especially after a cold day of snowshoeing or skiing. Wish it was closer to home. So many options and spaces, it's easy to spend half a day there. It's especially rejuvenating when everyone honors the silence rule, which unfortunately isn't always the case.

Stephane Forget

Best time ever spent with my wife for couple's massage and experience the connection with nature. Wonderful staff, relaxing environment even under the rain. Hot tub, cold pools, eucalyptus steam room, dry sauna, soaking in the river.

Alicia Leo

Wonderful place to relax in nature. We chose to go here instead of the one in Montreal because we thought it would be more peaceful with less tourists. Took duo massage + the baths. It was quite expensive, but then again most good quality spas are - be sure to check the promotions on their website. Lots of parking. You get 1 towel & 1 bathrobe with a locker to store your belongings. I brought my own water bottle. Bathrooms are well equiped with showers/hairdryers etc. They're very strict about their No Cell Phone policy - keep it in your locker - makes sense, you're there to relax! The bathwater is clean and the area is well maintained. They have 2 lovely firepits, but I don't find they emit enough heat - you do get big warm soft blankets on the chairs, so that balances it out. Lastly, the massages were one of the best my husband and I ever had thanks to Emmanuel & Antonio! 100% In all, great experience and we came out feeling super relaxed :)!

Thomas Kozak

Great place to unwind and rejuvenate!

Nathanael Occenad

The cold baths are warm and the hot baths are like warm. Careful with the snakes; you're in the woods. Silence is strictly enforced; they will search and find you. Massage is ok. This is geared towards couples looking to connect in silence.

Newtan Thevarajah

Went on a Monday for a massage and the baths. Very picturesque location! Would definitely go back. Had hot baths, cold baths, hammocks with a view, small waterfalls in the pools. Easily spent three hours there.

Dawn Collings

Beautifully tucked away in the woods - offering tranquility and relaxation in nature.

Anthony Ng

First time at a Scandinave Spa, got spa access and a Swedish massage. The massage was nice, wasn't the best but wasn't the worst either. I was expecting a bit more since I've heard so much about this place. The whole spa experience was very good and the setting is very pleasant, I wish I could have stayed longer to relax but didn't have the time. The place was really crowded but I should have expected it since it was a long weekend Monday.

Deepak Jain

Great spa on a river and truly rejuvenating. Take a dip in the river and forget all your worries. ????????????????

Leanne Eady

Scenic, clean, lots of bath options. Highly recommended

Jamie B.

We had visited this place years ago, and already we enjoyed the experience back then. Now, renovations & the new addition make this place even better. You definitely have to try dunking yourself in the river before you run back to the hot Spa.

Sundus Ansari

Loved the atmosphere, the cleanliness, the hospitality of the masseuse, and the no sound, no phone rule!!!

Val P

Had a wonderful experience at this spa. Me and the wife were taking a spontaneous trip with no destination and because we were booking things very last minute it was hard to find some openings for a massage. We were lucky that there was an opening for both of us and we decided to show up very early and enjoy the day at the spa. It was a perfect day as it was snowing just enough to look and feel magical. It was very therapeutic to spend the whole day not having to speak with anyone. The only reason I would not give this a 5 stars is that I wish there were more indoor relaxation areas. As it was quite cold it was hard to relax outside for too long. The rest of the relaxation rooms were full. However I understand that due to size constraints there is only so much that can be done about that. The massage itself was pretty good although it was a little on the light side. The experience all together was amazing. Would definitely recommend it.

Ashh Stano

Very nice spa except one of the security ladies wouldn’t stop harrsssing people in the hot baths to stop talking or making noise ... even when they were not making any noise but simply gesturing or smiling at their friends to communicate. Also don’t buy their signature water bottle it is a weird sack and only holds half a cup of water.

Audrey Anne

Not a fan of urban spas but this is the best experience you can get. In the middle of a forest like landscape, it's not rare to see deers walking about while chilling in the spa or in the long chairs in the rest area (which has huge windows). Everything is comfortable and clean. Try going early to avoid afternoon busy hours (I usually try to get there around 10 and leave by 3).

Xander Laroche

The area and the facilities are absolutely beautiful. I adored the facilities the same way i adored the Montreal location in the Old port. My experience in the old port was different and more accommodating; the bathrobe and sandals were included in the price/access to the facilities. it was not the case in the Mont Tremblant location, which was disappointing. The group i went with decided impromptu to visit the spa. the main event had to do with the staff at the Tremblant experience. Note that we have the utmost respect for the staff and the facilities as well as their great work keeping people safe while in a crowded space. We've had 3 main events that ruined our experience; our group discretely went to a place to coordinate what to do next. We ensured that no other guests were around as to not bother them. We exchanged information for about 10 seconds, quietly et discretely and we have been shushed by a staff member. We understand and agree that silence is a must to ensure that everybody has a calming and relaxing experience The second event was in the hot bath between the lockers and the reception/cafe. We were relaxing in our corner of the bath and we coordinated once again what to do next (we went to the hammocks; it was a highlight for me). A staff member then closed the bath and scolded us specifically while our exchange lasted a mere few seconds. Ever since then, the experience was sadly ruined. The third event prompted us to leave instantly and abruptly. A member of my group lost his mask in the facility. When he approached a staff member to inquire, the staff member shushed him even as he discretely and very quietly asked the staff member if they've seen the mask. The mask was found and brought to the reception area but the damage was unfortunately done. A little observation to conclude; we went there to relax, like the other guests. We have the utmost respect for the guests and staff. We had the impression that the staff members treated us like children (we are all between 20-27 years old). Another observation; we understand and respect the rules and regulations of the facilities. We found it a little disappointing that the back-side of the staff uniform had the need to write "SILENCE" in the back of it. We found that it was a little infantilizing. For the rest of our trip, we were on edge and a little fearful whenever a staff member would pass by. We understand that is it not at all personnel though it did greatly affect our level of relaxation. We left more stressed than we arrived. Upon leaving, we greatly appreciated that a staff member located in the locker facility asked us about our experience. When we explained, she was incredibly kind, accommodating and professional. We felt that the staff member really listened to how we felt during our experience. We greatly appreciated the fact that she listened to us and understood our position.

Jenakan S

Great place to relax and recover after a day at Mont Tremblant. Recommend booking a massage ahead of time - it gets busy on a long weekend. Without a reservation, you may be looking at a long waitlist.

MrBabz

Went on a couple day spa, and we loved it! Great staff, its a no cell phone zone so its great for a couple or anyone who needs a break from the world. Beautiful scenery, cold dip in the lake and back to the hot water! ❄️????♨️

Shawn Fraser

Amazing spa experience! An improvement that would make it 5 stars would be a different location. It is located beside the highway and vehicle noise is disruptive.

Kelvin Xie

limited baths available. We were not recognized the silence requirement so we whisper with the friends. One of the staff approached us and claimed “if I hear you guys one more time than I’m gonna kick you out”. This is a spa, we come together with friends and would like to have a good time not listen to your threat.

The most beautiful outdoor relaxing Spa that I've been to ever I have been going off and on now for about five or 6 years. Though my fiance fell and hurt his back and knocked his head as he was walking down some stairs to go toward the new sauna that they just built all in all well worth the price very quiet very peaceful

Diana Mendes

Very clean and loved Guy, the massage therapist. They consider e-readers like a Kobo electronic devices which I don't love.

Frank Nwankwo

Wow, went back for a second time. The massage was an amazing way to start, I think I was drooling by the end of it... no, I'm sure I was drooling by the end of it. The facilities are numerous and very well kept. The staff is very nice and welcoming. It was an all around great experience and I would recommend it for anyone really looking to disconnect and relax.

Genevieve Campeau

They don't ask for covid-19 vaccine passports. Very irresponsible. But it was nice, well maintained.

Isabelle C

This is my favorite place to be of I need to relax. The staff always greats as they make sure that you are worry free. I recommend this spa, it is truly unique as it will take your breath away !

Tim Ou

Great place, it's not too crowded at Xmas, very relaxing. Clean, quiet, with a river flowing beneath it. Best ZEN Xmas ever.

Anonymous

The service and facilities are incredible. Staff is very attentive, courteous and will go out of their way to help you. They keep the space clean and tidy, are constantly going around picking up cups and folding the big cozy blankets around the fireplace. Everyone really does respect the silence ???? policy, and the new addition expansion added last year is beautiful and huge! I thought this place was nice before but it's even better now. They sometimes have promos too that make it more worthwhile. We went during fall and there was an early bird/late owl special massage and thermal bath promis for 120+tx.

Rabindranath Behera

Nice spa in the midst of nature. However if you are visiting the Nordik spa in ottawa and wanted to come here again, you might be dissapointed. Because it doesnt matches the amount of bathtubs, spa and sauna Nordik spa holds. But if you want a different spa experience in the midst of nature, its worth a visit.

Catherine-Audrey Poliquin

The spa itself is beautiful but cheap or/and abusif on his service offer. I paid 165$ for a massage and spa access. No bottle was offer (normally it is common to have a bottle offered) here they only provide one use paper cup ... then ask for a receipt for insurance for my massage they put the full 165$ value for the massage. First time i see that, normally i see like 100$-105$ for the massage and the balance is actually your access to the spa. But this is simply abusing of the system. Massage definitely doesn’t worth that much.

