Decided to treat myself today and was lucky to get an appointment same day for HydraFacial. My treatment was wonderful and my skin was so soft after it. Really appreciated the quick make up application as my skin was a little red after the treatment. This is a beautiful spa with very high standards... Highly recommend it! ☺

ok skin is going downhill and not what it used to be. always running behind. make sure you dont book any other apts around your apt there otherwise you will be late. guaranteed.

When I had moved here from the coast a few years ago I was really nervous as I was leaving behind a Spa I had been familiar with for so long, however from day one of entering North Okanagan they had made me feel like I had been a client with them forever. From the moment you enter the doors the staff are so welcoming, friendly and within just a few visits really do build a relationship with you. I've had 2 microneedlings done, my first one was great! My most recent was with another lady whom instantly started telling me that I need to change the product I'm currently using and tried getting me to purchase the line sold here. I am not comfortable using something without trying it first as my skin is sensitive which I told her. She did not wash my face before she applied the numbing cream which should have been a red flag but I knew I had just washed it before I came. She didn't wear gloves. She continued telling me during the treatment that I really need to start using their line. I have since started going somewhere else where there's is professionalism .
