Very Relaxing! We booked the couples float via Travel Zoo and loved almost everything about this place. The staff were incredibly friendly, especially the lady at the front desk, who was very accomodating and helpful. I really love that we weren't rushed at all. The place was beautiful, very well done, very clean. Definitely has the potential to be 5 stars in my books. I would recommend this to anyone. However, if I get to be real descriptive (picky) here, I do have to point it they need to do some pro-active upkeep in the floatation suite. The wall were the handle to get in is, is getting to the point where the salt water has started to chip the wall & paint. Simple touch up would present much nicer. I also had no idea why the water wasn't blue like the picture shows. If someone doesn't follow the rules (like mandatory shower beforehand) I'd hope they'd cancel an apmt or refill before allowing someone in dirty water. Maybe the salt turns it that way? Not sure, but it does make you curious. Didn't affect our float at all though. Looking forward to our next float. I will probably try the solo pod too!

I bought my boyfriend a Groupon to go for a float and each time he's called to book the soonest available appointment was weeks away and then they would call and cancel/reschedule due to technical issues. I called to inquire what was going on and ask for a refund and the girl was rude and told me to call Groupon. They're still selling Groupon's for something you can't use. Don't waste your money!

Puriin Spa is one of my favorite places to be at the weekend. I always feel happy and relax to spend time here. Friendly staff and cleaner with good service experience. The point is the Spa provides super good snacks. (^*^) After several clinics, I can see my skin is getting lighter, and my stomach is smooth. Highly recommend Puriin Spa.

There was some things about my experience I didn't like, for example the changing room was seperate from the floating room and I was told I couldn't bring anything in and it was reiterated no phones or cameras allowed. So I changed into the provided robe and was led to the float room. I was wondering why I couldn't bring my phone because if I couldn't I'd have added a picture to my review of the nice starry ceiling. But I figured it was to help you with being in a peaceful environment.... But I didn't feel at peace, instead I worried the whole time that anyone could walk in and I'd just be floating naked in what could be described as a large bath, (not a lidded pod like I'm used to.) if someone came in I wouldn't be shielded by a lid or have my own things. So all in all instead of feeling at peace I started running through my mind scenario's of needing to call for help but not having a phone or needing to get covered up and not having any of my clothing or a lid or barrier. Maybe that's just me but I think I'd have felt safer if I could just change and have my stuff in the same room as the float. Now I see from looking on here that guests pictures vary quite a bit from lovely looking to browning water and so maybe they ask you have no cameras to create a better online image? The water looked OK when I was there though. So I would say the facilities and people seemed okay when I was there but I'd have felt safer if I had my stuff in the room. Additional info: Also they mentioned a $7 tax fee after the float. The lockers for you stuff had padlocks provided on them. To get in you go in the marritot and up the stairs.

Don’t go to this spa!!! I bought coupon online, and did the treatment... when I checkout, I thought I could just use my coupon... and they started to push me for purchase their thousand dollar treatment... I got annoyed but nicely said no to them, and their face suddenly changed and let me paid another 90 dollars of consultation fees or something... ???? Such a fraud company...A BIG DON’T GO!!!!!! And they are writing response back to every bad reviews on Google

Only in town for a little less than a week. Had appointments for my wife and myself to float a the same time (they have one pod and one open pool). Was told when scheduling that I'd get a confirmation email. Didn't get it. Called a few days later to confirm the appointment and was able to do so and they said I'd get a confirmation email about a week before the appointment. Never got the email. The day before the appointment they called to tell me their tank was out of service. They tried repeatedly to re-book me a month or more out, even though I kept telling them that I was here from out of town for only another few days. I had scheduled using a voucher I bought from a third-party that gave a discounted rate. I was able to get a refund from the place that sold the voucher even though they indicated that Puriin Spa should have been the ones to refund it - something they either didn't know or decided not to share when cancelling the appointment. I understand equipment problems and maintenance downtime, but the service just managing the appointments was confusing, unhelpful, and time consuming.

Our float was not soundproof & not light proof, so not sensory deprivation as far as I'm concerned. The water was not deep enough to float in and was a different temperature than the ambient temperature so you were very aware you were splashing around in a large tub. If you have floated before, you will be disappointed. They were and hour late to start our appointment and the facilities are in disrepair. The kind staff doesn't make up for the short comings, unfortunately.

Not recommended. After my first request to use my groupon, I was told I could need to use a "couple's room" rather than the float pod room and was rescheduled for months away. This was not the "sensory deprivation" experience that I was seeking. Unfortunately, I could hear loud chatter and lots of lights in the room as well as under the door with a strong floral scent. Also, the water was an almost cloudy orangish brown?? Staff was friendly but I will not return.