Kate Hammer

Beautiful surroundings, and the fact that you can actually dip into the river is incredible. Lots of variance and refreshing teas and water on hand. No phones allowed and they're strict about he no talking, so be prepared to fully disengage and be left alone with your thoughts! They also have lotion everywhere so you don't dry out. Eucalyptus room was a favourite.

Chris S

Went here on Feb 2017 with girl friend and her family, and the experience was superb. Outdoor hot spring spa in a snowy season, very nice atmosphere and environment. Very relaxing and would like to visit again if I ever travel to Quebec again in the near future! 5 stars!!!!

Brad Espenshade

Its a bit pricey but what Spa isn't, had a great time here after a day on the slopes, I even got a sandwich here before our massages. My wife and I got the couples massage and then spent time in the baths and different rooms. My wife forgot here swim suit and was able to buy a very nice suit for a decent price there. I did get scolded in the baths when I was talking to my wife and I was told to be quiet and not talk. HAHA but its ok I understand the environment they are trying to create.

Peter Mavridakis

Awesome experience at the baths, would come again

Miles Fawcett

My wife is a member and gets significant satisfaction being able to drop on for a couple of hours a couple times per week when we are in town. I often go as her guest ( at a 30% discount from the normal rate ) and particularly enjoy the sauna , steam room, and cold water buckets entered from the lower area. Also great in winter to bundle up in a robe and towels and sit outside by the fire.

ohm hareesh kundurthy

An amazing place... feels like a Himalayan pleasure trove ! Magnificent to be able to enjoy the snow mountain views and snow while enjoying hot spa.. ! They have some very hot water jacuzzis, steam room & saunas along with relaxation rooms. They have expanded to twice their size since january and their newest jacuzzi is quite big and colorful for the evenings.. seen quite a few couples getting cozy... compared to two years ago the silence police's presence is far less intrusive.. n dont forget to take a dip in the river if u managed to get there before its frozen for the winter (a truly chill'd delightful experience !! )

Thomas Ker

We've been to all of the Scandinave properties and Tremblant is hands down the best one (and probably the best Nordic Spa in Canada).

Vitali T.

My Top 3 favorite Spa in Quebec, This place is gorgeous and well built for relaxation ???? located in Mont-Tremblant They’re not too far way from the road but you barely hear it???? People in general are respectful and you don’t hear them talking loudly. Try their suspended hammock on trees ???? Always received great massages ????????‍♂️ and they have a very nice location up north. They serve free hot tea ???? inside the lobby you can Grab a quick lunch inside. Thanks for the amazing time.

Julie Tu

I dream about my experience probably about every other day. I've been to the Scandinavian spa in Collingwood and finally this one a couple of weeks ago, and man, the tremblant location just really sets the bar. It's beautiful with ample spacing, so many hot, cold, and relaxation facilities, especially since they've opened up their new wing! I received one of the best Swedish massages I've ever had and slothed my way to a memorable 7 hours at this place. If you're hungry, you can grab a soup and sandwich from the cafe which was also delicious! Not to mention there's flavoured tea to quench your thirst everywhere on site, and if that wasn't enough, at one point I turned around to have someone serve me a piece of pineapple! It was heavenly.

Richard Enderle

I recommend going here if you're ever in Quebec

Andrew Raheb

Stayed for 7 hours. That’s how good it was. Hope it doesn’t get too popular. The place is zen af. All Scandinave spa’s have been jokes over.

Daniel Haggett

Wonderful experience! Excellent, bilingual staff! The hot Apple tea was delicious. Great lay-out of the baths, stream bath, and sauna. Beautiful location. Everything was amazing! My wife and I had a great time. Would definately recommend visiting this spa!

Miguel Alarcon

Love this place, wish I lived a bit closer so I could be there not often. The facilities are very clean, staff is very kind and the guests mostly keep quiet.

Fiona Amanya

The spa experience was amazing.

Alain Tremblay (Shakewheat)

Beautiful place! Very quiet, (love that) it enables you too relax and unwind. Massage was awesome. A little on the expensive side.... But you get what you pay for and if you have insurance you can claim the massage part. You want the best you need to pay for it! Will definitely go back.

Aria Alexander

Pretty. We went at six pm on a day that was -25 Celsius. Still amazing, the steam arising from the hot baths were pretty cool. Food was good and reasonably priced although limited selection. Private showers in locker room (unlike say a Korean spa) butt shampoo and conditioner sucked. Sixty dollars for a day pass. Ten dollars for a robe.

Michelle Sperry

I look for Spa experiences wherever we travel ... throughout the USA, Italy, Spain, Islands... THIS IS A MUST! I went twice- once with my daughter during the day for massage and relaxing baths and another late day/special evening under the stars with my husband. .. if you are looking to get centered, reconnect with yourself and find peace.... you must go! I will be forever thankful to the SS for giving me another happy place - resting on a hammock with a view of the river.... daydreaming from the sun deck, snuggling under a cozy blanket while nibbling on roasted marshmallows in front of a blazing fire under stars.... *sigh... can't wait to return!

Dominique Abreu

Great massage! Lovely place.

Philip Wouda

Great little spa, especially being on the river. It can get a little crowded après-ski. It's definitely a must-do, especially at the end of your ski week or a hard day on the hill. The cafe does the trick, just don't expect gourmet.

Justin Somerville

Amazing spa, what's all this 5 star stuff... Really? It was a great spa with cold and hot baths much like a similar spa only an hour away but without a lot more varying pools, saunas and a large area of being able to talk... Did I mention there isn't one single spot to talk once your past the change room, the pools were small and only had one sauna and a steam room, the river dip was the first I had seen very cool. The Duo Swedish message was nice. Seeing electrical cables exposed or possible shorting is an interesting thing to see at a place where most surfaces and yourself are wet! Besides that, beautiful scenery and location!

Glen Mac

Really nice facilities, not overcrowded like the ones in Montreal so it's worth the drive . Swedish massage was nice, 150 for the hour. They have a spot where you can jump in the lake during the winter for the brave. Had a chicken salad at the restaurant and it was very good and the price was excellent for what you get, they could have really taken advantage and charge you $15 since there's nowhere close to eat. I'd recommend to bring your own robe since they charge you $15 for a loaner One. Nice fire pits to relax by after your soak or steam. I'll visit again for sure.

Teresa Lo

Beautiful spa with clean facilities. Staff is nice and welcoming. I had a very nice massage and a relaxing time. The tiny downside is its proximity to the nearby highway. When I was taking a nap on a hammock next to the river, all I heard is the passing trucks.

mimic brad

Lovely spa. Gets crowded in the late afternoon. Recommend going earlier in the morning or later in evening. Bistro is cozy I expected something more refined but it was tasty regardless.

Henry Rosas

Perfect place for a romantic and relaxing scape! Wonderful facilities, friendly staff and outstanding service.

Chris Cenedese

This was my first visit to this location. Spa was kept very clean and and there was even some hot tea put out for everyone. The views from different areas of the spa were gorgeous. Was even lucky enough to be able to watch a few deer feed as they walked along the river. My only complaint during this visit is dealing with groups. Absolute silence is a must and I have found groups find it very hard to follow the rules. The staff was very friendly and constantly maintaining everything. Great place to hangout for the day, will be back soon thanks!

M. KH

Great experience from start to finish. Very relaxing atmosphere. Not too busy when I attended and arrived around 9:30am. Experienced a massage with Diane and she was lovely. Relaxed in the hot spas and cold as well as the fresh water lake you have access to. The Buddha bowl I the Cafe was delicious. Would return and recommend this spa.

Lyne Turcotte

The place was very clean, strict with health guidelines, restful atmosphere. Be aware it's a completely silent environment!

Mike Sulja

The spa is a great place to unwind and enjoy hot and cold bath options in addition to saunas and steam baths. We came during the week (Tuesday) and early in the morning since we wanted to maximize our stay. I recommend buying the Costco Wayspa gift cards since you get 25% off and can redeem here at the spa. Bring a couple of snacks like granola bars in your own bag since lunch is expensive and doesn't give you much. COVID-19 restrictions mean that you have to wear masks inside any building (once you sit down you can take it off) and since numbers are restricted in all pools, you may have waiting moments on busy days like Friday to Sunday since more people come during those days. Also right now you are not able to bring your own bath robes and will need to pay $10 to rent one.

Vilecia Daniel

This spa is a must when visiting Mont-Tremblant. Well maintained space with friendly informative staff in the reception area. We tried the hot baths twice and we enjoyed our time, left feeling super relaxed. Only reason not giving 5 stars is some of the monitoring staff were disrespectful, one approached me, rudely asking to put my phone in the lockers when I didn't even have a phone on me?! She didn't even ask if I had it. Just assumed I was hiding it. And they kept watching me for a good hour afterwards. Made me very uncomfortable.

Saparena T

Loved the experience! However we could not use our own bathrooms as it had to be white. Staff was friendly and spa was well maintained.

CYL CYL

This is the best massage therapy I've ever had in Canada. The bath environment is absolutely amazing and you can stay here all day long if you want. I think I will come back soon since I am addicted to this spa????

