I’ve received a few different treatments here and was pleased. I’ve used other places in the past with the same treatments and found Smooth Effects very accommodating, professional and friendly. The doctor who does the Botox treatments is fantastic. Highly recommended. My only suggestion is location could be better the parking is hard as it is on a side street and the people will ask you to move if you park in front of their home.

first timer for laser hair removal & I can’t believe I waited so long! alyssa made me feel right at home & eased any fears/discomfort I had going into the appointment. I didn’t know what to expect even after thorough research online prior to the appointment; the pain level of the laser was very minimal (which was what scared me the most going in), I had 3 different areas of laser removal done & I was in-and-out of the appointment in 1 hour! it’s been 4 weeks since the appointment & there is literally ZERO re-growth in any of the areas, far better value than the cost of shaving razors or painful wax treatments! the pain level was like flicking yourself on the arm every few seconds, it was nothing.. and I’m a wuss haha. I will definitely be going in for touch up sessions when needed & cannot say enough about the professionalism, cleanliness & efficiency at smooth effects. the whole experience was 10/10, thank you alyssa!

Welcoming, good quality and professional. I highly recommend this place. If you are thinking about getting LHR I would recommend. Thinking about long term; time and money it’s beyond worth it. The only thing that could make this place better is getting in and out of the building. It’s facing a open, main road and one has to park on the road and walk on it a bit to get in. Once inside it is beautifully clean, friendly and warm.
