Asked to clean the pool. Instead said the sand filter had to have more sand. Then the sand filter is all corroded inside and would need all kinds of expensive partd to fix. Then a new sand filter nerds to be put in. Way to talk the older single lady out of her cash boys!!! As a plumber and someone who just installed that sand filter and flushed it and ran it through all its functions without a hiccup. Maybe you should just stick to cleaning fn pools.

Mac helped me trouble shoot a few things on my own and when that failed, he came out and was able to fix it right then and took time to explain how it worked and how it went wrong.

Ask them to setup and update my pool to saltwater, they answered all my questions and did pressure me onto anything. I got only what I needed and reassurance that I made the right choice trusting them.

Have dealt with store a number times over the years for the care and maintenance of our pool and they are always helpful. This year we experienced an issue with pollen in the pool and they were so great about walking us through how to resolve the issue ourselves. Have really appreciated their service!

What a great family owned company... They installed a new pool liner for us and their work was perfect. Mac and John took the time to do it right. I watched in amazement as, prior to installing the new liner, they covered every square inch of the pool on their hands and knees to physically ‘touch’ the sides and floor to ensure there was absolutely no imperfections. They found one or two thing they didn’t like and repaired these, then started the hands and knees tactile search for anything they’d missed. Then they installed the liner. If this wasn’t enough, Mac came to my house after work the following day to show me how to ‘open’ the pool up (new house for us and no pool experience). He spent about 2-3 hours with me videoing his ‘lesson’ on proper pool opening techniques... all at no charge. Definitely hire these guys for any pool requirements you may have!