The price you pay doesn't remotely reflect what you get. They GROSSLY overbook at this spa to the point where we couldn't find a seat in most of their amenity areas. The staff is also quite rude and even hostile at times- I saw an employee raise her voice at a customer for being on her phone (phones aren't allowed but it's not a prison- why are the staff walking around like guards and reprimanding people when a simple reminder is all that is needed). I see you replied claiming you weren't busy on the day I came...but I did not state which day I came soooo what do you MEAN? It was PACKED the day I was at your spa- the amenities were borderline not usable as htere were no seats or space. To be clear I DO mean the Scandinave in Mount-Tremblant, Quebec yes.

This place is an amazing spectacular experience that is a must if coming to Mont Tremblant, book aside a full day to take advantage of the beautiful amenities and perks of this beautiful place! We did a 60 min Swedish massage session and it was the best massage I’ve had in my life ! This an oasis, not your average hot pool spa. We will be back for sure! Most relaxing day ever! Thank you so much!

Ng Wei

Great experience! NOTE!! WHOLE AREA (except bistro) is in COMPLETE SILENCE! Unfortunately it took me 2 warnings to realize this, but it makes sense for people to enjoy the relaxing atmosphere and ambiance. Well maintained grounds and good quality baths and massages. Worth EVERY PENNY

Samantha Dawson

I really loved my time at this spa! The location is huge and the lines were not bad at all (15-minute wait). They have several different sauna, exfoliation centers, pools, bars and a large restaurant. I really liked how this location had non-talking and talking areas you can hang out in. It also has several different places you can take a nice nap in!

Jessica Lee

So magical! So beautiful! So serine ???? Had a massage from Judith- cannot recommend enough! She was lovely and I was relaxed to the max! Thank you for this wonderful experience

luola

We had good experience with the massage and spa. We had a big hike a day before and it caused some soured muscles on our legs. The masseuses fixed us right away that’s how amazing they are.

Jessica

Really good experience here. Only comments I could make are that they should have a talking area like at Bota Bota - at least a place where you can communicate with people. Finally, the locker rooms could be a bit bigger as there is not a lot of room to move around the area especially when it's quite busy. Overall great experience and service!

Anand Kane

Went to this spa on the way to Mt Tremblant. They had off season pricing. I was happy they were making customers wait and not just filling the pools. We had to wait for 4+ hrs to get in as there was a long waiting and they are not accepting reservations. The changing rooms were clean too.

Jane C

Clean. It has a river dip which is great. I would say sufficient space so you don't feel crammed. Nice location. We had massages. Happy with quality of service.

Felipe C

It's a pity because I probably had the best massage so far and the pool waterfalls are really nice. But the site is next to a noisy road, which is unacceptable for a Nature Spa, and it's one of, if not the most expensive I've ever been.

Chris Coveny

Great spa! Love the silence rule.

Justin Petitpas

Our group of 3 friends attended on a Friday, this was a last minute decision as the weather deterred us from golfing, unfortunately as a result of this last minutes decision to attend we were not able to book massages as they were all booked up. The baths / saunas / steam rooms were all a great experience. The grounds were immaculate and it was a lot of fun being able to relax in the river that flows beside the spa. We had a few tasty snacks at the restaurant and were impressed with the layout. The staff were very respectful and were available to help out upon request. We'll be going again on our next visit to Tremblant!

Kayleigh Arnott

Great experience visiting the spa with a large group! Very helpful staff, clean change rooms and pools as well. The best part about this spa is the river plunge and the cold bucket dump! Only downside is the food, expensive and not very tasty. Will be returning and recommending.

Nav B

Great spa with a variety of hot/cold pools and lounge areas. The tea was great after my massage. The only downside is that you can hear the street traffic in some areas and the food options were limited at the cafeteria when I visited.

Avital Maslennikov

I got pass to this spa as Birthday experience for my man along with 1hour massage. It was fantastic experience he absolutely loved it as someone who leads active and fast paced life style this place is perfect place to “disconnect to reconnect”. All the staff are polite and helpful creating the most restful and positive experience one could wish for. Thank you and we will recommend and come back again and again.

Gracie Lynn

We just had our couple massages here today and they were incredible. Françoise was very knowledgeable and did an amazing job, we were pressed for time so it will be nice to come back and enjoy the other features of this beautifully located spa!!

Marissa Barner

Such a beautiful place! My husband and I spent about 4 luxurious hours here. The atmosphere is so inviting. We will absolutely be back. Perfect weekend getaway!

Taylor Miles

Great escape for an activity packed location. Very enjoyable. Only gave 4 stars because Spa Le Nordik in Chelsea had a lot more to offer for the same price. Especially drink and dining options

Caroline Roy

I absolutely love this place. So relaxing and beautiful. The massages range from ok to amazing, but are super expensive.

Christine

I really had a relaxing time at the spa. The hot and cold baths’ temperature is perfect. You cannot talk - complete silence and no electronic device. It was good to disconnect. The staff is polite and courteous. I would go back.

K K

Been going to spas twice a year for past 2 to 3 years and this one keeps impressing me. Were from Montreal and the drive is worthwhile. Very good service at the reception and during massage and also can't say enough about the cleaness. (Two thumbs up)

Mike P.

Quiet and peaceful spa / massage experience...

Clau Dia

First I find the pricing to be exaggerated! But my main reason of giving one star is it says electronic prohibited so you’re not allowed to READ A KINDLE it killed my experience when a staff came up to me and told me I need to put my kindle away. You’re allowed to bring a book but not a kindle is just plain old fashion. I’m sure the ones who make the rules are old fashion baby-boomers l (no offence baby boomers) I’m talking about those who think a kindle is a cellphone, which rings and shows videos. I’m sorry but we’re in 2020 and I don’t read paper books. I read from a kindle I’m ECOLOGICAL if that’s what Scandinave wants as an image, I completely recommend “relooking” at those old fashion policies!

Mikhail Veygman

Excellent Spa. We finally decided to do something for ourselves without kids. Date night of sorts. Came to the spa to get some R&R. The spa is nice but was surprised to find out that you need to book a massage in advance but that's OK. I didn't particularly like the scenario that in order to get to a steam room and the sauna you would need to walk outside and while that would be fine when it's I don't know even 0C outside it really doesn't help when it's -30C. Sauna and the Steam room are great as are the hot pool and cold pool but one should be aware that robes and towels go missing and apparently so do flip flops and in order to replace it you would have to go all the way back to the entrance or wait for an employee to bring it to you. On top of this it seems that talking of any kind in any place at the spa is forbidden, while I do get it for the Relaxation rooms, which what they are there for but in the Hot pool where noise level will drown out most any conversation or in the sauna when you want to talk to the person or people that came with you it doesn't make any sense but I guess. Other than these I think it's a great spa and wonderful to visit.

Mike Morisco

Wow. Wow. Wow. This place was quite the experience. Get there well before your massage appointment so you can enjoy all of the outdoor baths to loosen up before your massage. Going from the steaming hot tubs to the ice cold pools was such a nice way to recover from.a very long drive from NYC to Mont Tremblant. The massage was incredible (my girlfriend's wasn't as great but still worth it). I will definitely be back here next time I'm in the area.

Nicolas DesMarais

Very clean, very quiet place. If you're looking for tranquility and relaxation, this is the place to be. No sound allowed here. A few baths were closed for maintenance but other than that, a very nice experience.

Olivia Leung

This is a really nice adults only getaway at Mont Tremblant! It is an opportunity to try a variety of relaxing activities surrounded by beautiful views. We went on a Sunday late afternoon and were pleasantly surprised that it was not crowded at all. At the front desk there was a chlorophyll water station that was a really nice touch throughout our stay. We then made our way to the change rooms and our adventure began. The layout of the spa was somewhat linear, and included several highlights, such as a natural cold dip in the river, an indoor room full of clean, dry, anti-gravity chairs and a huge hot pool that had private nooks. I was pleased to see how capacity was controlled in the steam rooms which had a maximum of 6 people. As you enter the steam room, you grabbed a tag, and on your way out you return it. If there were no tags when you arrived, that means the steam room was at capacity. We grabbed 2 sandwich combos from the bistro, and found the pricing very reasonable, if not cheap, compared to the prices we were paying for our meals in the village. The sandwiches were delicious and served on a toasted baguette. Overall, the spa was very clean, well-maintained and the bathrooms even came with conditioner! As a normal frequenter of Le Nordik in Gatineau, I appreciated this spa's unique features, the simplicity, and especially the lack of crowds, however that may be because of the current situation. It was more than enough to keep entertained for a few hours and I am looking forward to visiting this spa again.

Chris Payne

Great experience. Great location and set up. Wonderful massage therapists.

Tiffany Wong

Super relaxing spa. Loved the Norwegian steam room. Remember to bring flip-flops. Address at 537 Montée Ryan is correct, not 4280.

