I absolutely love the services that I rcvd at Simply Radiant. The guidance provided by Cathy was next to none and she did not push any services that were not necessary to achieve the look I was going for. Her expertise made me feel totally comfortable and she had spent a little over an hour at my initial consultation. Jillian was also knowledgeable and gave me great insight on what I should expect when the process was complete. Her approach was both friendly and professional and she allowed me the benefit of making decision wholly myself with her input on the services she gave me. All in all, the experience was indeed a pleasure and I will have no hesitation in going back for future touch ups and maybe even a little more!!!! Kudos to Simply Radiant to making me feel more radiant!!!!!

Cathy did my first ever tattoo laser removal session today and she was lovely! She (and the receptionist) were very friendly and informative. The process was very quick and Cathy made sure to explain things every step of the way, as well as give detailed instructions for after care. Overall it was a very good experience and I will be going back for sure.

This is my 5th time going here to get my lip fillers. I love going here which is why I keep going back, and I've tried 3 other places previously. The atmosphere is just so calming and beautiful! Staff always answer any questions and take the time to explain things to me. I've never left them feeling unsatisfied! I will continue to go here as long as possible to get my fillers, botox and any other treatments! Love them !

I purchased a friend a $300 gift card to get her lips done with 1/2 syringe. I am an injector myself & I knew this amount would give her a nice but subtle result. At the counter she was told the total was ~ $1300. She was extremely caught off guard by this. I was hoping this would be a lovely gift, not a huge expense for her. If she was quoted, she would have had the opportunity to say no. I emailed the owner to explain the situation. I wanted to understand why she was not quoted prior to treatment and how lip filler would amount to over $1000... I felt like my friend was taken advantage of as she has made me feel like this in the the past after my treatments as well. The owner became extremely defensive and arrogant to me via email. She insulted my expertise more than once and said my friend is an adult and can contact her directly if she is unhappy. Which in my opinion, is not a fair thing to say, as some people avoid confrontation. She did not display professionalism when discussing serious concerns and issues, and after hearing of other experiences like this one (such as pressuring to purchase more),and experiencing this myself... I no longer recommend this business.
