Big Red did an amazing job of helping us pick our first hot tub. We did a lot of researching into different styles & options, as we needed one that would work for both 6’3” & 5’3” height. Loved the fact that different locations have different Wet models to try out. The delivery team was on time & awesome- used a thin profile slider to carefully maneuver the tub through a tight access under the deck. We’ve had the 355 for a month & it is working out perfectly for us. The after purchase care is great too, with helping us protect our tub with making sure to have proper balance with the water. You were right Big Red with your first suggestion of the 355 -it’s the perfect hot tub for us!!! Thank you Big Red & staff in vernon!!

Jeremy was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in assisting me choose the perfect tub for my whole family's needs. From everything to what materials were used in manufacture, what each different jet systems were beneficial for, how each design differed and how to maintain and clean my new hot tub. I loved how any question I had, he knew the answer. Once ordered, I had excellent service at the store choosing my customized colours and any follow up that was needed. Delivery was also very professional and efficient, I was very impressed!! Over all, I am absolutely thrilled with my decision to choose this company over the many I looked at!! Shopped for new hot tub to replace worn out existing one. Premium Pool and Spa in Vernon was one of the places we looked and we found their product offering superior, the prices reasonable, and the service warm and promising. All went well through delivery, then a hiccup upon installation that was not due to Premium, but an electrical issue. They were very busy and nonetheless rallied to quickly follow through with the installation, once the electrical problem was resolved, and complete the service that goes with it. They were timely, professional and demonstrated expertise and dependability. I do believe we will be using this company for our Jacuzzi needs for a long time to come.

Bought a tub in early September, the wife and I were very excited. Was very happy with the salesman (TY Big Red), was told delivery would be Dec. 1st. I stopped be the store the week before delivery to find out that delivery was pushed back to Jan. 6th. I stopped by the store on Jan. 4th to be told that delivery would be later in January. My issue is not the fact of how long it is taking to get my tub, I understand with covid and all of the closures that it is being delayed. My issue is I am not getting a call from them to let me know that delivery is being pushed back. If I didn't stop by the store to check I would be left in the dark. After spending the amount of money we did for this tub I would expect them to be a little more helpful. The last word I got was "we will call you when it arrives", they can't even give me an update to weather it has been completed or not. I will be happy when it is set up and operating, but I ask Management to please be a little more informative to the customer.

There was a truck load sale which was nice as the hot tubs were already built and just had to be shipped, so there was no waiting for months and months like other hot tub stores to have it made. The tub showed up within 3 weeks or so and the delivery guys were on time and great!

After a long, COVID induced delay in getting our hot tub, it arrived in May and after a month I can say that the cost has been paid off in that time.... (actually the first 20min session) Anthony and Jim were the delivery guys and they were concise and friendly and did a great job on educating this newbie on how to look after the thing too. It makes a pretty nice piece of furniture to our outdoor living space, we highly recommend it :)

We purchased an Eco Spa e3 from Jeff out of the Vernon store when he came to Kamloops to show his products at our Mall. Jeff went over and above to accommodate all our questions and concerns. It was a special order and arrived one week before the promised date. Norm & Kelly our Installers did a fantastic job on set up and giving us our operating instructions. We went with 220 volt wiring and our tub was ready to use in 7 hours. I must say after first use we found this tub to be jetted perfectly in all positions. Premium Pool and Spa were excellent to work with from start to finish. Everyone we interacted with was polite and respectful from our salesman, Mike, to the great set up team of Kevin and Brenden. The vibe at Premium is welcoming and helpful. They were certainly patient with me and all my questions! We are new to town and Mike was very helpful pointing us in the right direction for trades we needed to install our tub safely. With all the supply chain issues and covid wrinkles, it took just over 7 months until our tub arrived and was installed. Premium was very transparent about delays each time I reached out to them. Theses issues were out of their control, but they kept good track of things for us. I appreciated that. Set up day went like clockwork and Kevin and Brenden did a great job teaching us how to take care of our tub and reassuring us that it is straightforward and simple. They also reminded us to head to Premium anytime we had questions. The “cheat sheets” they left us with are great! We absolutely love our Jacuzzi tub. It has incredible therapeutic value and the jets are well positioned and powerful. In short, it’s heavenly. We can’t wait to test it out after a hard day skiing at Silver Star. If you are looking for a hot tub, head straight to Premium. They will take great care of you and will make the whole experience a pleasure.

Yeah never used the service but there's a old man with long white hair who drives a windowless van from this company and I constantly see him picking up "working women" IN THE COMPANY VAN!! Ladies watch out he's bold and he's obviously etched away one of the digits on his lisence plate too because I tried to get his number but it was incomplete. The only way I knew this is where he works is that the phone number on the van goes to the kelowna location of this company. This is really suspicious. Please be careful. Hopefully the company will see this and recognize the employee I'm talking about.

We decided to buy a hot tub last Fall and we decided to go to Vernon. After shopping at one store where we did not get any service, we went to Premium Pool and Spa. We were greeted in a friendly matter but felt no pressure as we walked about the store viewing all of the products. Sometime thereafter, we were approached by Mike who asked if we had any questions. Of course we did and he answered all questions in an thoroughly informative manner without any pressure whatsoever. After gathering all the information that we found necessary, we then made an initial decision. Mike invited us into his office to answer further questions and to discuss price, delivery, and set up. Again no pressure. We appreciated the staff's professional demeanour and their knowledge base. Our hot tub arrived on December 21st and the set up was top-notch. The delivery and set up team were efficient. They knew what they were doing and the whole process was slick! We have been contacted twice since the delivery via email to remind us that the company is always available to answer and questions or to provide any product necessary for our tub. Again, no pressure. Bottom line: We LOVE out hot tub and because of the excellent quality and superb service, I would highly recommend Premium Pool and Spa for any pool goods and services.