Bryan Stan

Tl, dr. The baths are great, deep tissue massage was the best I've ever had with "Said Massoud". The baths are really great even with the Covid-19 situation, the staff was very strict and professional. The reason I'm giving 4/5 stars is simply due to prices compared to other spas. If not, this would've been a 5/5. I've also booked a Deep tissue massage with "Said Massoud" and believe me, I've had several massages that claimed to be deep tissue and felt more like a swedish massage. For someone who represented team Canada and has been working out for over 15+ years, Said was able to undo all the knots that I have accumulated over the years. I live almost 2 hours away from the spa and believe me, I would come back just for his services. I wanted to write this review the day I had the massage, but I fell asleep for almost 3 days! Anyhow, I'd recommend to anyone who has always had severe knots to Said.

Kristyn Rodzinyak

Beautiful location. Snow was falling so it was very picturesque. Combination of steam room, dry sauna, hot pools, cold pools and even a river dip. Collection of relaxation areas both outdoor and indoor. Massages are also available.

Evelyn Lee

it was my 30th b day and my mom gave me a gift certificate of this spa as b day gift, so my husband and I visited here yesterday:) after spending almost the half of the day at this spa made us feel like jell-o :) , both loved that there are several tea spots, too :) (definitely a plus point for tea lovers) the water was not special at all(the water was quite crispy..so I assumed its just tap water..? its not kind of water that contains lots of minerals and natural ingredients that make your skin so soft and smooth) but the temperature of hot water was just perfect for me, and their recommended cycle made our bodies felt so feather-light! definitely would go back :-)

Anthony R.

Absolutely beautiful! The spa is incorporated into the natural scenery, making it very serene and peaceful. Silence is mandatory and cell phones are not allowed in the spa proper so guests can better relax. Lots of amenities to explore

Ricardo Poupada

Great spot, expansion really helped. The original that helped promote spa movement in Quebec, great way to spend a day near Tremblant

Tanya EJ

Great location, clean environment, friendly staff. Massage was pretty good and the baths experience was lovely. Would definitely return and recommend it to all!

Adam Monast

Robes got stolen, towels got stolen, people are always talking in ALL areas and taking pictures on their phones. Texting, etc. When our robes got stolen we were told to walk to the front desk, with no cover. Brutal service. This place could be amazing but that's too hard to get around. Not worth it because of those reasons.

andrea balza benedetti

Great experience! Everything is super clean, great service and all the staff is super professional. The baths and massage were very relaxing! Definitely an experience to repeat and worth the $!

Jeremiah McCarthy

Just fantastic facilities and location, beautifully done! Only availed of basic amnesties, pools — no massages etc at the time. Only complaint would be how quickly you might lose you nice dry robe for a wet cold one — usual semi-privileged class problems :/

Bernard Walker (GuidedByCthulhu)

Nice place, small but that is to it's advantage. The location was clean, and I liked that it was 100% quiet. The staff were fine, and the food options were nice. The only complaint is a lack of overall variety in experience (one side is basically the same as the other), and the occasional group being loud due to infrequent visits by staff. I'd certainly recommend this place if you're at Tremblant; it's delightful.

Matthew Hum

Come here if you want to relax. Budget at least 3-4 hours or more. 60$ just for bath access, massages need to be booked well in advance. Unfortunately they are very strict on silence which is good and bad.

Brittany Thomson

Great location on the river. We were lucky to watch two deer forage through the windows in the sauna. They have a variety of pools, saunas and steam rooms to choose from. You can also take a dip in the river.

Marcel Gapa

Place ROCKS!!!!! I have been here in winter time only and when we finished skiing this was our next stop. Awesome, awesome place so great here...... You wont be disappointed. I dont have pictures from here because privacy policy of spa,no cellphones allowed))))) Time to relax!

Evelyn Sheitoyan

Limited places because of covid. Better to make a reservation in advance. I fell in love with their zero gravity chairs, you've got to try them, the feeling is weird at first but then you feel so relaxed. All the average stuff you usually find in a spa is there (hot and cold baths, dry and humid sauna, cold scandinavian bucket showers, indoors and outdoors relaxation areas, fire pit, massage, etc). They provide 2 towels. Nice and clean spa, it's a pretty decent place.

Arlene

I booked massages for myself, my husband, and my family during our stay in Mont Tremblant. They have an early bird special for 20% off if you book a 9am massage time. The advantage of doing this is that the baths open to the public at 10am, which generally means that it is less busy when you are done with your treatment and ready to enjoy the rest of the spa facilities. I say generally because there were only about 10-12 people around the pools area at the time of my husband’s and my visit on a Thursday morning, which allowed us to enjoy the saunas and whole plunge pools to ourselves. My family found Friday morning was much busier. I enjoyed a lovely massage with RMT Diane who was friendly and provided a RMT receipt for my health insurance purposes. Unfortunately we arrived a little late and thus only had 45 minutes of actual massage time. They require patrons to shower before and after massage treatments and before entering the spa baths area. They provide masks, two towels, and an oversized robe with a hood for use at the Spa. Lockers with keys are provided where you can keep your belongings. There are several hot and cold pools available, as well as access to the lake if you so desire. There are also several areas for relaxing in lounging chairs, hammocks, and in front of a fireplace. We also enjoyed the complimentary hot cinnamon spiced herbal tea, chlorophyll drink, and cold water available. Staff were very helpful. They contacted me the day before my visit to notify me that due to a mechanical failure, one of the largest pool areas would be closed. This was also the case during my family’s visit the next day. As a result, we were given a 30% discount in total. There were still many pool areas to enjoy during our visit. However it would definitely be more disruptive on a busier day such as a weekend when physical distancing and capacity limits in individual pools would result in lineups. Overall a wonderful and relaxing spa experience that I highly recommend everyone experience at least once.

Pete “DJDiscoCat” Sears

The grounds are impeccable, well landscaped and passable. Hot and cold pools with waterfalls cool you off after a eucalyptus steam bath or dry sauna. You can also take stairs down to the magnificent river for a cold dip, then repair to any number of resting places scattered throughout the grounds. Truly quiet and majestic. Annie was very helpful, walking me to my massage appt and then sincerely wished me a relaxing treatment. Very satisfied. No pics as phones have to be turned off and kept in locker. Beautiful woodsy atmosphere was just what I needed.

Matthew Brydson

Few places are this incredible. All access spa tub, dozens to choose from. Wilderness around, rooms and seating, lounge chairs galore. Just a wonderful experience all around. Fireplaces and Riverside access just major bonuses. Well worth the money, a treat.

Michael Mason

A delightful place to sit in a hot tub drinking hot cider even in the winter. Especially in the winter.

Kien Nguyen

An amazing experience. Scandinave Spa definitely takes the spa treatment to a whole new level. The new wing had opened a couple weeks earlier when we went so the place didn't feel overly crowded. The Swedish massage was one of the best I've had. A must do after hitting the slopes in Tremblant.

Xu Daniel

One of the must-go place in Mont Tremblant, spend a whole day and enjoy the nature spa is something people nowadays finds really valuable but truly grateful. You go to Mont Tremblant not just for the snow and skiing, but also for the precious time to connect and feel the nature, and the Scandinave Spa is perhaps the best way to enjoy it.

Jane T

Great experience here. Very easy to book massage and the agent I talked to on the phone, was very nice and professional. The place is huge and there are lots of places to sit and lots of baths! It was especially lovely to sit by the river. It's possible to go into the river too, which is fun, though colder than the cold baths. The current also seems to be strong there, though, one can stand without submerging in the water at the base of the stairs into the river. So I just stayed there for a couple of min and walked back. I really enjoyed their cold waterfall! It was the best! Their massages are located in different buildings and it is a bit confusing for someone who is there for the first time. We did end up coming to the wrong place, but the personnel was nice and told/showed us where/how to go. Everyone we interacted with were very lovely and helpful. We tried the bistro too. It is convenient since it's located right inside. The salad turned out to be pasta salad, which was pretty much cold pasta. It was a bit of a surprise. (They had the details on the wraps/salads behind the counter on the chalk board, but we could not see it properly because of the Plexiglas barrier glare. So it is possible it was indicated there, and we haven't noticed). Soup was very tasty though and wrap was good. They, unfortunately, don't have just simple brewed coffee, but their cappuccino is ok. Would definitely recommend to visit! Also, it is much MUCH better than Scandinave Spa Blue Mountain in Ontario. Bigger place and nicer staff.

Mark Kelly

If anyone checks the history of my reviews, you will notice that I very seldom leave a poor review. This situation requires customer awareness. For our 21 Anniversary we booked a day at the spa through Mont Tremblant Reservation Services. We were emailed a confirmation of reservation, receipt of transaction and told to present it at reception. We arrived at 10:00 a.m. and waited 40 minutes in line. When we finally arrived at the counter, we were told the email confirmation and reciept was not acceptable and that Mont Tremblant Reservations often makes this error. We were asked to return to Mont Tremblant Reservations (16km away) to pickup a coupon. I attempted to explain to the manager that the relationship between the Scandinave Spa and Mont Tremblant Reservations should not be the end users responsibility. The manager made no attempt to rectify the situation with Mont Tremblant Reservations. We left and will never be returning or recommending this facility. As we did not get to experience the spa, no comments can be made about the facilities amenities.