I visited Puriin after purchasing a float session on Groupon and had a very sub-par experience. There was no one at the desk when I walked in and it wasn't until I yelled "Hello?", after a few minutes of waiting, that a very surprised staff member finally appeared from around the corner and helped me. My session started late as a result. I was told to use a separate change/locker room because they didn't recommend I bring any valuables with me in the private float room, which seemed odd at first, but made total sense later. Once I changed into my provided robe I was led to my float room and given a very quick explanation of the amenities. Before leaving me, the staff member warned me that door to my room wasn't actually capable of closing fully but that I shouldn't worry because she would "make sure no one comes in". I didn't let it bother me much but not having a door that closes fully, let alone one that locks, is incredibly unprofessional/unsafe and I can see that being very unsettling for most guests, women in particular. The shower in the room was one of the smallest I've ever been in and I could see larger people having a very tough time in there. There were three soap/shampoo dispensers in the shower, one of which was empty and none of which were labelled. The float tank itself was surprisingly nice and mostly clean, however, I could hear a loud noise coming from somewhere inside the tank as soon as my ears were underwater (despite having earplugs in). This noise was very distracting and incredibly counterintuitive to being in a "sensory deprivation" tank. I managed to convince myself that it wasn't a big deal and was eventually able to relax. After my float (60mins instead of 90mins, which is the standard) I showered in my phone booth and enjoyed a fun game of mystery soap. To top things off, as I was leaving the girl working at the front desk informed me that I had to pay a $7 "tax" on top of the Groupon that I had already purchased. For the record, the staff were very nice and polite but it doesn't change the fact that they were under trained and working with very limited resources. I have no idea how their other services compare but if you're thinking of buying the Float Groupon here, know that it's very cheap for a reason! Spend the extra $10-15 and go with Float House or another reputable spot.

This place is scam. I got a Groupon for the float session in a pod, booked an appointment. Upon arrival I was not even given any instructions on how to use it. The lady just brought me to the room with something that looked like a huge square bath tub. When I said I booked a pod, she informed me it's broken (? Or was it actually) which nobody ever mentioned to me beforehand. The tub was filled with unfresh salt solution and the sides had dirt on it, very gross. Not sure when it's cleaned last time. I did got very they redeefrustrated. They redeemed my coupon upon arrival , and re directed me to Groupon to get refund. Of course it took me quite a few angry emails to get money back since coupon looked like redeemed. I will NEVER recommend this place, totally scam,and so surprised it's located in Marriott hotel building. I've been to actual float spas and this is definitely not one of them. Maybe they take advantage of people who are having this experience for the first time and don't know what to expect.

Never go to this spa. When I went to tell me that consultation was free, I was more afraid of this therapy but would like to try it! I checked a lot of information about spa online and decided to go to this shop to find out! When I saw the machine at his house, I thought that it was already an old machine many years ago, and it was faded! And I think this machine is unsanitary. So I didn't want to do it after consultation! At this time they told me to pay a consultation fee of $ 150! I said it was hard to understand! I didn't say I would do it before the appointment, they also stated that the consultation is free! Because I did n’t even charge for the purchase! My consultation time was less than 15 minutes and I only filled out a form explaining my physical condition. Finally, the merchant called and told me to have their lawyer contact me. I had to pay a consultation fee because I signed it. I am extremely surprised! Don't go to this store, don't believe in the promotion of advertisements like me!

Poor float experience, the float room was not sound proof or light proof, making very difficult to relax. The change room and float room were in pretty bad shape (sink was draining into a bucket, the shower head was leaking all over the place, paint on the walls was bubbling and peeling ) If you are looking for a true relaxing float experience stay away from here.

Still can't shake the disgust of their hygiene standards. On June 3rd at 2pm. I visited Puriin for a float. They took me into the room where the the float room was and told me how the session would go. 1 hour in the 'tub' and 30 minutes to shower. She prefaced it by telling me that the water is cooler because they had some customers complain that they didnt like the water to be body temperature. I told her that it was too cold for me but she said don't worry it will be fine. I then showered as instructed and got into the tub. It took me a really long time to get in because the water was so cold and I kept waiting for my body to acclimatize but it never did for some reason. And because it took me so long to get in, I started noticing particles in the water --- There were hair strands, dirt, pubic hair and some red particles in the water. I immediately got out of the water and showered, so in total time I was only in the tub for like 10 minutes at most before showering. I got out and told her the water was dirty which she then went on to tell me that it wasn't but I said it was, and after I finished gathering my things. She told me that the reason why I noticed all of that was because of the light in the room and if there was light at other float houses then I would notice the dirt there too! So it wasn't that it was a hygiene issue. It was that I shouldn't have noticed it. How ridiculous is that? So essentially they do not clean the water after each person. Gross.

I had my first colonic session today and was very pleased with my experience. The staff were lovely and knowledgeable people, which helped to ease my anxieties and reservations I initially had about the treatment. Since it was my first time, they checked in on me frequently via an intercom and would promptly arrive to my hydrotherapy room whenever I required assistance. The facility and equipment used were also very clean. Just after one session, I noticed my bloating had been significantly reduced. Following my session, I was provided a glass of herbal tea and a probiotic capsule. These restorative measures evidenced that they really know their stuff and are aware of how colonics may temporarily disturb the the bowel's resident flora and ability to regulate electrolytes. I highly recommend Puriin Spa, as I plan on returning soon for my next session.

