Do not get me wrong. This place is beautiful and well laid out. But I didnt enjoy my time here. My stylist did an amazing job bringing my hair to life, but she hardly talked to me and I was there for about 3 hours. At the beginning of the service we talked fine, I'm a little shy so it takes a moment for me to open up. But I would say for about 2 hours I sat in silence while my hair did its thing. Perhaps she isnt social either with clients? But while I sat by myself she talked to her coworkers quiet a bit and everytime she would come check on me she reeked of cigarettes. Towards the end of the service I mentioned I didnt like using heated tools in my hair and that I preferred to let it air dry, so I expected the most she would do would be blow dry it a little... but then she flat ironed it... and said to me "I know you didnt want this but I dont like leaving things half done". I thought, okay let the lady do her job, but when I went to pay. I was charge 40$+ for something I didnt want. Now again I am a shy person so I said nothing and paid for it and left. I feel taken advantage of... I had high hopes for reflections... but all I felt was ignored, awkward and like I didnt belong there during my whole service. I do love my hair... but I wont be back

I am super particular about my hair and get full colour done EVERY 8-12 weeks, I moved back to the area and booked with reflections after many recommendations and was so happy with the service I received. My stylist was knowledgeable and accepted all my particularities and quirks, my colour turned out beautiful. I also book my waxings there and feel extremely comfortable and taken care of. Quick to get appointments and the service is great, highly recommend!

Was in town with my girl friend for a family visit and needed a hair cut. Was recommended this place by my sister. My stylist was Alicja . Wow. The professionalism of this place was astounding. With everything going on in this world right now, they did an amazing job . Alicja gave my the cleanist haircut i ever had. It was so good my girlfriend ended up getting her hair done by Alicja too. They got along great. She wants to come visit my family every 3 months now just to get her hair done ! ???? percent recommend this place to anyone, male or female who needs their hair done. Went to see Brianna to get my hair done and she was absolutely fabulous!! Very friendly and did an outstanding job. Got my roots fixed after colouring my own hair for about 10 years, was a bit messy. Been to see her twice now with no plans of going elsewhere!! Could not be more pleased. The salon is beautiful inside as well.

I've been getting eyelashes from Amber Lynn for probably close to a year and she is amazing. I've been to a few other places and shes the best. My lashes look dreamy but not fake. Front desk ladies are always friendly and helpful. I like that you can message them online as well, they respond quickly.

This was my first time into Refections. Moved to the Okanagan about 3 years ago and I think I have finally found a hairdresser that listens. Getting an appointment was easy, I really like their hours. Open later than most others. Brianna is great, she took her time was very professional. I will be returning. Kinda unimpressed. I went for the first time and asked for a solid colour, my hair was pretty light, so I said a slight shade darker and showed her pictures, she said no problem, and I walked out with practically black hair. She said it would fade and it just hasn’t... Im now looking at spending close to $200 to get it fixed. They were nice and its a pretty salon, but I think if you’re colour blind you’ve picked the wrong profession. My appointment was July 2nd, 2020 @10:00am Unfortunately, I don’t live in the same city (Vernon), so was unable to go in to get it fixed, however I was assured by the stylist, and personally thought, a solid colour would be very simple.

Travelling from out of town. Explained my situation when I booked 2 days in advance. Said yes they had no issues. Their stylists are well diverse. When I arrived the gal was not experienced at all. Did not feel comfortable. Didn’t get a second opinion. I can get over it in ways as I’m sure she didn’t want to ruin my hair From her inexperience. When I client knows her hair and has been in it for years.. I would say she knows more than the dresser herself BUT to take it to another level.. it was the unprofessionalism speaking negatively about a clients hair to another employee when I hadn’t even left the building.. extremely unprofessional!! Thank you for ending my mini trip to Vernon with a bad after taste

Wasn’t satisfied with the service. My stylist did nothing close to what I wanted and my hair came out stringy looking with the colour when I asked for balayage-it looks like I got terrible highlights. She didn’t do a good job toning it so it’s different shades and quite brassy in spots. She seemed to just do what she wanted and I don’t even think she washed my hair within the whole process. Can’t justify the amount I paid. Been there 3 times with 3 different stylist and have never been satisfied.