Sohrab Ebrahimi

wow! My girlfriend and I had such an amazing day at the spa this past Saturday. Incredible atmosphere so relaxing too bad we couldn't stay longer

Chris Drouin

Spa was made small, a lot of walking from a hot point to a cold point. The general layout lacks a bit of sense as everything is spread all over. It was pretty nice to be able to go into the lake as a cold point. Staff was nice if you abide by the simple rules. Food was great (sandwiches) at a decent price. Massages were great. The size of hot tubs is way too small with the amount of people that were there 2 hours after opening. One of the saunas was oversaturated with steam, you could not go in more than 5 seconds without choking. If you intend to go, go at the opening time, it fills up real quick and then you don't have space for anything. I would go back, the overall experience was good, it is simply too small for the amount of people going.

Jean-François Rochon

Great spa with outside hot tubs, a dry and a humid sauna and many resting / relaxing areas to chill after each session spent in the saunas or baths, both inside and outside. It's also possible to book a Scandinavian massage. They sometimes have special offers on the massages + Scandinavian spa combos, and as of this review have a 36$ special on the baths in the context of their ongoing expansion construction.

simon lemieux

Great spa, nice staff and fantastic service... 2 towels per person are given at the front desk and the lokers room is well equiped and clean (lotion, shampoo, q-tips, etc). Its a bit on the expensive side compared to other spa but still a very nice place if it fits your budget.

Kelly Caddel

Have been twice. Highly recommend for a relaxing afternoon in the Fall. A new pool area has been added since last time. Spectacular! Very clean.

Nic C

Super nice place. We felt relaxed and comfortable. There is lots of space so it doesn’t feel too crowded.

Martha Jamalof

I loved coming here for massages....but it stops there. I have been coming here frequently.. I liked having the space to clear my head and read. My last visit, unfortunately will be my last, even though my masseuse did such a great job neck and back. The policing of this place takes away from the peace and serenity. While I appreciate the no cell phone policy, it is now no electronic policy. I have switched my paperbacks to my kobo reader, and while reading in a hammock, was told that i have to put my electronic device away. It was farcical, having this person speaking to me like I was doing something vile, reading on my kobo, even when I explained it was not a cell phone. There is no recording device on the unit. It is designed for reading. They continued to tell me that only paper books are allowed & no electronics. I gathered my items and left that instance, and so unfortunately I wasted my lovely massage, my money and the precious time that I get to be in peace. I will be having my messages done elsewhere, and use the hot tub I own at home where I can use my kobo reader in peace.

Gaetano Colacci

Excellent spa. Loved the grounds. So peaceful and quite. Was not fully impressed with the massage. Therapists didn't listen to specific requests. The pools and saunas were fantastic

Wilson Ma

Wonderful facility! Hot tubs are very relaxing. Cold baths are also nice and refreshing. This spa maintains and very soothing and quiet atmosphere that is perfect after a tiring ski session. Would recommend!

Daniel Fournier (Dan De Fort Ouest)

I haven’t been here in a few years, but from memory I loved the place. Service is super all the different baths are well taken care of… if you’re bald like me, wear a tuque when in the outdoor hot pools!

Reign Naw

Even with Covid precautions this was a wonderful relaxing space. Had to book a few weeks in advance for a massage on a weekday though.

Konstantin Toroshchin

Good resort, but compare to Nordic in Gatineau it's loses in size and varieties of saunas. By the way, they don't accept Paypass at the bistro and they also serve wine but no beer. Really ? Logic is missing.

Jigme Lhamo

It was a utterly relaxing experience and the workers really enforced the no noise rule just adding to the wonderful time we had there

Tanya X. Short

Bring a bathrobe! Borrowing one costs +$10! But incredible views. Went in peak autumn colors. Breath-taking. Great pools and staff. Heated stones underfoot and hammocks overlooking the river. Can't wait to go back.

Luka Ignjatovic

So relaxing. And a phenomenal deep tissue massage.

pranav jain

Heavenly experience. Must reserve 1 whole day for the spa experience. Life changing experience.

Nicole Kramer

Being from NYC, it's a treat to go here after a weekend of skiing. We always take the late appointments for massages for a small discount, and enjoy the hot/cold pools and relaxation rooms before. Peaceful, relaxing, beautiful surroundings and property. Highly recommend.

Cindy Paré

Great experience at Scandinave Spa despite it being Spring Break for the whole province. There was space for everyone. The place is clean. They ask that you do not bring food from outside but I was able to buy a soup and a quiche for ~9$. My meal was decent. The "silence" policy is written everywhere which I believe helps everyone find their peace and quiet. Thanks for a great day of relaxation!

O Roll

Perfect place for relaxing when weather is getting cold outside. One of the best spa we’ve done in Quebec. Nice river access! Only negative point is the highway that we can hear and see from the spa at some places.

David

Unlike some of the other spa's I've been to, they really enforce the quietness which makes it a nice spot if you really just want to relax, rest and take a nap. The spa has a good variety of different options for hot, cold, and relaxing areas. All staff were very friendly, and those patrolling around were very diligent on keeping things neat, tidy, and for the saunas, the right temperature.

Mina Latif

Was a lot of fun and a great way to end a trip with spending the day in the spa , the only complaint is that they mentioned that there is complimentary coffee, tea , water and snacks but in reality it is only water and a mix of herbal tea

Valérie Chassé

Very pretty, loved the connection with nature. It really ends well a hiking day in Tremblant! We took only the bath access and it was perfect. Only down side is we hear and see the highway next to it on one side.

Suzanne Cloutier

Very nice spa, small but a bit overpriced for the number of amenities available. It is an all "Silence spa"...which at times is a difficult if you want to speak to the person you are with..we were given the *evil eye* a few times by one of the staff members...she would look at us or at others who were *whispering* and then turn her back towards us with her jacket that had "silence" written across the back. We found that to be annoying...it was a very stormy day and there were maybe 12 people at the spa that day...another family were asking us some questions about the spa and again she stared us all down. They should have an area like Nordic spa in Chelsey QC where you can whisper to your partner or to others.

Maria Rozario

Scandinave Spa in Mont-Tremblant was a beautiful, scenic and relaxing spa. The property area was very well designed, the staff were very friendly and professional. I had a great massage. I came out feeling fully rejuvenated and relaxed. I highly recommend this space if you want a true serene, quiet and relaxing day of R&R.

Debbie Lu

Stunning location, especially to enjoy hot baths in the snow. It’s out of this world. Very relaxing. We booked massages as well and fully enjoyed our time there. Highly recommend to anyone who is nearby and wants to visit.

Caroline D.

Had a wonderful time!!!!! Everyone was so helpful and accommodating (I travelled there by bike and needed some help). They went above and beyond! The spa is beautiful and very quiet and relaxing (even for a Saturday evening!). Definitely one of my best spa experiences.

Genevieve Gravel

An absolute gem of a place. Let the stress melt away while you relax in nature. If your lucky, you may even see some deer.

Maxim Tihonov

When we visited this place first time in 2019 it was an incredible experience. It worth every moment.

Frank Hamel

The spa was nice and clean. The bistro had good food on hand. My only real issue was the massages. The masseuses for my wife and I were very friendly however we did not get the relief we wanted. The massages were similar to a massage i could get a home. My wife and I are not trained masseuses so for close to $200/person for the hour, we were left expecting a lot more. Again, they were very friendly, maybe we should have spoke up at the resort however doesn't feel like we got our money's worth for that.

Marco Tse

Beautiful place to go to relax after a long day on the hills. My favourite was the hot sauna and steam room. The Finnish sauna was also nice, it's a sauna that you can just relax in rather than a sauna that you suffer in. I don't recommend getting the swedish massage if you're used to getting massages from an RMT. I didn't know what a swedish massage was before so I wanted to try, but it's really them just touching you, not even rubbing firmly, for an hour. It was nice in the way that you will probably fell asleep, but in my opinion there is no muscle recovery value.

Gary Miller

The river view was beautiful and the refreshments and apples were a nice touch at the end of the day. I liked the deeper hot tubs and waterfalls with gorgeous views steam rooms. The staff was friendly for the most hour part and it was a pleasant experience overall. I’ve been to Collingwood and spent time at the Scandinavian Spa there and I noticed a few small differences like the lay out and the fire place not being used here? I really missed the smell of the burning wood.???? However, the constant ???? shhh..ing to everyone making even the quietest whisper is annoying. There is a busy road right beside the spa and I found a lot more noise coming from there then any of the other guest. I know quite is important and to embrace it but maybe a slightly more relaxed approach might be more relaxing for all guests?

Kaleel “Chozen” John

Amazing Staff, relaxing experience, loved every minute of it! Highly recommended!

marcio de paula

I had a wonderful time: peaceful and relaxing ambiance! Great view, good food, plenty of options among pools, saunas and relaxing areas!

Jason LeBlanc

Been here a few times and the three of us had each gotten a massage. The massages were excellent and the grounds with pools were great. Definitely will repeat. A+

Patrice Liautaud

Aside from the occasional patron breaking the silence rule, the site was exquisit, the staff made me feel comfortable - The steam bath is a must and the back courtyard of the spa is completely redone - these pics are from the parking as no phoes are allowed inside :)

Eric Aberman

Had a good time. Baths were nice and clean. Being in nature is a plus. Liked the option to go in the river. Massage was good. They charge for bathrobes, so better to bring your own.