This Hydrotherapy is by far the best one in town. Luxurious private room with wifi and beverages. The front desk are very professional and caring. The machine is high tech and friendly to operate, the sitting position follows the human body mechanics principle of design strictly, it is very comfortable to stay on it for a long time. Reviews are a funny thing. Usually written when someone is angry and generally for poor service. Today this review will be about poor service. Not about the poor service we were given during our session but we have to go back 6 months to the booking. I called in to ask some questions as we were given a Groupon as a Christmas gift. I was told there was nothing available until June 2017. I was shocked. After asking a couple of more questions the lady informed me that she had to go as a customer was there. She proceeded to hang up on me. I called back not once but 4 times with none of my calls being answered or returned. I tried from another line and the call was answered immediately. Since we had a paid session I booked in June. I asked that the manager call me. To this date it's never occurred. I called once more along the way to see if she would call but alas no call was ever returned. We did receive one call and that came moments after we confirmed through an email. We were informed that we had to pay the tax. During our visit we were greeted and taken to a relaxation room to fill out a single page form. Waited for sometime and then guided to a room where the first thing she apologized for the look of the room. Huge chunks of the wall had been eaten away from the salt solution. The tub caulking etc were something else to be desired. For a couple's room it lacked a place to sit and with only one shower head to use we opted to take separate showers. The basic's were also lacking such as a mirror, a waste basket and lotions. (When I asked if I needed to bring anything, I was told everything would be supplied.) The room was so humid so putting on our clothes after the session was anything but delightful. While the session was to be 90 minutes we lasted about 30 minutes, water was cold and we could hear a variety of noises and other sounds. What should have been relaxing was anything but. I'm not sure of their booking system however for a SPA that asked us to wait 6 months for a service it felt strange that we were the only ones there. So for those of you thinking to purchase a Groupon as a gift for someone I'd rethink the process and waiting 6 months for this particular SPA is certainly not worth the wait. At the end of it all the women up front were lovely but it doesn't make up for the shortcomings of this SPA. Remember too, if you call and they are busy...your calls won't be returned.

I used the float suite... not the pod. I wish I had've used the pod. I wanted to be in complete darkness, but there was light coming in from around the door, through the calking around the edge of the tub, the taps and light coming from the light switches. Also... my water was BROWN!!!!!! Not just a little bit brown. It was my first float, so was thinking maybe it was just from the salt or something. I wanted to go back in to take a pic when I was finished (my phone was in the locker room), but the lady at the desk said I can't because the room was being cleaned and to just get a pic from the site. The waiting room was really nice tho! And they had free tea and nuts...

This place is definitely SCAM! I bought times card for colon hydrotherapy. When I purchased it, no one told me there is an expired date!!!!!! And no one called me or inform me that my card was going to expired soon. When I planned go again, they inform me my card is already expired, I need to pay to do the colon hydrotherapy, and they offer me buy one get one free. Is this gonna expired? I bought times card to save money, now it turn to waste money. Also the room for float is extremely cold, and the water level is too low to float, strongly recommande do no go!!!

Update - As of January 28, 2022, I have NOT received any refunds as promised to refund to me from this Spa place ————Don’t go to this place. They used promotions to attract first time customers and asked them to pay over $1600 for colon hydrotherapy package. After suffering infection caused by this colon hydrotherapy session, if you request to get full refund, the so called hydrotherapist Gigi will say they can not do the refund. Just a scam company and dishonest people are working there just for the money profits. Btw all the five stars review are fake reviews.

We did the couples flotation tank for one and a half hours. It was our first time and we enjoyed it. The staff were friendly and gave us tea and snacks while we waited. I would recommend trying it

I came here to cure my bloating. The doctors have done all the examinations, but found nothing. They could not help, so I decided to help myself. I heard about colon cleanse before, so I decided to try. I googled and found Puriin and decided to try this one. The reason I selected this one was: it was close to my home. I came here the first time, and was pleased by what I saw. It was a clean and tidy place, right in a good hotel. Now I have done 12 sessions. Now I feel the gas problem is completely cured. I can now eat as much as before the bloating started. I am a big meat eater, so I am happy that I can eat a lot of meat now. Definitely recommend this place.

I would never recommend this place bc It’s a TOTALLY SCAM. They told me the price of Colon Hydrotherapy was 98$ for new customers before I go there. After I done the Colon Hydrotherapy, they rose the price to 188$. I can’t believe how could they take such advantage of an international student without feeling guilty. I asked why they didn’t tell me before I came there. They said they were sorry and gave me an offer, which was 188$ for two times of Colon Hydrotherapy. However, I felt very uncomfortable after took the Colon Hydrotherapy. I told them I didn’t want to do Colon Hydrotherapy again, but they didn’t change their minds. It was the worst spa experience I’ve ever had, the poor customer service caused my pain and stress. Also the environment was not clean and gross, which made me really unpleasant and frustrated. I paid 188$ plus tax and WOULD RATHER KILL MYSELF than go there again. 祝早日倒闭 不要脸的恶心商家????????????