Jean Pierre Serré

I bought a pair of overpriced sandals to walk around the site. I only used them 3 times and only there. On our fourth visit they started to delaminate. I explained to reception staff and got blown off! Two words for Spa Scandinave and they are not good day. That was my last visit. They're a lot spas around that are just as good.

Dominic Dupras

Very nice place. Tranquil, clean and zen. Probably the best of its kind in the laurentian’s. Food was great for a spa and facilities spotless. I will be going back in the fall to experience the changing of the leaves in utter relation.

steven weinberger

There was no option for any less stars so that is why I rated a one star. Upon making my reservation I specified that I needed a male massage therapist. When getting there there was a female therapist, after much back and forth they were able to get a male therapist however, he was not able to do the massage that I paid for and gave a different one that was really not great. What bothered me was that no refund or partial credit was even offered. Scandinavian spa is rated to be a great spa and I was very upset with with the experience I had. The massage therapist didn't deny the fact that we booked a male therapist!! I see you replied to my review however The massage therapist didn't deny the fact that we booked a male therapist!! The spa didn't accommodate us appropriately and professionally

Nextt Level

Second time here. Overall good experience. However some things could be done better. Firstly quite expensive for what it is. My massage started late due to a computer issue. The therapist ended at the normal time despite this. Also wish they didn’t have you filling out forms right before your treatment. It takes you out of the zen when you’re writing down your name and address. Would be much better to pre fill these when checking in.

Amazing!!! Massage was great! Spas, cold pools, and the different saunas were all fantastic. Especially the hot spas outside while it is -13⁰ outside! Amazing!!!

Alex Mikheev

Been here 4 times, 3 times in the winter and once in the summer. Although its nice in the summer, its truly magical in the winter. But whenever you are near Mt.Tremblant, go no matter the season.

Sara Sara

Highly recommended. I had a wonderful experience, worth the $ and the trip. Staff are very professional, elegant and nice. The nature, fresh air, view and theme was absolutely perfect to set your mind in away makes you able get away form a busy routine. My massage was nice as well. Sure driving back and forth Montreal to the spa was fascinating by the view and nature that you would pass by.

Xavier G

Amazing experience, great staff and great facilities

Axel Guillemeau

Amazing place, calm and relaxing, the river access makes it one of a kind. too bad the road is that close... it canreally breaks the silence on one side of the spa

Deepak Nair

Took the Swedish massage. Anise was a really knowledgeable and patient masseuse. Felt really relaxed after the massage.

David G

They need to have more Hot pools and more food offer on the spot. It is expensive for what they offer.

George Bajea

Amazing Experience. Very clean and well organized. Beautiful spot in nature. Lights up at night. Massages were average but the facilities make up for it. Would definitely recommend.

Elena Brusilovski

If you're going thier with your friends be aware you can't talk I was whispering with my family and they still told us to keep it quit and thought we brought our phone when we didn't and they even admit they didn't see it they just thought we looked at the phone when we were just looking at each other the security kept looking at us even when we stopped talking we couldn't even relax because we were stare at by them and we were just with out bathing suits and felt so uncomfortable!!!!

Alexandre Debargis

Absolutely beautiful quiet spa, with a great expansion recently completed. The staff is discrete & the massothérapists are very qualified

Jamal Abdallah

I like going there. The overall experience is really good, but it often gets crowded... TOO crowded. During those period they need to have more staff present to make sure everyone respects the silence rule, otherwise what's the point of going to the spa if not for relaxation.

Sohaib Rizwan

The bath was great. Massage was below par. No pressure was exerted even though I took the therapeutic massage. The soup and sandwich was nice. Loved the chlorophyll water there for free. Great vibe at the restaurant as well. Worth the drive from Montreal

Andrea McKittrick

I unfortunately didn't love this spa compared to some of the other Scandinave' spas in Canada. We went on a Saturday in January. They shut down half the baths around 3:30pm and the remaining ones were too packed to the point that we left earlier then planned. I also was not wowed by my massage - the massage tables were old and creaky and my masseuse made strange conversation the entire time.

mary m

The spa itself is superb. Beautiful, well kept, clean and really nice staff. The bistro food was very good but very small portions for the price. If you are hungry, eat before! The massage was very disappointing and almost awkward. I dont understand what kind of massage i got... Thinking back on the experience i should have left before my hour but ive never done that before and didn't want to make the masseur feel bad. To top it all, i opened my eyes at the end of the massage to find his mask below his nose. I kept my mask at all times during the massage and found it disrespectful that he couldnt do the same and put me at risk. I would go back for the spa but never again for a massage.

Christina

105$ for access to the baths, that's the issue. Me as well as the people I was with did not think it was worth that. Went on a raining day and it started to thunder and they closed all the jacuzzis for a while. So 105$ and was cut my experience. They make you sign that you are at fault for anything but won't make you sign in case of thunder so you can still use the jacuzzis at your risk(probability of being struck is low). Then, they dont allow you to bring food and charge 40$ for 3 small soups and 2 wraps. My sister paid over 200$ for a massage and absolutely hated it. The positive: The spa is clean The negatives: -Can hear cars on the road -People are talking and yelling even though there is a silence rule (not the spa's fault though) -Expensive -Relatively small Go to the finlandais instead, cheaper and better.

Louis Farmer

Beautiful spa integrated into the woods. Relaxation areas had such wonderful seating arrangements both for singles and couples cuddling. Couples massage was awesome with heated massage tables.

Shangying Dai

VERY BAD customer service, the staff on site are really rude. We paid a high price here to enjoy relaxation not to be regulated as prosinor. We respect the silence rule, but it’s stupid to ask people to be 100% silent, even whisper is not allowed. This is not humanized and not relax AT ALL. I’ve been to lots of famous spa, they have the silence rule as well, but they don’t have several staff like securities walk around to threat customers. To improve the service quality, please train the staffs how to respect your customers first.

jackie urban

Serenity found here!!! ???? Came with my husband to enjoy a couples massage and the spa. Simply stunning facility surrounded by nature. My masseaus, LeeAnn, was an angel and my husband had positive things to say about Nicole as well. My recommendation: book an 11:30 massage and get to the spa around 10. It was nice and quiet in the am - was busier as we were leaving. Staff, ambience, all of it is dreamlike! Enjoy!

Alessio Recine

I've been to many spas. This is in a league of its own. So much space, so relaxing, beautiful nature. A little pricey but we'll worth it.

Aron van Osnabrugge

We had such a relaxing, rejuvenating and all around great experience. By far my favourite among outdoor spa's and my favourite among the Scandinave Spas. Highly recommend

Sandy Choi

It is nice place but it is obsolute slient at all time. U cannot talk at all. The only area U are allowed to talk is at the cafe. They have 2 firepit area. It was around 5 pm and they only lit up one fire pit. I asked if they could light other firepit and the employee answered "NO" . I had to go to reception and complain and then they send somebody to lit the fire pit. It was a bit unpleasant.

Veronica Cruz

The site is beautiful and spacious and our massages were great. We were disappointed with a few things: it’s close to the highway so we constantly heard the traffic, the food and beverage offerings are pretty limited and not of great quality for the price/location. Tea was of cheap quality and muffins from a large grocery store, they offer few choices of sandwiches. For the price, we won’t be coming back, there are plenty other spas with a full kitchen and not as pricey.

Ashley 1.O

The polar dip in the river was something I've always wanted to do, it was so cool they had this option there! But everything about this place is amazing, beautiful experience, will definitely go everytime I travel there!

Kimberley Nugent

Loved this place. Very relaxing. Would be nice if you could just pay for the pools though.

Holly Williams

My husband & I did this as part of our 10year wedding anniversary. It was amazing & the protocols were great ????

Preethish Roy Chowdhury

It was an awesome experience . I would recommend for both individuals and couples .

Steve Fillery

Relaxing and very zen. Staff ensure the quiet rules are followed (I was told to keep my voice down, but politely). Peaceful setting with waterfalls everywhere and relaxing music in every corner. Had a massage that was professional, diligent and focused on the areas specified bringing relief to some longtime tension. Eucalyptus steam bath, perfect temp hot tubs and frigid ice baths made the experience very memorable. Will definitely be going back!

Amanda C

Quite relaxing. I liked the set up. You have to pay $10 for a robe otherwise you get two towels. There is tea and water placed throughout. It's quiet there, you don't even hear the cars passing by on the main road. Be sue to try the chlorophyll water in the reception area, it's different but good for you and I think you can purchase it.

Ashley Johns

Love this place. It's so beautiful. My only comment would be that if you are paying for other services ( massage) you should be able to get private baths for these customers as it gets super super busy on weekends. When it's this busy it's hard to find a quiet spot to sit.

T F

I have been here twice. I had a great massage here and felt extremely relaxed during and afterwards. After the massage, I enjoyed the spa and it truly is a nice little establishment. It's not too pricey for what you get in my opinion. I would definitely return. Bonus: The tea they serve in the spa area is addicting!

Al Fe

The amenities are ok, but the "quiet enjoyment" requirement is too strict. You can't even whisper to your wife or friend without receiving a warning. I've been to many similar spas and none of them restrict talking. Imagine jumping into cold river in complete silence ? Sounds rediculous, right ? Overall, very boring, unless you are here to get a nap. P.S. My rating would be much more favorable if the spa was split in two areas - "silent" and "normal" to address needs and expectations of all the customers. The facility is big enough to do that.

Scott Mitchell

Just went at end of June. The site is a mess with construction and there should be an attendant welcoming and directing people during the construction phase. Hard to tell if the place is even open or where to park. Everytime there is thunder, the baths are closed for 30 minutes ...for a place that sells baths during a very stormy season, there is no signage letting people know this policy before they pay. Don't expect a true Scandinavian Spa experience here; there is no true hot tub, the warmest they have is 102 degrees.

Alex Shulman

Nice place to relax after day of hiking or biking. A bit down from 2019, saunas not hot enough, less tea hydration stations, some how less organized, but still clean, friendly, and worth time spent

Sandy Freeman

Being a disabled woman, having recently visited this spa, I was shocked and disgusted at just how disabled unfriendly this organization is. For an individual who is not mobile, there is a long walk from the parking lot to the reception area. I live in chronic pain, and was I mess when I reach my destination. From there I was directed to the next building for my massage. Once I arrived, I was told the women's change room was down the next level, and then I was to return up the stairs to the main level, and up the next flight of stairs for my massage. I inquired as to other options, and was told there were none. Upon explaining my issue further and refusing to use the women's change room, I was "allowed" to use the men's change room - which I did not feel the least bit comfortable doing - and then climb the stairs for my massage. I am not able to do stairs without immense pain. There is no indication anywhere in the literature for this spa that this is as unfriendly as it is. I send a word to the wise. Needless to say, I shall never ever return. Shame on you Scandinave Spa. Get with the times.

Violet

Amazing experience here today! Perfect massage and the covid protocols were on point. Can’t begin to say how happy my husband and I were with our visit!

Harri Rasila

Excellent massage and a very relaxing bath experience. Did the Sauna and a cold dip them a nice hot tub to a Norwegian steam room to a cold water fall. Many more attractions and then a beautiful lunch and some more hot and cold baths

Pierre-Luc Desrochers

Been to a lot of spas, this one is special. Staff really went out of their way to provide services and make sure you stay hydrated. Spot is so beautiful and the view is gorgeous. Definitely reccomend

Dan Geiger

Wonderful. The eucalyptus steam bath is amazing. Also, the dunk in the river was cold but exhilarating, would highly recommend doing the dunk. This is a great place to head to after a day on the slopes.

Richard N

Best Spa I have ever been too. Facilities are grade A, with a new section offering alternative steam rooms and pools. Rooms where you can just chill out and read, or outside areas where you can huddle round a fire. Amazing ambiance, no talking is mostly enforced, and offers some nice meals or snacks. Staff are constantly tidying up the place. Can't comment on the massages as it's not my thing. I am a repeat visitor and see it as a great treat.

Tammy Hewitt

Amazing, relaxing. Michel H - fantastic masseuse! Bistro expensive but everything still top notch

Allison Bain

Gorgeous spa, but the massage was very disappointing. Asked for focus on one area and more pressure 4 times, and every time the massage therapist told me she has been doing this for 20+ years and she knows what my muscles need more than I do. Honestly for a $180+ massage I would expect a lot better. But the spa itself is stunning.

Mark Mussgnug

Would several hot and cool pools, a natural river, eucalyptus steam sauna, a dry sauna, relaxing serenity rooms all in silence appeal to you, then this is the place for you. We will definitely be back.

Maria N

A serene setting in the trees for total relaxation. The massage therapists are very skilled and cater to your individual needs. There are various cold pools, hot pools, saunas and fireplaces with chairs and warm blankets.

Charlie C. Wolf

Blood stains on towels, weird foam in jacuzzi, dirty facilities overall. I do NOT recommend for someone who values cleanliness

Baljeet Singh

Great atmosphere and people - if you need a massage Samuel is your man, hands down best experience i ever had, feeling relaxed after a 10hrs drive.

Tine Macedo

I had a blast! This place is just incredible, everything just worked perfect for us. GINA from the customer service, was very kind and helpful, we got the perfect time to have a massage, and also enjoy the baths. The relaxation area specifically is so peaceful and very well decorated, it definitely contributed to the overall experience. It did worth every cent. I will definitely get back more often.

Sam SS

This place is a heaven. Massage is super, the baths are real peace. You just indulge and relax. Amazing crew and customer service. If you have RMT within your health plan you can come here enjoy the entire day and barely pay nothing from your pocket. When in Mont Tremblant next time will definitely go there again

Trevor Penney

Had a great stay! Went later in the day after skiing and provides a great recovery. Lots of hot and cold options. Staff takes quiet and no cell phone rules seriously, which is appreciated when you are looking for some relaxation.

Mitchell Druckman

My wife had a very bad experience here on Monday. She was told to arrive 11:30 for a 12:00 massage but when she arrived at 11:30 was told that her appointment started 11:30 and so she was given only a 45 minute massage which cost $183. Not only that the massage wasn't even good. After that because she had forgot her bathing suit she was only able to use the baths if she would buy a bathing suit which would be ridiculous since they told her she could only go in 15 minutes after a massage. When she called to complain she was told to come back and use the baths right away but since we live an hour and a half away that was not possible. The next day a supervisor called back and said there was nothing they could do, not even let her use the bath another day, since they offered it for the same day even though we could not drive back. Very poor customer service in my opinion. A 45 minute bad massage for $183 not worth going!!

Mevio Aldi

Such a great place to relax and hang out with your loved one. The blue Hawaiian tea is gorgeous and makes the relaxation phase complete. The remarkable aspect of this place is being in the heart of nature and surrounded by nothing but the sound and smell of nature. Very nice and caring staff, they were smiling at us every now and then.

Brunella Gonzalez

Nice and modern place. Employees are very nice. Most of it is very clean (except the Women's showers, that needs some TLC more often). Other than that, you must remain silent (employees will call you out) and you're not allowed phones. Last, if you are expecting mountains and nice views, you won't really get that... the Montee Ryan is visible from the complex. Nice experience if you really need to relax (otherwise get a massage in the city)

Rosette K

Beautiful experience a day ambiance here. Alot of spa zones to relax

Yuriy Ilyin

I booked 3 weeks in advance to come to a spa that didnt inform me 1 that the outdoor spas themselves were shut down 1 week before my pre booked visit... so -1 for communication on their end. Stay for a massage they said. And I did. Figured I'd make the most of it with my girlfriend. Word of advice? Need better RMT's. You overpay for an underperformed service. -1 for this too.

Stevi Dean

An amazing spa experience! If you can, treat yourself to a 2hr massage! Vivianne is phenomenal!

Veronica Menendez D.

Favorite spa so far ! 100% recommended

Jee

Spa was a relaxing experience. It was rejuvenating to be surrounded by nature. The staff were incredibly accommodating with my service dog and I. I really enjoyed the herbal tea. Thank you to the staff who were so friendly and welcoming and helped create such a peaceful environment.

Alvin Chok

Great retreat. Serene environment. The staff were very friendly and professional. We were greeted at the door and guided through the orientation process. The facility was very clean. There were plenty of baths and resting spots for us to choose from. I'd definitely recommend this place and plan to go back again.

Tharshega Thaya

Very peaceful, amazing view! One of the best spas I've been to & really good massages.

Alex Garcia

This is a fabulous place. A gorgeous day of relaxation and peace. I have nothing negative to say about the time I spent here. It really is worth the hype it gets.

Jamie Fulmore

Got a great deal here on a Monday due to the construction during the week for their future expansion of the spa. My wife and I had an amazing couples massage and enjoyed the cold and hot pools. There were many small touches such as the tea and facilities which made our brief time here amazing! Nothing better than napping in a hammock by the river! The food was also of great quality and the price was right. Great way to spend a day with your partner!

Chantal Carter

Loved the outdoor atmosphere of nature and the woodsy aroma of this spa. The baths, steam and sauna were such wonderful experiences. I felt completely relaxed.

Lin Liu

Better than Blue Mountain location, amazingly attention to detail, best in Canada so far. Worth the money

Joseph Antoun

The spot is amazing for a relaxing day. I really enjoyed the circuit and the amazing views. The massage experience could be enhanced a bit but it was really good overall.

Rob Parker

A really nice place, with great facilities. We went on a Tuesday and received 30% off as an offer, still was around 50cad per person which I think is a lot of money, taking it down a star. The biggest downside to this place is how close the road is, you can hear and see the road as you are trying to relax which brought it down another star, possibly even two.

Louise Daigneault

Nice, bistro a bit of a deception compared to other spas previously visited.

Rachel S.

A review based on an experience that occurred over a year ago: We had such an amazing time here. My boyfriend and I are thinking of making spa weekends an annual thing after this entire experience. 100% recommend.

Sarah Dillabaugh

I was very disappointed today with my spa visit. I have come many times and been happy with it but today was way too busy making physical distancing impossible. Twice I chose to leave a sauna because people came in and sat too close to me without masks on. The same thing happened in a hot tub. If they are going to stay open they need to watch closely for physical distancing. I think they allowed too many people in. I paid for a massage and bath visit which is very expensive but worth it if you can spend a long time there. I left quite early as I found it too crowded and frustrating. I told this to the front desk and no compensation was offered.

Rebecca O'Brien

Very peaceful. I loved how you could enter the river, they even had a sign with the rivers temperature. There's hot pools, cold pools, dry sauna and a eucalyptus steam room. If you have covid19 concerns, there is no mask requirement in any of the saunas, but there where precautions (masks, hand sanitizer) taken in dressing room and massage rooms. They keep thorough track of who visits. No phones allowed so if you like to read while relaxing bring a book :)

Heath R

Loved loved loved our day here, our massages were Perfect!! We loved all the hot tubs and the little resting areas. Very peaceful!

James P

TL;DR - Went to Scandinave paid for a massage, got given a wrong room, shouted at by a masseuse and staff who messed up in the first place did little to apologize. I had a booked a weekend ski adventure with my buddies at Tremblant and we ended up going for massages before our evening festivities about 5 Christmases ago. Despite buying an overpriced pair of swim trunks that were quite nice actually, but high end pricing, we all purchased individual massage sessions for an hour. I was given a Suite # for my private massage on piece of paper. I made my way to the room, checked the room number vs the paper and I opened the door and entered. The massage room had a thin hall leading to the massage table area in the back, so as I was entered the only thing I saw a woman (assumed she was the masseuse) with her back turned to me. I assumed she was the masseuse preparing the table, but to my shock she turned around and with a surprised look (at which point I saw a woman already on the table getting massage). The woman, without hesitation screamed for me to leave, which I happily acquiesced to. Not wanting to be accused of anything untoward, I yelled into the now closed door from the other side "You know they gave me this room #"... I heard nothing form the banshee/Masseuse in apology. I then (perturbed and certainly not calmed) went to the front desk and told the attendant (who gave the paper with the room # in the first place) what happened. He didn't apologize, he just gave me another one. I remember this distinctly as I ended up telling my friends about it after our massages, noting their unperturbed equanimity belied my ruffled state (we also had been drinking). I actually didn't have a great time, the massage wasn't as great as it would have been had I not been yelled at or had some small expression of apology done by any staff member. As a final note, I work in a client heavy industry and have to be mindful of high quality service, their lack of training on these matter became quite evident. So despite the appearance of high quality, service is not what I would consider high quality.

Herve Kameni

Had the best massage of my life with Chrystal-Jade! She has the best technique, intuition and is very devoted to the client. Felt really comfortable on her table and was very strong and relaxing for me. I was knocked out for the following 3 days which has never happened to me. I do wish she worked closer to montreal, i will definitely go to her again once I am in Tremblant this winter!

Justin Kyuho Kim

Great spa if you want to enjoy outdoor spa experience. The bistro used to be terrible (3-4 yrs back), but it's much better now :)

Rick Whalen

Love this Spa. It is set in a beautiful background and a great place to unwind and ease any pains after a day of hiking or skiing. I've used it for both and thankful that I did

Becky C.

I only have good things to say about this spa. Staff are friendly, facility is inpecable and I absolutely love that they serve hot tea and water in different parts of the spa. An amazing experience all around and a must-go if you are staying in Tremblant.

John Fazzina

Not the first time we enjoy the Scandinave SPA at Tremblant..My wife and l have been regulars since 2007........Professionnal massages..great relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. Place is very well kept. Cold & hot water and sauna & steam room kept at exacting temperatures ....grounds are clean....staff very friendly and welcoming. However recently they have expanded the place and added an extention in order to increase revenues by accomodating more customers...Unfortunately not only does it take away from the previously small cosiness....but it has caused the basic price of the baths to increase from $45 to now $60....lt may have been a good business move but as a customer l don't like it......Maybe time to explore the surrounding area for a smaller SPA.

sara eskandarifar

We had a blast there. A very relaxing experience. Both the staff and the facility are great. We got a dual therapeutic massage and despite getting there late the therapists did their best to make the remaining time count.

Marius Diaconu

Been there three times in the past three months and loved it every time. Clean facilities, very relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend if you’re in the Mt. Tremblant area.

Jennifer Strong

Beautiful, relaxing experience. I would suggest not wearing contacts, as the heat will dry them (and your eyes) out. The Swedish massage from Melanie was amazing, as was the Nordic spa experience. The only thing missing is a room temperature pool to relax in, but I suppose that would defeat the purpose of the hot-cold cycle.

Alicia Gravel

The customer service is incredible, particularly Julien at the reception, as he took the time to check if my gift certificate was still valid and answered my questions with the best attitude you can wish for. This spa is the greatest activity after a hard day skying and hiking. Highly recommend.

Dmitriy Siratskiy

Gorgeous and well maintenaned place! Can't wait to see it again, perhaps in winter colours. The only thing I would add to a wish list is to have a hotel on premises)

Michelle Ryan

Always a good time, great spa!

Elyse Kharrat

Very clean, spacious and welcoming spa facilities. We haven’t tried their treatments (only their facilities) and I would say the only inconvenience is the location, in some areas you can’t relax given how close the spa is to the highway.

Valentina Rovt

Very clean, true quiet, very relaxing.

Stephanie Bramwell

Spa and baths were amazing. 5 stars. There massage on the other hand complete letdown. Extremely expensive for the quality of the massage given. Their masseurs are not very good. Their massage is worth maybe $60, not the $200 the spa is charging. Complete rip off. Go to the baths, but don't waste your time or money on the massage. Go get that elsewhere!

Mireille Lapensée

Loved our afternoon here - perfect après ski activity! Just wish they would let you reserve space for the baths, especially when some of your party are getting massages but others are not.

Isabelle Giguere

The massage was 5 stars, premises were excellent and clean but it was not my absolute favorite spa. I prefer smaller spas, this one had many pools and facilities which gave it a commercial feel. Still worth a visit.

Rikki S

Amazing experience nicely spaced out outdoor spa in world-class nature. Cascade down the slope while enjoying hot and cold pools, waterfalls until you reach the slow flowing shallow pebble lined river where you can float away with the current!

Ada Y

The worst Spa place I have ever been. The staffs are really rude, unprofessional,Strongly recommend other spa in that area. They have to learn lessons and improve servicing attitude. If you have the rules, you should Let people know before they pay you instead of explain nothing about the rules and then blame people who break the rules. This is non sense at all. I hope you can learn from other excellent spa how to running a spa properly. Do not assume every one know your stupid rules.

Stephanie M

For a relaxing and zen afternoon, a massage followed by the baths works wonders. Staff enforces the no pictures/phone and silence which is very much appreciated and helps create a nice relaxing vibe.

Sylvie Cote

We liked that it's not too busy, smaller spa, easy access to steam rooms, hot sauna and spa with water falls and cold pool with falls, near Tremblant. Employees are awesome!

Paul Mann

My wife loved it! Organized the visit a week before we were to arrive. She was able to change her message from Swedish to deep tissue. She loved the sauna and steam room.

daniela donner

Nice spa. The massage was good. The pools are small, but what really ticked me off was that fact that there isn't a single place where talk was allowed once you were off the lockers. I understand people want to relax, but people also like to hold a conversation, specially if you are not there by yourself. A day with friends became a torture, we had to head back indoor every time we couldn't stand being mutes any longer.

Anna T

Had an incredible day filled with serenity and relaxation. The staff was lovely from the very start. Had a massage from Jim and he was great, I felt like I was floating on a cloud afterwards. Spent a few hours in the various baths, saunas, steam and relaxation rooms and even braved the river which was exhilarating. The whole area is so calm, the spaces are done so beautifully and the surrounding area is utterly breathtaking. I only wish I could have stayed longer!

Lara Sanders

I bought a gift card, but I cannot reserve online with a gift card, only a credit card. So I called to reserve a spot and they told me I need to pay by credit card to reserve even though I bought a gift card from their website. They suggested I give my gift card to a family member and pay with my credit card... ??

Dongfang Z

Absolute amazing experience. Spent roughly 4 hours there. The bath was just the right temperature. Have a dip in the cold bath to help relieve your muscle ache. Make sure to book a RMT massage, the access to the bath will be be covered with the massage.

Paul M

It's smaller than I thought but beautifully set by the river. A lot of rest areas but I didn't use them. People laying on them without masks and I didn't see them being cleaned or sterilized after each use. The steam baths tho area great and my personal favourite ????. The massages are to die for ????

Sean

Amazing bath experience aswell as the surroundings. My massage wasn't the best but I did relax. I enjoyed all the special attentions such as providing water and tea aswell as the occasional snack on the site. Great service and great relaxation. The hammock and lounge chair area however picks us the noise from the highway and takes away from the peaceful ambiance.

Mona El

Great experience. Love the outdoor facilities, could use more heated outdoor relaxation areas in my opinion.

Ali Dav

Amazing spa! The area is huge with so many different baths and multiple steam and sauna rooms, so you can feel secluded, with the best part being the river you can swim in. The staff was also very nice. However, I wish they wouldn't charge extra for bathrobes, and the changing rooms are quite dated.
